There is something verrrrry suspect about a man putting his mouth on a snake… A snakebite in a north Sacramento neighborhood left the victim seriously hurt, but the injured party isn’t whom you’d expect. David Senk, 54, was jailed on suspicion of maiming or mutilating a reptile, with bail set at $10,000, the Sacramento Bee reported. Police say a python underwent emergency surgery after a man allegedly bit the creature twice. Officers were called to Del Paso Heights around 6:30 p.m. Thursday after a passer-by reported that a man was lying on the ground and might have been assaulted, according to Sgt. Andrew Pettit. When they arrived, they found David Senk, 54, still lying there — but police say he wasn’t the one who was assaulted. Another man approached officers and accused Senk of taking two bites out of his pet python, Pettit said. The man, who was an acquaintance of Senk, told police that the suspect asked to hold the pet, then began biting, the Sacramento Bee reported. Senk was arrested on suspicion of unlawfully maiming or mutilating a reptile and booked on $10,000 bail. Damn, $10,000?! For biting a snake?! Wow… Source

President Barack Obama’s uncle was stopped on suspicion of drunken driving, told police he planned to arrange bail through the White House and was being held without bail on an immigration detainer, authorities said Monday. Onyango Obama was arrested last week in Framingham, about 20 miles west of Boston, after police said he made a rolling stop through a stop sign and nearly caused a cruiser to strike his sport utility vehicle. Police said that after being booked at the police station, Obama was asked whether he wanted to make a telephone call to arrange for bail. “I think I will call the White House,” he stated, according to a police report filed in Framingham District Court. Police said Obama, who’s originally from Kenya and is the half-brother of the president’s late father, pleaded not guilty Friday and was being held without bail on a detainer from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. In a court document, ICE said he had an earlier deportation or removal order. His immigration status couldn’t immediately be confirmed, but such orders are generally reserved for people living in the country illegally. An immigration detainer, used by ICE to identify people in jail or prison who could be deported, is a request to another law enforcement agency to notify ICE before releasing the person from custody so ICE can arrange to take over custody. *Sigh* According to TMZ reports : X — who was allegedly going 102 mph in a 65 zone — tells TMZ, “I was going 85 miles per hour … I know for a fact I didn’t go more than 90.” X adds, “I’m used to driving fast, I’m a New Yorker … but I constantly look at the speedometer when I’m driving … I need to make sure I don’t drive too fast.” The rapper says he knows he was technically speeding, but he feels the cops abused their authority by putting him behind bars … even though his rap sheet takes longer to read than “War and Peace.” “I plan on suing … and I plan on suing for harassment,” DMX says … adding, “I’m in discussions with multiple lawyers who are not afraid to go against the system in helping me clear my name because I have been harassed.” Dog, at this point in life there is very litte that you can do to “clear your name”. This one here is especially special. Police in St. Petersburg, Fla., said they arrested a woman who told them text messages and photos indicating she was torturing her baby were a joke. Investigators said Donald Callaway, 21, called 911 Wednesday and said his ex-girlfriend, Brittany Lester, 20, was sending him pictures and messages implying she was torturing their 1-month-old son, the St. Petersburg Times reported Friday. Messages said Lester was going to “squeeze him until he’s gasping for air,” “urinate in a bottle and feed it to him” and “put him in the dresser and slam it,” investigators said. She also made several references to the baby dying, they said. The photos Lester sent Callaway showed her appearing to choke the child, placing a plastic bag over his head, placing him upside-down in a trash can and lying down with a cellphone charger in his mouth, police said. Officers said they found Lester in her motel room with the infant unharmed. Lester, who told police the pictures and text messages were meant as a joke, was arrested on a charge of aggravated child abuse. You big dummy!
SMH at lil Teairra catching fade with one-time… Via TMZ: Teairra Mari is accused of doing the ONE thing you should never do after getting arrested for DUI … attacking a cop. Law enforcement sources tell us the 23-year-old actress/singer was driving a silver Infiniti through Beverly Hills around 3:00 AM, when she rear-ended the car in front of her. Police at the accident scene observed “signs of intoxication” from Teairra — and arrested her for DUI. One person who was at the scene tells TMZ Teairra was “really messed up … she couldn’t even stand.” And it gets worse … we’re told Teairra didn’t play nice while she was being booked and became “combative” with one of the arresting officers. Sources tell us one cop suffered a “minor cut” to his hand during the incident. As a result, Mari now faces multiple charges — including DUI and assault on a police officer. According to law enforcement, Mari is still in custody and bail has been set at $50k.

