Break out that bottle you save in your desk for Friday mornings special occasions, because I’ve got a rare treat for you guys today: pictures of Alessandra Ambrosio actually working out at the gym, instead of just walking to or from the front door. This hardly ever happens, but when it does, it’s cause for celebration, especially when it involves a supermodel MILF like Alessandra. Obviously, the view would’ve been much better if they’d let the paparazzi set up from behind, but I guess it’s hard to get a tripod into a pilates class. So let’s just enjoy the moment. Fameflynet
It’s not even Thanksgiving yet, but you probably noticed that the giant lead-up to Christmas has already started. It happens earlier and earlier every year. The one silver lining in all this though? The Christmas photoshoots. Like this one of our favorite busty Brit Kelly Brook for New Look. Granted, it’s not lingerie, but it’s still 100 times more exciting than the holiday cups at Starbucks.
Is Kim doomed to live unhappily ever after with Kanye West ? Friends of the reality beauty are reportedly urging her not to jump into matrimony-dom with her rapper/producer/designer boo thang because they blame him from robbing her of the spark in her eye! According to RadarOnline reports : Kim Kardashian‘s closest friends, seeing obvious changes in the reality TV superstar, are urging her to think twice before exchanging “I do’s” with fiance Kanye West, RadarOnline.com has learned. Sources tell Life & Style everything about the engagement we’ve seen, from the AT&T proposal, to her dreamy demeanor on a follow-up appearance on the Tonight Show, has been carefully scripted by the R&B star, with Kim functioning “like a robot” at his behest. “It was as if she’d been brainwashed about what to say,” an insider told the magazine of her Oct. 30 chat with Jay Leno. “She didn’t have a sparkle in her eye that she once had. Another Kardashian insider said that Kim is “under Kanye’s spell,” and he’s been “making the decisions about everything,” which even the most casual observer could tell. “Nothing about the engagement was Kim,” the pal groused. “It was completely not like her to be proposed to in the baseball stadium. “He’s calling the shots about the wedding, the house they’re constructing, everything down to what shoes she’s gonna wear to events.” Another source noted that the “Stronger” singer has set ugly precedents as the super-couple heads to “till death do us part,” saying West has demanded “complete approval over everything having to do with the wedding.” The pals reason that Kim is taking a more passive stance — not wearing the pants as she did in her previous marriages — because she’s hoping third time will be a charm; they just wonder what price she will have to pay to make it work. “Kim doesn’t think she’s being controlled,” the source said. “She’s ‘deciding’ to do whatever Kanye wants. “She’s so in the Kanye bubble right now.” She stays in one bubble or another, what’s the difference this time? Amber Portwood is now a free woman after spending 17 months behind bars. Not surprisingly, that freedom comes as a sweet relief to the mother of one. The first thing she did after her release from prison Monday was reunite with her four-year-old daughter, Leah, with whom she became famous on Teen Mom . For both girls, it was a long-awaited and joyful moment … Amber Portwood was famously sentenced to five years in an Indiana prison for violating probation in her drug possession case in the middle of last year. She was released years ahead of schedule for good behavior and time served. Step one after getting out? Hit up a burger joint called Frisch’s Big Boy for some real food. Step two? Visit the little angel who’s been living with her dad. Amber’s ex-fiance, Gary Shirley, currently has full custody of the toddler. She’s planning to seek shared custody now that she’s out, and depending on the progress she’s made, and the status of things with Gary, she could get it. They’ve had issues, but this isn’t Charlie and Brooke we’re talking about. The troubled Teen Mom star, who had a series of substance abuse issues and brushes with the law before prison, says she is now 100 percent sober . But can she stay clean and keep it that way? That’s the real question. We all hope so … but vote in our survey: Yes! She’ll be a new woman! Not so sure about that. View Poll »

An elk jumps on a trampoline in the following video. Is there anything else you need to know in order to watch? We didn’t think so… Elk Jumps on a Trampoline! Okay, some background: The video was filmed by a guy named Greg Chase in Evergreen, Colorado – and, incredibly, this is his family’s backyard! He posted the video on Facebook and wrote that he and his wife were simply sitting down for a morning cup of coffee when this hilarious situation ensued. It’s a far more welcome animal invasion than the one experienced by a woman this month in England, as she was attacked by deadly spiders that hatched from her banana .

Portland, Maine, voters approved legalizing recreational marijuana for residents 21 and older. The measure passed with around 70 percent support Tuesday. As such, Portland becomes the East Coast city to legalize pot . Portland, Maine, Legalizes Marijuana Adult residents may now possess up to 2.5 ounces of weed. The measure does not permit the recreational purchase or sale of marijuana, nor does it permit its use in public spaces like parks. But other than that? Legal. “Most Portlanders, like most Americans, are fed up with our nation’s failed marijuana prohibition laws,” said David Boyer of the Marijuana Policy Project. “We applaud the voters of Portland for adopting a smarter marijuana policy, and we look forward to working with city officials to ensure it is implemented.” On an election day that saw Bill de Blasio elected NYC Mayor and Chris Christie re-elected Governor of New Jersey, this issue was also closely watched. Medical marijuana is already legal in Maine, and the Portland referendum is seen as largely symbolic, as it does not override state or federal laws. However, its passage could spark further efforts to legalize marijuana in the state, as see saw occur in Washington and Colorado in November 2012. “I think there’s national implications, keeping the momentum that Washington and Colorado started last November in ending marijuana prohibition,” said Boyer. “This is just the next domino.” Do you agree that this is a sign of inevitable, and smarter things to come?
