Despite the issues, the two young lovebirds worked things out after Offset appeared on stage during Cardi’s set at Rolling Loud asking for forgiveness, completely reconciling in February. “I only have one birthday wish, and that’s to get my wife back,” Offset said in December. “Cardi, we goin’ through a lot of things right now… I wanna apologize to you, Cardi. I’m sorry for breaking your heart, breaking our promise, breaking God’s promise and being a selfish, messed-up husband.” Since then the couple has been crazy in love and proud of it, from supportive posts regarding each other’s projects to commenting on each other’s post and pictures, even with tattoos of each other ; these two are definitely letting the world know that the Cephuses are here to stay. Trust me, we are too. Rapper Kamaiyah has been laying low since being on the cover of the XXL Freshmen List back in 2017, but now, she’s in some pretty hot water in California. The rapper has been arrested and charged with felony negligent discharge of a firearm. According to reports from TMZ , the San Fernando Valley police say that no one was a target in the shooting and the firearm being discharged was a total accident–but unfortunately for Kamaiyah, that doesn’t make it legal by any means. Police say that the Oakland native was hanging out at an apartment building in the San Fernando Valley, where she and some friends made their way into the facility’s movie screening room. So not an actual movie theater, but pretty close. Anyway, on surveillance footage reviewed by management (and later reviewed by law enforcement), a woman authorities believe to be Kamaiyah was seen pulling a handgun from inside her bag before letting a round go in the room. She ended up darting away shortly afterward. According to law enforcement, it appears that the discharge of the weapon was purely accidental and the gun went off as Kamaiyah was playing with it. After being booked, the rapper was released on $35,000 bond and went on her way. Her only hope now is that she has a great lawyer who can make this whole headache go away. One of the big problems with the social media age is that many people find themselves constantly comparing their own circumstances with the lives of others. For example, the camping trip you took in July may have been the highlight of your summer, but when held up against that European backpacking excursion your Instagram mutual keeps posting about, it looks pretty lame. Nowhere is the phenomenon more evident than in the rebellion of Jinger Duggar. Many young adults who make a conscious decision to live in defiance of their parents belief system do so by getting neck tattoos, living in yurts, or supporting Andrew Yang. Jinger’s dissent takes a much more subtle form, but it’s no less courageous. In fact, given how strict her upbringing was and how much she has to lose, there’s more bravery in Jinger wearing pants than in your typical millennial pursuing a bachelor’s degree in pole dancing studies. First, Jinger married a man her parents don’t approve of, Then, with his permission, she defied the famous Duggar dress. Earlier this year, Jinger and husband Jeremy Vuolo relocated to Los Angeles , a move her famously ultra-conservative parents most definitely did not approve of. The situation has become so dire that rumors of Jim Bob and Michelle disowning Jinger have been circulating non-stop on social media. We doubt things are quite that bad, but it’s evident that Jinger is not her parent’s favorite these days. (Jim Bob and Michelle have yet to visit the Vuolos in LA, and contact between the two couples is limited.) Through it all, Jinger has continued to wear the clothing that was strictly off-limits during her upbringing. And many fans think she’s doing so in defiance of her ultra conservative father: That’s a recent photo of Jinger spending some quality time with her eldest sister, Jana. It certainly looks innocent enough at first glance, but as you can see Jinger’s shoulders are exposed, which is a major no-no in the Duggar dress code. Jinger has permission from her husband to dress less conservatively than her sisters (like we said, all rebellions are relative), but you can bet her father is less than thrilled with this pic. Add to that the fact that Jinger appers to be passing her rebellious spirit onto her daughter, and it’s very possible that Jim Bob hit the roof: Yes, little Felicity is also rocking a sleveless top. It’s unclear if the dress code is as strict for young children, but we wouldn’t be surprised if this were Jinger’s subtle way of sending a message to her overbearing father. “Her outfit is so cute!” one commenter wrote. “Awww she is such a beautiful little girl like her momma!!” a second added. “My daughter has that same outfit!!!”  