Thanks, but no thanks. That is reportedly Justin Bieber’s reaction to a plea deal on the table from prosecutors in his DUI case. As previously reported, Bieber has the chance to avoid jail if he agrees to alcohol education classes, random drug testing and 40 hours of community service. However, insiders now tell TMZ that the singer will NOT accept the terms of this plea bargain for many reasons: He does not want probation associated with any deal because then he’d be in serious trouble if he broke the law again. He has a real problem with weed and sizzurp and will not submit to random drug testing. Attorneys for the artist believe there are big holes in the case against their client, namely that he only blew a .014 on his breathalyzer and that his in-car GPS did not record him as speeding near the time of his arrest. Bieber also thinks any kind of alcohol education will turn him into a national joke. Yet another racially motivated attack has happened this week at Ole Mis University… Black Student Victim Of Racially Motivated Attack By Peers At Ole Miss In the second blatantly racist incident at Ole Miss University this week, an African-American honor student says she was attacked by fellow student who threw alcohol bottles at her while spewing racial slurs. via Kulture Kritic An Ole Miss honor student standing outside her residence hall was the apparent victim of a racially motivated attack. Kiesha Reeves said she went out to her car to get something when a black truck full of loud, laughing people [whom] she could not identify pulled up and tossed an alcoholic beverage at her, according to the Ole Miss University newspaper web site. “It all happened so fast and I was so shocked that I couldn’t really see any faces, only the outline of the black truck,” she said. “I heard the laughter and words ‘black n****r’ very distinctly.” Moments earlier Reeves roommate had told her of seeing a black truck driving around yelling racial epithets. Police believe the incident may have been part of an earlier act of vandalism to the state of Civil Rights leader James Meredith. Reeves said the incident is not completely out of the norm. The residence hall she lives in suffers from periodic racial tensions, she said. First nooses around statues of civil rights leaders and now this? These students need to be reprimanded ASAP.

Brooke Burke-Charvet will not be by Tom Bergeron’s side on Dancing With the Stars in 2014, and it was not the co-host’s choice to bid the show farewell. The 42-year-old confirmed her abrupt, surprising departure Friday. “I have enjoyed seven seasons co-hosting DWTS but understand the need for change considering the position of the show at this juncture,” she said in a statement. Putting a positive spin on it as best she can, Brooke Burke says: “I’ve always been one to embrace change and looking forward to pursuing opportunities I previously wasn’t able to entertain because of contractual obligations.” But in an appropriately-worded parting shot, she adds, “I’ve seen my fair share of shocking eliminations in the ballroom but this one takes the cake.” Sources tell E! that Burke-Charvet had no idea her job was on the line until ABC apparently informed her Friday afternoon she wouldn’t be returning . “We can confirm that Brooke Burke-Charvet will not be joining us next season,” DWTS executive producer Conrad Green said in his own statement. “She’s been a wonderful part of the Dancing with the Stars family since her triumphant win in season seven and will unquestionably be missed by our entire team.” “We’d like to thank Brooke for her years of great service.” Burke-Charvet won season seven with her partner Derek Hough, then later replaced Samantha Harris as cohost for the most recent seven seasons. Benvoy Seals, a gay Rihanna fan, caused quite the ruckus this week when he shared an alleged Instagram exchange he had with the pop superstar. According to Seals’ screen shot, Rihanna said he was going to hell for being gay – a shocking accusation he happily spread around the Internet. Now he’s admitting it’s all fake, though. Benvoy Seals posted the below image on Instagram Thursday night, showing a back and forth between himself and Rih on her comments section. Seals writes to her: ” Rihanna u going to hell girl” She replies: “Arnt you gay? … Nuff said blah!” Only she didn’t. Benvoy now insists he was lying the whole time and that he actually Photoshopped the Instagram image circulating around the web. Benvoy has deleted the original Instagram picture and posted a retraction in its place, claiming, “Rihanna would never say something like that.” The exchange with the singer would have been truly shocking if it were legitimate, given that Rihanna is long been believed to be an LGBT supporter. In fact, the 26-year-old voiced support for gay rights in Russia less than a week ago, posting a photo of herself wearing a hat embroidered with “P6.” Principle 6 is a campaign against Russia’s anti-gay propaganda law.
