Balloon Boy Charges Coming

Larimer County Sheriff Jim Alderden has confirmed criminal charges will be filed in the Falcon Heene balloon boy case. The sheriff made the announcement after Falcon’s parents Richard and Mayumi Heene had been questioned for several hours each about their accounts of the dramatic story.

Military reports historic recruiting success

Singer’s rep confirms involvement in ‘Love Never Dies.’ By Jocelyn Vena Nicole Scherzinger Photo: Ethan Miller/Getty Images Reports have recently surfaced that Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger will be involved in a staging of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s sequel to “The Phantom of the Opera,” and MTV News has confirmed the report that Schzeringer is working with Lloyd Webber on his new play, “Love Never Dies.” Scherzinger’s level of involvement with the production is still unknown, and her rep said that no further details are available at this time. The Los Angeles Times reported that in a statement Lloyd Webber made the announcement about the follow-up to the highly successful “Phantom.” As of now, the show will open at the Adelphi Theatre in London on March 9, and a Broadway opening will follow on November 11, 2010. There are also plans to bring the show to Australia in 2011

Update: Jack Herer, Emperor of Hemp, marijuana hero, critical condition

Contrary to previous reports, Jack Herer is still alive. The Oregonian is reporting the activist is in critical condition at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center in Portland Oregonian. In addition, celebstoner has retracted their announcement of Herer's death

Tom Brady Confirms Gisele Bundchen Pregnancy

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen is pregnant, her American Football star husband Tom Brady has finally confirmed. As our pictures revealed this week , there was little doubt about it and after months of speculation, the New England Patriots quarterback made the announcement in an interview for an NFL sports show. He said the couple, who married earlier this year, are expecting their baby in December.
