As previously reported Ronald Gasser, the man witnesses say stood over the former NFL player’s lifeless body after a road rage shooting, was facing a second-degree murder charge. Now after Gasser was found guilty of a lesser charge of manslaughter, he’s been sentenced to 30 years. NOLA.com reports that Jefferson Parish Judge Ellen Kovach sentenced Ronald Gasser to 30 years in prison for gunning down McKnight after a five-mile, mutual road rage-fueled chase. The judge also admonished both men for the incident. “Let this be a cautionary tale to all driver who rage behind the wheel of their car at other drivers,” said Kovach. “The tragedy could have been avoided if either man “had the good sense, the courage and the wisdom to simply disengage.” Gasser was facing 40 years behind bars. Seminole County Sheriff’s Office Nick Gordon Arrested Again The ex-boyfriend of the late Bobbi Kristina has been arrested AGAIN on domestic violence charges. PEOPLE reports that Nick Gordon , 29, was arrested Saturday on a domestic battery charge for an incident between him and his girlfriend Laura Leal. Gordon told authorities that after a night of drinking his “crazy” girlfriend ripped his shirt and threw a bottle at him. Leal alleged however that after she picked Gordon up from a bar he struck her in the face while she was driving, pulled her hair and “stated to her that he should make her wreck the vehicle,” according to the arrest report. Leal had visible injuries including a slightly swollen bottom lip with dried blood. Gordon was then arrested for battery domestic violence despite Leal NOT wanting to press charges. Back in July Gordon was arrested on domestic violence and false imprisonment charges after he allegedly punched Leal and wouldn’t let her leave their home. Jason LaVeris/FilmMagic Get your life together… Tommie Lee Turns Herself In For Battery A robust rap-sheet having #LHHATL star recently turned herself in to authorities. As previously reported Tommie Lee allegedly slapped and punched an Atlanta jewelry store employee who questioned her piss poor attitude. The jewelry store associate also claimed that Tommie and her associate, an unnamed man, had previously tried to steal items from the business before. Now TMZ reports that Tommie turned herself in for a misdemeanor battery charge related to the case and was later released. Tommie turned herself in late Tuesday night and spent a single night behind bars. She later posted a $3k bond and told TMZ she was innocent. There’s a new mugshot out of Tommie, this would reportedly make number 33. James Pray for TV One Sheesh, Tommie. We’re sure this will be shown on the upcoming new season of #LHHATL.

Merced County / Splash News Obdulia Sanchez Sentenced The 19-year-old who crashed her car while high and live streamed as her sister died as a result has been sentenced. The Washington Post reports that Obdulia Sanchez was sentenced to six years and four months in prison for crimes of gross vehicular manslaughter, driving while intoxicated and child endangerment. She had pleaded no contest to the charges last month. Sanchez tested positive for marijuana, cocaine, and alcohol after the crash. “I killed my sister, but I don’t care. I killed my sister. I know I’m going to prison, but I don’t care,” said Sanchez in the viral video showing her sister’s death. “I’m sorry baby. Imma hold it down.” Another teen was involved in the crash but survived.

Exclusive: Kodak Black Complains Prosecutors Have Yet To Charge Him; Wants Out Of Jail

“Tunnel Vision” Rapper Jailed Following Last Month’s Gun & Drug Bust Kodak Black  is griping that the state is taking its sweet time to indict him after his gun and drug bust last month. The Florida rapper’s lawyer filed court docs Friday asking a judge for a special hearing to raise the possibility of springing him from lockup, after prosecutors let the three week window to formally charge him expire. Kodak Black – whose real name is Dieuson Octave – has been held without bail since his arrest Jan. 18. He is facing charges of gun possession, drug possession and child neglect after a police raid on his home, where cops found weed and a stolen gun – all in the presence of a toddler, according to the police report. He was ordered held without bail. Bradford Cohen, Kodak Black’s lawyer, said in court papers that the rapper has now languished in jail for 22 days without being formally charged, which entitles him to a “preliminary adversary hearing” where he can raise the issue of whether there’s enough evidence to keep him behind bars. (Photo by Samir Hussein/Samir Hussein/WireImage) Monique Greene Suing Nelly For Rape Nelly has complained that his rape accuser is filling her court filings with “scandalous” info that isn’t relevant to their sex assault and defamation case to hurt the rapper’s rep, but the woman said she is simply fighting fire with fire. Lawyers for the St. Louis rapper filed court docs Monday asking the court to bar portions of his accuser Monique Greene’s new complaint, arguing that she purposely put “impertinent, immaterial, redundant and scandalous” information in it – like a photo of Nelly in handcuffs and allegations from two more women who said Nelly assaulted them – in order to curry public favor and smear Nelly. Greene sued Nelly last year, contending his handlers lured her to his tour bus after a Seattle club appearance, where he raped her. However, Greene stopped working with law enforcement, and Nelly was not criminally charged. But Greene fired back in her own filing on Tuesday, and said she had no reason to overhype the alleged incident, because the circumstances around it were already lurid to begin with. Greene said Nelly has gone on a PR offensive to discredit her every chance he got, and even got his girlfriend Shantel Jackson in on the act. “This is a sexual assault and defamation lawsuit that is ‘scandalous’ by its very nature,” lawyers for the 21 year old club hostess wrote in court papers. “It involves a celebrity who chose a college student half his age to rape. It is a case that is of interest to the media which defendant Nelly has made full use of by having his lawyer issue media releases and appear on television; by not just protesting his innocence but threatening legal action against his victim during the initial stages of the criminal investigation; by having his girlfriend publish an alibi; and by having his spokesperson deliver legal documents to media outlets as soon as they are filed.” A judge has yet to rule on whether or not to strike portions of Greene’s complaint.
