Black College Student Finds Racial Slurs All Over Apartment A Black co-ed at Texas A&M Corpus Christi came home from spring break to find disgusting racial slurs written all over her apartment. What the hell??!? Via KRIS TV reports: The African American female found threatening racial slurs written all over her apartment. Corpus Christi Police Chief Floyd Simpson called a sudden news conference Monday to discuss the findings. He made it very clear that part of the reason for calling the news conference is the number of similar cases involving racism happening across the country right now, including several at other college campuses. Simpson hoped to bring this case to the public as a way of talking about it and also finding those responsible. Photos from inside the apartment show an image of a person being hanged and reads “White Power. We’re coming for you”. Another says, “Die (n-word). Where is your protector? White Power”. Several of the messages also include misspelled words or bad grammar, not the type of writing expected from a college student. “I think the community ought to be hurt by this. I think that we all ought to take it very seriously,” said Simpson. The Islander Village complex on Alameda is gated and appears to have security cameras, but the student who found the messages left town for Spring Break, so it’s unclear exactly when the break-in happened. Abandoned Twins Survive Alone For Four Months SMH! Via DailyMail : Twin 9-year-old boys were left mostly alone in their New Hampshire apartment for four months after their parents took three siblings to Nigeria and left an uncle to care for them, authorities said Thursday. Manchester police said the uncle, 25-year-old Giobari Atura, told them he would stop by every couple of days to drop off food, but when police got involved in November, they found no edible food in the refrigerator and only ramen noodles in a cabinet. Atura was charged in December with one count of endangering the welfare of a child and was freed on $500 bail. Atura’s older brother, Jerusalem Monday, left for Nigeria with his wife and three of their children in July, intending to return in August. They told police they were delayed by illness and passport problems. The case came to light in November when officials at the boys’ school told the state Division of Children, Youth and Families that the twins had been living on their own for months. The kids were getting themselves up and on the bus, then eating breakfast and lunch at school. In a police affidavit, Atura said he’d stop by the apartment on days that he went to work, but that didn’t happen every day. He said he checked on the boys three days a week and told them to call him if they needed anything. “It should be noted that no operable phone was located within the apartment,” the affidavit says. Those poor little boys! Who do you think is most to blame — the uncle for pretty much ignoring his babysitting duties, or the parents for being oblivious to the fact that their sons weren’t being properly cared for?

A warrant has been issued for his arest amid some pretty damning reports from a 29-year-old woman he allegedly took back to his apartment last month. Via CNN : Indianapolis Colts backup linebacker Josh McNary has been charged with felony rape, a spokeswoman for the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office said Wednesday. McNary, 26, has not yet been arrested, Peg McLeish said, but an arrest warrant was signed by a judge. McNary was also charged with felony criminal confinement and misdemeanor battery resulting in bodily injury. According to a probable cause affidavit, a 29-year-old woman reported to police on the morning of December 1 that she was raped hours earlier at the apartment of a man she met while out at a bar. She said she told the man several times she didn’t want to have sex and fought with him, scratching him on the face, neck, back and shoulder. The man forced her to have sex on his bed, she told police. She took the man’s cell phone as she left the apartment. A forensic nurse examined the woman and found injuries to her vagina and dried blood behind one ear. The document indicates detectives used the cell phone to identify McNary the next day. He was cooperative, police indicated, and he asked for a lawyer after being advised of his rights. A nurse found abrasions and scratches on his stomach, back, neck and shoulder, the document says. Investigators also found the woman’s clothing and an earring in McNary’s apartment. SMH!!! Everyone is innocent until proven guilty…but this definitely doesn’t look good.
Father Cuts Off Dreads Of Male Friend Of His Teen Daughter After Catching Him In His Home via Huffington Post READING, Pa. (AP) — A Pennsylvania father is apologizing after police say he pulled his daughter’s male friend by the hair and chopped off his dreadlocks with a knife. Reginald Hardy was charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats and other offenses after police say he saw the 19-year-old sneaking around his apartment Friday with his 17-year-old daughter. Police say the 38-year-old Hardy punched the 19-year-old in the face and threatened to shoot him in the back if he ran away as he left. Hardy tells WFMZ-TV ( http://bit.ly/1wRJT4i ) he was only looking out for his daughter. He says her friend was disrespectful to him and shouldn’t have been at the apartment. Police say Hardy cooperated with the investigation. He’s free on $50,000 unsecured bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 12.

It’s hard to imagine Stephen Collins ever acting again. Days after news broke that Collins is under investigation for child molestation, the former 7th Heaven star has been dropped by his talent agency. A rep for the Agency for the Performing Arts has confirmed that the company will no longer represent Collins, but did not elaborate beyond that fact. The reason, of course, is obvious: Early Wednesday, TMZ posted a recording from a 2012 therapy session between Collins and his estranged wife at the time, Faye Grant. In the audio, Collins admits he had molested one girl and exposed himself to two others. All of the females were between the ages of 10 and 13 at the time of the incidents. An attorney for Collins has since come out and thrown shade at Grant, accusing her of extortion and of leaking the tape online (a charge she strongly denies), but no one has claimed Collins is not the one talking on the very damning audio. Neither Collins nor anyone from his camp has denied any of the actual molestation charges. In the fallout, Collins was fired from his bit role in Ted 2… multiple networks have pulled reruns of 7th Heaven from their schedules,… and ABC announced that Collins will no longer be returning to Scandal , in which he portrayed a TV reporter.
