This broad looks like a super duper broke a$$ Lil Kim: A New Jersey woman who police say injected a man’s penis with silicone, resulting in his death, has been charged with manslaughter. The Essex County prosecutor’s office says 34-year-old Kasia Rivera gave 22-year-old Justin Street the injection on May 5. Such injections often are used to enlarge body parts, such as the buttocks. Street died the day after his injection. His death was ruled a homicide following an investigation and a medical examiner’s determination he died of a silicone embolism. Rivera also faces charges for the unauthorized practice of medicine. She was arrested Friday and is being held on $75,000 bail. It’s unclear if she has a lawyer. Just like her crazy a$$ ex-husband, Brooke Mueller , has been popped for beating folks and holding the yay: Police in Aspen say Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, has been arrested in Aspen on suspicion of third-degree assault and cocaine possession with intent to distribute. Authorities say officers arrested Mueller early Saturday at a nightclub after a woman reported being assault by her. Mueller posted $11,000 bond and was released from custody. She’s scheduled in court Dec. 19. Aspen police spokeswoman Blair Weyer says additional details are not immediately available. Her attorney, Yale Galanter, had no comment. Sheen and Mueller divorced earlier this year, citing Christmas Day 2009 as the day of their breakup. Charlie Sheen was arrested in Aspen on that day on suspicion of assaulting Mueller. Loon, real name Chauncey Hawkins, was reportedly arrested in Brussels on heroin trafficking charges this week. A man in a “Frosty the Snowman” costume was arrested Saturday during the annual Christmas parade in Chestertown, on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. He’s accused of scuffling with police and kicking at a police dog. Sgt. John A. Dolgos tells The Star Democrat of Easton that 52-year-old Kevin Michael Walsh became agitated when a dog-handling officer tried to escort him away from the crowd. Walsh told The Associated Press that he has dressed as Frosty in the parade for at least 10 years. He says he did nothing wrong and was wrongfully arrested. He says an officer hassled him after he made a joke about the police dog’s presence at the parade. Walsh was released on personal recognizance. Poor dog. Source

An Australian teen was sentenced to two months in detention Friday for buying drugs while vacationing with family on Indonesia’s resort island of Bali. Presiding Judge Amzer Simanjuntak told the packed Denpasar district court that — when taking into account time already served — the 14-year-old would be freed in just over a week and immediately deported. “It’s better to give a jail sentence, but the shortest possible, which would enable him to be given back to his parents sooner,” Simanjuntak said, according to a report in the Herald Sun newspaper. The prosecutors had asked for a three-month sentence. The boy, who cannot be identified by name because of his age, sat sobbing, his head bowed down, as his father patted him on the back consolingly while the judge spoke. Though he could have faced up to 12 years under Indonesia’s tough narcotics laws, the panel of three judges said it decided to be lenient because he admitted to buying 0.13 ounces of marijuana from a man in front of a supermarket and repeatedly expressed remorse.
