Kim Kardashian is going on the offensive. The reality star understands she may get criticized from time to time, and she tries hard to ignore most of the haters. But she went off on a Twitter user who criticized her parenting last week – and now she’s done the same to all critics who called Kim out for her recent eBay auction that benefited typhoon disaster relief in the Philippines. As a quick refresher: Kardashian auctioned off a few items from her closet in late November, saying on her blog that the money raised would go to those affected by this horrific storm. However, many noticed the fine print read that only 10% of the proceeds would actually go to charity… and blasted Kim for the self-centered, misleading online event. “My dad always taught me the importance of giving back,” Kardashian writes in a new blog post. “I don’t publicize everything I do to help charities and people all over the world. I do it because I want to. I do it because my dad taught me to. I do it because it’s the right thing to do. “So for people to attack me for giving 10% of my eBay auction sales to the people of the Philippines, that hurts.” Kim Kardashian Auctioning Off Clothes For Charity She was far from finished, too, explaining how the auctions work and that fees (for eBay itself, for PayPal, etc.) add up to the point where she’s not really profiting from these endeavors and adding: “I do eBay auctions monthly and change the charity or church from time to time. This month it’s for the people of the Philippines, last month was Life Change Community Church… “The people of the Philippines need all of our help, no matter how big or small. “Over the last 5+ years, I have listed thousands of items on eBay Giving Works for various causes. I will continue to do what is in my heart and am happy to know many others have enjoyed purchasing from me, as they too are giving with me. “Giving comes from the heart. Insiders allegedly close to the couple are dousing that fire, however, claiming that the reports are not just premature, they’re totally off the mark. It was uneventful, though, and they haven’t seen each other since. A source told E! that there’s no truth to claims that they’re back on and that aside from the meeting in October, there’s been no in-person contact. Describing the October meeting as “very platonic,” the insider said it was “just a meeting to catch up and talk about their dogs,” nothing romantic. They also slammed claims that Rob and Kristen are set to reunite over Christmas, or that the actress was crying on Thanksgiving because of Rob. Another insider says that Rob “reached out to Kristen to congratulate her for Camp X-Ray being selected for Sundance” and invited her to London. It’s unclear if she plans to take him up on the offer, but that, at most, is what we’re looking at as far as Robsten’s reconciliation potential right now. The two getting married or even dating? Don’t hold your breath.
Kate Winslet is a mother for the third time. The multiple-time Oscar nominee welcomed a son into the world Saturday, the star’s rep confirms to People, saying the boy was born at an NHS hospital in Sussex County. “Mother and baby are doing great,” Winslet’s rep says. Winslet, 38, has two kids – Mia, 13, and Joe, 10 this month – from previous relationships and this is her first child with husband Ned Rocknroll, who she married a year ago. The actress, who will next be seen in Divergent , told Good Housekeeping many years ago that she adores being a mom. “I love the routine. I love getting up in the morning and getting breakfast and packing lunches and doing the school run. Those things are really important to me,” she said. “My kids are my whole world.”

The woman detailed her alleged exploits with the music manager, and an alleged response from Clarkson herself sparked rumors. All false, she says. People really ain’t isht. Mother Starves Her Baby Some people shouldn’t have kids. According to Douglas County Sentinel: A Lithia Springs woman is charged with felony cruelty to children after allegedly starving her newborn baby to the point it needed medical attention. Jamie Lynn Bentley, 33, was denied bond Friday by Douglas County Magistrate Court Judge Susan Camp based on charges presented in court. According to authorities, Bentley fed her baby only two ounces of food every six hours from the time it was born. At the age of six weeks, the baby had lost two pounds from its birth weight. It has since been taken from Bentley and, at eight weeks old, has returned to its birth weight in the hospital. “DFCS has been involved in this since the beginning,” said Kristi Wilson, with the Douglas County District Attorney’s Office. “There are a lot of allegations of drug abuse with the mother.” The baby was so starved it apparently was eating its own muscle mass. “They were surprised it was alive,” said Wilson. “We don’t know if there will be any permanent damage to him. Camp had seen pictures of the baby, and said they were “terrible.” “It was skin and bones,” Wilson said. “Certain people have seen the pictures and that’s what it was. They couldn’t even recognize it was a baby in the pictures. The state is adamant that her bond should be denied. Certainly we feel she is a risk of reoffending.” Camp denied bond, saying Bentley is a danger to the victim.”Looking at those pictures, it looks terrible,” she said. “It looks like you really didn’t care anything about the baby and you were just doing what you wanted to do. I’m not saying that’s right but that’s what it looks like. So what I’m going to do is deny your bond.
