My name is Rick and I have been a belieber since 2009 when Justin’s first single ‘One Time’ came out. I could not get tickets to the My World Tour because the tickets sold out very quickly. I knew for his next tour, I wanted to get tickets no matter what. I saved up since I knew I wasn’t going to his first tour. I also made sure I signed up for Bieberfever to get pre-sale access. I was not quick enough to get meet and greet tickets for the first leg of the tour but I got floor tickets. November 4th, 2012 was my first time seeing Justin in person. When I found out he was doing a second leg in the U.S, I was really happy to have a second chance to get meet and greet tickets. The exact time and day the tickets went on sale I put in ‘2 meet and greets’ and got them! I was so nervous that I was somehow going to lose them I was shaking during the whole check out process. When I finally paid for the tickets I can only describe to you as one of the best feelings of my life. After waiting 7 months, and after paying for the tickets, it was finally the day of the concert July 17th 2013 . It really did not hit me that I was meeting him until after the pre-party. Finally after waiting in a room for two hours Justin’s head pops through the curtain and everyone screamed. That moment was one of the moments I will not forget cause it was so real. Seeing his head pop out literally gave me goosebumps in the nearly 80 degree room. After the people in front of me got their pictures, it was finally my turn. Justin said, “Hey whats man?” I was so nervous I could barely answer with a “Hi.” The camera man took the picture and I was like, “Smile Justin.” Even though he did not smile, he gave a little smirk and pointed at me in our picture. Before I knew it the security was telling me my way out and it was time for the second greatest part, my 4th row seats. Overall I met a lot of great beliebers and had one of the best days of my life. On July 31, 2013 I finally got to live my dream. For the past four years, I’ve been trying extremely hard to be the OLLG. After several failed attempts and let downs over the years, I decided to write a letter to Scooter. Scooter got my letter and read it when my friend gave it to him, and he tweeted me. Months went by and still no word from Scooter. I honestly was on the verge of giving up, but something kept telling me I had come too far to just stop now. Since everyone knows how long I’ve been trying and how dedicated I’ve been to trying to make it happen, people tweeted the crew #MakeLaurOLLG #ScooterRememberLauren a few days prior to the show and the day of the show. I got to the venue and had a piece of paper with my info on it, hoping to see Scooter and remind him of who I was. Before the show started, I got a tweet from Jenn Laski saying, “I want to say hi to you, where are u?” She came over and introduced herself and told me she saw all of the tweets from everyone and didn’t want people to think she was ignoring them. She asked me some questions and told me she would be back later to give me a t-shirt or something. I was freaaaaaking out. I didn’t know if I was OLLG or not, but I was beyond happy that she saw the tweets and acknowledged me. Then Justin came onstage and was doing an amazing job (as usual). Midway through “Beauty and a Beat,” I felt someone’s hand on my shoulder. My whole body froze, as I turned to see Jen standing right behind me with a giant smile on her face, asking me the words I’ve dreamt about hearing a million times – “So, how would you like to be the One Less Lonely Girl?” I was in shock. I can’t even explain how I was feeling, I really didn’t know if it was really happening. I was like, “Oh my god, oh my god, are you joking? YES,” and then Jenn took my hand and led me to the backstage entrance. I couldn’t say anything other than, “Oh my GOD. I can’t believe this right now I’m dreaming thank you so much.” I was just so happy and shocked. It was like my life was being put together, I was about to feel complete. Jenn told me she saw all the tweets, as did Alfredo and Scooter. When I got backstage, Kenny goes “Are you Lauren?” and I was shaking and nodding my head trying to take it all in. I then got led to behind the stage and saw Scooter, who told me he remembered my letter. I was escorted onto the stage directly behind the curtain, waiting for my cue. “I can fix up your broken heart….” – those lyrics that used to haunt me, that used to be the reason I would be in tears, were finally leading up to ME. Walking onto the stage, Justin was walking towards me. It was like everything else just stopped. Justin took my hand, put the crown on my head, and was singing to me, inches away from my face. Looking into his beautiful eyes, it felt like it was just Justin and I. It was surreal. It was really happening. He even put his face out so I could kiss him on the cheek! Then he asked for my name, took my hand, and led me backstage. He had to go right away to change for the next song, so I walked back down to see Scooter to get my phone from him. I couldn’t even get words out, I literally thought I was dreaming. The moment I dreamt about for years, that I worked so hard for and which seemed impossible, happened. I was on cloud nine. I still am in shock that it actually happened. It was the best day of my entire life and I don’t think there will ever be a moment that