Whitney Houston threw a “diva” tantrum by refusing to buckle up on a Delta flight in Atlanta yesterday. According to TMZ , Whitney pretty much flipped the bird to the flight attendant when she asked the singer to fasten her seat belt before departure. When Houston ignored the request, another flight attendant stepped in and told Whit that if she didn’t comply with FAA rules she would have to deplane the flight. Whitney’s rep said the singer “overreacted a little bit after missing an earlier flight but she’s still 100% sober and was on the way to Detroit for her first day of shooting a new movie.” And did you know that Ray J also moved to the ATL this weekend??? Hmmm…. The star received drug and alcohol treatment earlier this year in a bid to clean up her life. Liv Tyler’s mother, rock legend Bebe Buell, is coming out hard against Dina Lohan for some reason in the new issue of Steppin’ Out ( via Radar ). Her main point? Dina sucks as a person and needs to start acting like a mom. “What her mother has done with Lindsay is morally wrong and disgusting. She should back off. Lindsay is the one with the talent. She’s the star,” Bebe said. “ Dina Lohan ‘s relationship with her daughter Lindsay Lohan disturbs me. I don’t see a mother and a daughter there. If my beautiful daughter was like that…” “I mean Lindsay and Liv were practically born on the same day. So I look at Lindsay and I see my own child in her because there’s a great talent there.” NOTE: Liv was born July 1, 1977. Lindsay was born July 2 … 1986. “But if my baby girl got that screwed up I would NOT allow to make her own decisions,” Bebe rants on. “I’m sorry! Anybody can think what they want.” “I would abduct my child and I would make sure that I didn’t leave her side until she didn’t have those problems anymore. But she also has to be responsible for her own actions. Her mother needs to start being a mother and not yes her to death.” Steven Tyler’s ex also has advice for Lindsay Lohan ‘s career. “If Lindsay spent a year with me I could turn her around. On last night’s episode of “The T.O Show”, T.O continues to expand his business ventures since his knee and football career seems unpromising. He introduces us to his barbershop, “T.O Cutz”, with co-owner Peter. Kita and Mo attempt to persuade T.O to expand his barbershop and make it into a beauty salon/barber shop but the men hate that idea and express that they want to keep the barbershop as manly as possible, making it into a “getaway” for men to come and watch sports, drink beer and get their hair cut. Kita takes T.O to her beauty salon to show him how much weaves are selling for nowadays, hoping that it will open T.O’s eyes to the wonderful world of weaves. T.O seems a little more frightened than interested and states, “A rack of weave coming at me is not a pretty sight”. Mo, taking notes from T.O on expanding his business, decided to try her hand at a new craft as well. She applied for a position as a radio dj and did great on her audition after fumbling a little and receiving a surprise visit from T.O (no surprise there). GLAAD isn’t too happy with Tyler The Creator and Odd Future. Tyler The Creator and Odd Future’s second album contains over 200 anti-gay slurs. The organization is not feeling Tyler’s lyrical content on his latest album Goblin either. GLAAD released a statement regarding his appearance on MTV’s Video Music Awards and his win for Best New Artist. “Rather than providing simply a larger platform, MTV and other networks should educate viewers about why anti-gay and misogynistic language has no place in the music industry today,” said Herndon Graddick, Senior Director of Programs at GLAAD. “Given Tyler’s history of such remarks, viewers and potential sponsors should refrain from honoring homophobia and in the future look to a more deserving artist.” Tyler has not responded to GLAAD’s statement.
