This is so tragic. Boy Accidentally Shot Dead His Cousin Playing With Gun When will these parents learn to keep these guns out of their kids reach? According to WKYC: Kent City Schools is mourning the loss of one of its students today. An 11-year-old boy was killed in Franklin Township on Wednesday in what appears to be an accidental shooting. The alleged shooter is his 15-year-old cousin. According to the Portage County Sheriff’s Office, the two were home enjoying a snow day when it quickly turned tragic. The boys were playing with a gun when it went off. Channel 3 News has decided not to disclose their names, but we did obtain a recording of the 911 call. On the phone with 911, a young male caller yells, “Oh my god! He shot him with a pistol. … They were messing with the guns downstairs.” The 911 dispatcher asks, “So it was an accident?” The caller responds, “Yea, it was a total accident.” While authorities investigate how the boy and his 15-year-old cousin got access to the semi-automatic weapon, Stanton Middle School is coping with their loss. Principal Anthony Horton said it’s been a very solemn day. “A lot of our students wrote cards for the family, poems, pictures and stuff like that,” Horton said. “He was a well-liked young man.” That boy had his whole life ahead of him and his death could have been prevented with proper supervision. Coyne later shared a picture Cyrus behind the microphone with diamonds superimposed over her tongue. For what reason? Well… “Miley in the studio vomiting diamonds while singing Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds!! If you’re a Beatles and John Lennon freak you gonna love love love this track!!” Coyne wrote. Man With The 132-Pound Scrotum Dies Of Multiple Heart Attacks Wesley Warren, Jr., famous for a scrotum that weighed as much as 132 pounds before he reduced it with surgery, has died at age 49. He recently suffered two heart attacks and had been hospitalized for weeks due to complications from diabetes. Via Gawker reports: A friend of Warren’s told the Las Vegas Review-Journal, “He had infections that I think were brought on by his diabetes and then he had those heart attacks.” The friend said Warren’s surgery last April played no role in his death. Due his condition, Warren, who weighed 300 pounds before his scrotum started expanding at a rate of 3 pounds per month, was unable to urinate normally, or to have sex. He had to wear hooded sweatshirts upside down as pants. Warren’s strange case garnered worldwide attention thanks to appearances on the Howard Stern Show, Tosh.0, and a 2013 documentary on the U.K.’s Channel 4, The Man With the 10-Stone Testicles. The publicity led to several offers to perform corrective surgery, including one from Dr. Mehmet Oz, which Warren turned down because he was afraid Oz would botch the operation. He eventually found a doctor at UC Irvine who performed the surgery for free, on the condition that Nevada Medicaid would pay for use of the hospital. The surgery happened before the state approved it, though, and Nevada denied coverage for Warren’s surgery and his post-operative care. Warren consistently denied that he flaunted his condition for attention. “Who would want to live like this?” he asked the Review-Journal before his surgery last year. Comedian David Brenner, a comedian and regular on The Tonight Show, has died after a battle with cancer, a family spokesman said. He was 78. Brenner was a staple on Johnny Carson’s late-night TV show, appearing 158 times (more than any other guest) according to a bio on his official site. He also helped write, produce and direct 115 TV documentaries, earning him nearly 30 awards, and was the author of five books over the years. Even in death, Brenner kept the jokes coming – a tough feat. His final request, according to spokesman Jeff Abraham, was to have $100 in small bills tucked in his sock, “just in case tipping is recommended where I’m going.” His grave site will also read: “If this is supposed to be a joke … then I don’t get it!” That’s pretty great. Comedian Joan Rivers, a longtime friend, Tweeted: “RIP David Brenner. I adored him, and laughed more with him than anybody. Sad, sad, sad.
