According to TMZ: Chris Brown has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, severe insomnia and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder … and that’s why he has had such anger issues … this according to new court docs. Chris was in court today for a progress hearing in the Rihanna beating case. Documents were filed by the facility where Chris just completed 90 days of anger management therapy. In fact, Chris stayed longer, just completing 95 days. In the legal docs — obtained by TMZ — an official from the rehab facility wrote that … in addition to his diagnosis … Chris was self-medicating inappropriately. The facility writes, “Mr. Brown became aggressive and acted out physically due to his untreated mental health disorder, severe sleep deprivation, inappropriate self-medicating and untreated PTSD.” They never explain the cause of the PTSD. The letter also says Chris was diagnosed with Bipolar II. The letter says Chris is on meds for the bipolar and other conditions. Chris has learned various relaxation exercises, according to the letter, and he’s tested negative for drugs, including sticky icky , during his stay. The facility says he’s doing really well. It says he gets up at 5 AM and works hard. They say he’s been especially good with community service, saying, “Mr. Brown’s attitude has been beyond exemplary in regard to his community service responsibilities.” We’re glad to hear he completed rehab and seems to be doing better.
They had a good run. VH1 Show Single Ladies Cancelled Bad acting? Poor ratings? Who knows. But for whatever reason, Single Ladies has been kicked to the curb. According To The Hollywood Reporter: VH1 will not continue on with Single Ladies. The music-themed cable network has opted to cancel the hour-long dramedy after three seasons, The Hollywood Reporter has learned. “We’ve been proud to deliver three seasons of the drama, romance and style that engaged viewers in each episode of Single Ladies,” VH1 said in a statement. “Although we’ve decided not to move forward with another season, we hope to work again with the talented cast, creatives and producers as well as our partners at Flavor Unit Entertainment in the near future. We also thank the show’s fans for their support since the premiere in 2011.” The series, which stars Charity Shea, Denise Vasi and LisaRaye McCoy, is currently wrapping up its third run on the network — which used an e-book written by New York Times best-selling author Ashley Antoinette to bridge the gap between its second and third seasons. Single Ladies centered on three best friends with different philosophies on love, sex and relationships, proving that not all women have the same desires. The series had survived some cast turnovers when Vasi replaced former lead Stacey Dash, who exited the series in its second season. In its third season, Single Ladies is averaging 2.2 million total viewers, on par with its sophomore run. Will you miss LisaRaye, Denise and Charity?

Miley Cyrus took some time away from kissing fellow women – first Katy Perry and then Brooke Candy – this week to defend her controversial concert actions in an interview with Ronan Farrow. Because she spends so much time on stage with little people and African-American backup dancers, the singer has come under fire during the opening week of her Bangerz tour. “It’s really funny how serious people take it,” she told Farrow on MSNBC. “And they’re like, you’re racist. And I’m like, ‘Really?’ “They’re just like dancing, doing these cute moves and they’re awesome dancers like just on their own. It’s not me telling them how to be.” What about assertions that Miley exploits little people? “We’re making them feel sexual and beautiful,” she explained, adding of one fellow dancer in particular: “We’re all about lifting her up and making her feel so sexy all the time, and having her dance — she’s actually an awesome dancer.” A former backup dancer, Hollis Jane, spoke out last year about feeling degraded while wearing a bear costume during Miley’s 2013 VMAs performance. But Cyrus shrugs it all off.