could top that one. My dream came true. I will never be able to thank Scooter and Jenn enough, and of course everyone who had helped me throughout the years and believed that this could happen. I can never put into words how much this experience meant to me; it was magical and I can’t believe it actually happened. Dreams can come true, and they do come true. I’ve always dreamt of being able to write my own Bieber experience, but I did not realize that day would happen anytime soon. I wasn’t a belieber since the beginning, but I’ll be here forever. My name is Nicolette, and I’m 14 from New York. I heard Justin was coming to New Jersey on July 30th, 2013. I’ve been begging my mom to try to get me meet and greets since Christmas. On July 29th, the day before the concert, my mom told me she got them. I had literally never been that excited in my entire life. I got to the arena at 2:30, and I waited around until 4:30 to get on the meet and greet line. The line went pretty fast and then I got my wristbands. After that, we waited on another line to go into the pre-party. At the pre-party, the guy said there will be a special guest, and then Dan Kanter arrived. I took two pictures with him and he talked to us for a pretty long time. He told us about pranks Justin did to him in the past, and he talked about music. He was the sweetest guy ever. After the pre-party, we waited in another line, which was the final line to meet Justin. We waited for a pretty long time, but it was totally worth it. When I finally saw Justin he looked like a wax figure. That is how flawless he looked. While walking up to him I said, “Justin, can you smile for me?” and he said, “Yep,” in the cutest little voice ever. While talking the picture, I was thinking how tiny I thought he was, and how hard his stomach was. He looked absolutely stunning. After we took the picture, I told him that I love him, and I left. It was the best 5 seconds of my entire life. Right after I met him, we went straight into the arena, and everyone was saying congrats to me because I was crying hysterically. The concert was amazing. While Justin was on stage, I was waving my meet and greet picture, and he came so close to it, stared at him, and smiled at me. I felt like I was going to pass out. It all started in December 2012. Justin decided to add more tour dates for his sold out tour “Believe.” I had already went to his show in Montreal in November, but didn’t get the chance to meet him. I figured it was faith, and I had to do everything in my power to get meet and greet tickets. The only problem was that Justin was not coming back to my hometown. I decided to beg my mom for tickets to the Ottawa show, which is only 2 hours away from where I live. When tickets went on sale for meet and greets, my mom told me that she was unable to get them because they sold out too fast. I was heartbroken. Christmas was a week later. I was opening up all my gifts, and then reached my last one. My mom decided to record it with her phone, which I found a little suspicious. I tore apart the christmas paper and found Justin’s biography book. I opened it and there they were, two meet and greet tickets for Ottawa’s show on July 23rd 2013. I cried hysterically. My dreams had finally came true and the countdown began. Fast forward to meet and greet day. My sister and I started to line up for VIP at 4:15 pm. The line started moving around 4:45, and by 5 pm, we were inside the arena waiting to enter the VIP lounge room. We went to the VIP party where there was food (buffet style), Justin Bieber posters, a candy bar and Justin’s songs playing. We all ate, chatted and I actually made some friends there! By 6, Ryan came in to tell us all the rules for the M&G. Nothing was to be signed, no attacking Justin, ask for a hug instead of running at him, etc. He was actually really nice. Then, Kenny casually walked in and spoke with us for a few minutes. He was really funny! There was also raffles and I won Justin’s drum head that he signed!! I was so excited. My sister and I were almost at the end of the line to meet Justin, and by 2 minutes, we were first, it went by super fast! When the time came, the bodyguards lifted up the curtain and I saw Justin. He was taking pictures with fans in front of me. He was perfect. When it was my turn, I started crying. The bodyguard said loudly, “No kisses, no kisses,” and pushed me towards Justin. I froze. I said, “Oh my god! Can I have a hug?” He replied, “Sure!” I hugged him and put my arms around his neck. I can’t even remember if he put his arms around me because it was such a blur. He then turned me towards the camera. The photo was taken and I was going to say something like “I love you!” but then he looked at me and said, “How old are you?” In complete shock, I replied, “I’m 15!” I was then pulled by the bodyguards and exited the curtain. I was so confused as to why he would ask me because I never heard him ask anyone that before. I looked inside the curtain to watch my sister take a photo with Justin. When the picture was done, Justin turned to me and looked right at me and held up 6 fingers and mouthed “6 years.” I didn’t even react, I was so in awe. This meant 15 plus 6 more years, which is 21…the legal age in USA. I died right then and there. The concert afterwards was amazing, I had second row on the floor right next to the catwalk!
