Pusha T kicked off the new year by celebrating the 5th year anniversary of his clothing brand. Despite the harsh blizzard that hit New York City, friends and taste makers still came together as Pusha T hosted an evening of music and entertainment in honor of Play Cloths. The event took place at The Griffin in the Meatpacking District, where guests celebrated the success of the clothing company he started in 2008 with brother and collaborator “No Malice”. Pusha was excited to celebrate the brand’s milestone achievement. “Play Cloths is near and dear to me, because it came along at a time when music wasn’t going so well for me,” he told friends and guests. Guests enjoyed libations provided by Belaire Rose, D’Usse and Heineken while DJ Envy and DJ Wonder served the night’s entertainment, spinning classics with the mark of VA-based artists Clipse, The Neptunes, Missy Elliott, Timbaland, and the entire old StarTrak roster. The singer – or piece of $hit , as Seth Rogen now refers to him as – appeared in court a this morning at a bail hearing, standing in a prison jumpsuit as a judge ran through the counts against him: Driving under the influence. Driving with an expired license. Resisting arrest without violence . Watch now to see Justin’s dour expression throughout this humiliating experience and to see bail set at $2,500. Justin Bieber Court Hearing The superstar will obviously pay this amount and leave jail later today. He’s expected to have his license suspended due to blowing a .04 when pulled over around 4 a.m. for drag racing. According to the official police report, Bieber snapped at the cops when they first started to question him, asking “why the f-ck” are they doing it and telling them he “ain’t got no f-cking weapons.” Officers then ordered Justin to put his hands on the car, but he refused to comply. Hence the resisting arrest charge. Tori Spelling’s husband, Dean McDermott, has entered rehab and issued a vague apology for his mistakes and the pain that he has caused his family. The reality star doesn’t overtly admit his infidelity, but amid the cascade of rumors over the past month, the writing is on the wall in McDermott’s mea culpa . “I am truly sorry for the mistakes I have made and for the pain I’ve caused my family,” McDermott, who is accused of cheating on Tori last month, tells People . “I take full responsibility for my actions and have voluntarily checked myself into a treatment center to address some health and personal issues,” he adds. Without mentioning Emily Goodhand , he concludes, “I am grateful to be getting the help I need so I can become the husband and father my family deserves.” The specifics are vague, but McDermott, 47, is said to be receiving intense treatment. He is still allowed to leave to visit his and Spelling’s four children. He and Spelling are parents to Liam, 6, Stella, 5, Hattie, 2, and Finn, 1. “Their priority right now is their children,” a source says of the family, which has understandably been rankled by the events that went down in Toronto. McDermott was in the Canadian city filming Chopped Canada when he met and slept with Emily Goodhand two nights in a row … according to Goodhand. She took the story public, and Tori, 40, is said to be crushed. Earlier this month, a friend of Tori said that Spelling was heartbroken and “devastated … much more than anyone realized” about the situation with Dean. She’s been putting on a good front , and is said to be staying strong for her kids, but the friend added: “She could stay with him or not.