Told that many people are utterly baffled by his actions, Aron would not – or could not – explain why he took and kept the boy. “He looked familiar. I thought I knew him,” he said. Police said they found no evidence of molestation. Aron appeared ashamed and embarrassed when asked about Leiby, and stressed several times the boy slept in the living room, not his bedroom. He said he gave Leiby a tuna sandwich for breakfast the next day. A man was arrested Sunday in Livingston Parish after state troopers discovered his 8-year-old son was driving the family from Mississippi to Dallas while the man slept, intoxicated. The father, Billy Joe Madden, 28, of Hattiesburg, Miss., was arrested and booked into the Livingston Parish Jail. Louisiana State Police Troop A received a call around 6:30 a.m. from a concerned motorist traveling west on Interstate 12 near Holden, said state police spokeswoman Melissa Matey. The driver said a green Chevrolet pick-up truck was moving erratically and a child appeared to be the driver. Troopers stopped the pick-up truck on I-12, just west of LA 447 in Livingston Parish. Madden was in the passenger seat while his 8-year-old son drove and his 4-year-old daughter sat in the back seat, Matey said. No one was injured. Matey said troopers determined Madden was intoxicated while interviewing him. Both children were turned over to child protective services and are awaiting the arrival of a family member. Officials booked Madden with allowing a minor to drive, keeping an open container in the vehicle, driving without a seat belt, two counts of child desertion and two counts of no child restraint. His bond was set at $1,474. What the hell was he thinking? We’re glad he opted not to drive drunk with his two kids in the car — but this is just as bad!!! Source

Here he goes… Cops were called to Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Fordham after a church-goer interrupted the service to call for the removal of Frank Borzellieri as principal of the parish school. “I wanted them to feel my sense of outrage that he was brought into the community to teach,” said Juan Varela, 54, who was arrested yesterday on disorderly conduct and weapons possession charges and spent seven hours in police custody. Varela, who is Catholic but lives in Queens, said he sat in a pew during the 10 a.m. Mass. At one point he stood up, walked to the altar, faced parishioners and began railing against Borzellieri. “This church hired a racist. This church does not like Hispanics and blacks,” one police source quoted Varela as saying. Cops said he initially refused to leave, but finally complied. He said he was kicked from behind by ushers at the back of the church as he tried to exit. He was picked up by police about two blocks away. Varela was charged with criminal possession of a weapon – a knife – and disorderly conduct, cops said. Damn a knife in church, sounds like Varela planned to “lay hands” on this pastor if he got close enough. Peep what the good ol’ pastor was kickin’ The News revealed Sunday that Borzellieri, 48, was quietly hired two years ago as principal of Our Lady of Mount Carmel School despite his controversial writings. In his 2004 book – “Don’t Take it Personally: Race, Immigration, Crime and Other Heresies” – Borzellieri declared “diversity is a weakness” and that America’s rising black and Hispanic populations will lead to a “New Dark Age.” He has also written for the white supremacist publication American Renaissance. As a city school board member representing District 24 in Queens from 1993 to 2002, Borzellieri tried to ban literature he labeled “anti-American” from school libraries. One of the books he targeted was an biography on the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. He also introduced a resolution calling for students to be taught that U.S. culture is superior, and he advocated the removal of an openly gay teacher from the classroom at Public School 199 in Sunnyside. So the Catholic church is just going to act like their new pastor isn’t a hate-monger, bigot, racist piece-of-s#!t? Damn, they’re a tough crowd.