A recent trailer for the upcoming season of Counting On teased a scene in which Jinger and Michelle finally have a frank discussion about her attire. “There is a lot in the media saying there is conflict between you guys about your choice to wear pants. Time and time again, interviews with Mike Johnson showed the charmter Bachelorette alum gently set aside rumors that he was in talks with ABC. He was — and is — a fan-favorite to be the next leading man, even though Peter Weber is the Bachelor . Now, Mike reveals that he was in talks, that he did want the role, and shares the extremely noble reason why he was hyped for it. Mike Johnson had already weighed in a little on Peter’s selection — he’s a big fan! But on The Bachelor Happy Hour with Rachel & Ali  podcast, he elaborates upon how much he would have liked it to have been him. “I was 100% in talks to be the next Bachelor,” Mike reveals for the first time, having previously claimed to have not been in talks. He admits that, because of this deception, “People probably didn’t think I was considered to be the Bachelor.” Mike explains that he denied being in talks “because I was trying to be so respectful of the crew at Bachelor world.” “And,” he reasons. “I didn’t want to speak about it.” “Even when I went on TV. I thought that was being extremely respectful and a gentlemen of me to the Bachelor world,” Mike says. Oh, he absolutely was. “And Peter didn’t do those interviews,” he acknowledges. “So he didn’t have to go through that.” “I 100% wanted to be the Bachelor,” Mike emphasizes. And he tells th eworld exactly why. He explains: “Reasons being: One, I do want to find a wife.” Mike then adds: “Two, it was bigger than me and I wanted to represent for all people of color.” “Talking about people of color,” Mike continues, pointing out that the black community is not the only minority underrepresented on the show.  Having more than twenty seasons but zero black men isn’t a coincidence, but there’s more to it than anti-blackness. “They need to have an Asian Bachelor, they need to have an Indian Bachelor,” he correctly expressed. Mike added: “They need to have other people outside of just black and white.” He also goes into detail about how far along, how prepared, he was. “I had a list of — a Word document — of the type of woman I wanted, what I was scared of, what I wasn’t scared of,” Mike reveals. Mike makes it clear that, as important as representation is, he’s not bitter. “They chose the right person for what they want,” Mike expresses. “And there’s nothing wrong with that at all,” he emphasizes. Mike admits: “When I first found out, I’m not gonna lie, I was sad. I was annoyed when I very first found out.” “But then by the end of the night, I wasn’t annoyed no more,” he shares. Mike explains: “because I was appreciative and thankful that they told me ‘no’ right then and there, because now I could focus on myself.” We can understand why he would have felt annoyed. Not only did ABC and producers skip over yet another black candidate for leading man, but Mike must have felt strung along. Hopefully, his date with Demi Lovato soothed some of that hurt. Unfortunately, as long as a chunk of Bachelor fans decide to tune out when the lead is black — as they did in Rachel’s season — producers may still make the same choices. Audrey Roloff Tugs at Every Single Heartstring in Wedding Anniversary Post

The weather may be turning cold across various parts of the country, but it remains wedding season for at least one very famous family. First, as previously detailed, Amy Roloff announced that she is engaged to long-time boyfriend Chris Marek. We’re so very, very happy for these two. Now, Audrey and Jeremy Roloff are here to gush over each other almost like never before, as the former TLC personalities are here to celebrate their five-year wedding anniversary. “We celebrate today like it’s a national holiday every year,” Audrey wrote on Saturday to open the lengthy caption that accompanies the throwback photo above. “Because we believe anniversaries are important and worth celebrating big. Happy 5 year anniversary,” she added. Audrey and Jeremy have something else to celebrate at the moment, of course, as they’re expecting a baby boy in January. They have something to mourn, the loss of a close friend . Addressing her husband, however, Audrey focused on the positive in this post. “I love growing with you, working with you, playing with you, learning with you, dreaming with you, adventuring with you, and I love loving you,” she wrote, adding: “I’m so honored to live this life alongside you. I’m inspired by who you are and who you are becoming and so grateful that you’re my best friend. “Thank you for cherishing and challenging me and loving me so patiently, creatively, intentionally and faithfully. “I love you more and more each year Jeremy. “‘If it’s half as good as the half we’ve known, here’s hail to the rest of the road.’” Toward the end of June, both Audrey and Jeremy acknowledged some relationship challenges. We even wondered if the stars might actually get divorced . But they’ve clearly pushed through and overcome and here they are now, seemingly as strong and as happy as ever. “This post is in honor of our five year wedding anniversary. Amidst the wild seas we were able to steal away for a night to celebrate, reflect, and rest,” wrote Jeremy this weekend as a caption to the image below. “If you told me on our wedding day 5 years ago we’d do all we’ve done these last 5 years I’da laughed,” he continued. Concluded Jeremy, melting the heart of all followers in the process: But as the saying goes, people dramatically over estimate what they can do in one year and dramatically underestimate what they can do in five.
