Cynthia Bailey Says She Plans To Move To LA Is Cynthia Bailey’s marriage coming to an end or does the RHOA just need a new storyline? The reality star recently revealed during Reality Checked with Radio And y, the model says that her marriage is in serious trouble: “Peter and I are not in a great place right now, honestly I don’t know what’s going to happen with us right now, we’re still trying to figure it out. It’s complicated.” “We’ve been married five years. We’ve been together for eight. We’re the only couple on The Real Housewives of Atlanta that was actually married on The Real Housewives of Atlanta. We’ve never been married outside of the show, and I don’t think that has helped us a lot.” Cynthia now tells Entertainment Tonight that she’s ready to put some distance between her and Peter …. “I’m a lover of love,” Cynthia continues. “You know, I am the woman that will leave New York City and relocate with her child and nanny to Atlanta for love, OK? So, with that said, I think I get to be that same girl who can say, ‘You know, I think it’s time for me to pack up my tent — my love tent — and move somewhere else now.’” “I just don’t feel that same peace and happiness that I was feeling, you know, when we started this journey,” Cynthia confesses. “I always thought that I would end up back in New York,” Cynthia says. “But, I’m kind of feeling L.A. … I love acting. Lawsuits: J.R. Smith Being Sued For $2.5 Million For Allegedly Choking Dude Out At Pizza Joint

J.R. Smith Being Sued For ‘Emotional Distress’ Of Guy He Allegedly Choked Cops have already declined to charge Smith with any crime in this matter but the “victim” is now coming for J.R.’s wallet. Via ESPN Cleveland Cavaliers guard J.R. Smith has been sued for $2.5 million by a man he got into an encounter with outside a New York City nightclub last November, according to documents obtained by ESPN.com. Justin Brown, who was 19 at the time, approached Smith at a pizza shop at about 4 a.m. after Smith had left 1Oak, a well-known club in the Chelsea section of Manhattan. In a lawsuit filed Thursday, Brown claims Smith turned down a request for a photo and then choked and struck him in his head and neck area. Brown is suing for physical injuries and emotional distress. Smith was not arrested for the incident and the Manhattan District Attorney declined to file charges in January after a two-month investigation. There is a video of the incident captured on a security camera, sources said. “If they have the audacity to file a frivolous claim against JR, we will counterclaim for defamation and defend the suit aggressively,” said Alex Spiro, Smith’s attorney. “This was a cash grab from the start.” Interesting. NYPD Arrest A Black Mailman After They Almost Crash Into His Delivery Truck It’s disgusting how brazenly the New York Police Department uses their authority to harass and terrorize the (black) people they have sworn to protect. NBCNewYork has the latest on the pistol-packin’ pigs’ abuse of power… The NYPD said it will review an incident in which four plainclothes officers and a lieutenant handcuffed a postal worker who was out driving his mail truck. The March 17 confrontation involving postal worker Glenn Grays was captured on cellphone videos that have been widely shared. The videos show the officers telling Grays to stop resisting even though he does not appear to be resisting. Grays said at a news conference this week he was delivering mail in Brooklyn when an unmarked police car nearly hit his mail truck. He said he shouted at the driver, and the officers backed the police car up and demanded identification. Grays told The New York Times that the driver told him, “I have the right of way because I’m law enforcement.” Grays ended up handcuffed and placed in the back of the unmarked police car. He was then taken to the local precinct, where he was issued a summons for disorderly conduct, which will require him to appear in court. F*** the police. Straight up. Image via YouTube

They would later learn she had lied – and Alissa would have to face the court of public opinion and the court of law.

How Cruel: Baby Fight Club Leaders From Daycare Finally Convicted In Virginia

Baby Fight Club Workers Convicted A 26-year-old d aycare worker who allowed children under the age of 1 to fight under her supervision, was finally convicted today, after being arrested back in 2013. Kierra Spriggs is now finally under the same duress her colleague Sarah Jordan faces, who was convicted of similar charges last month. The two were found guilty of child cruelty and assault. The two women organized the fights to entertain themselves. Witnesses at Spriggs child said she stepped on the children’s feet, dunked them in cold water and fed them spicy foods on purpose according to People . All of this for self amusement. The two workers have not been sentenced yet, sentencing for Jordans happens in May. There are no details yet on Sarah Spriggs’ sentencing date. SMH. Prince Edward County Police

NYPost : A teenage Moroccan girl who cops now say was furious at having to move away from the Islamic State has been arrested following a shocking stabbing attack on a German officer that was caught on video. Breitbart reports that the 15-year-old was wearing a headscarf when she was approached by the officer at a Hanover train station in November. In the startling footage, the girl can be seen fishing a giant kitchen knife out of her purse and stabbing the officer while he examined her identity documents.

David Alan Grier Cast As First Black Colonel Sanders For KFC David Alan Grier is about to make fast food history by becoming the first Black Colonel Sanders for KFC. According to Hollywood Reporter : KFC’s Colonel Sanders has undergone multiple makeovers this past year, and now he will be played by comedian David Alan Grier. The actor shared the news on his Twitter account, writing, “Breaking News: David Alan Grier has been cast as the first African American Colonel Sanders in the new KFC ad campaign.” KFC has been attempting to revitalize its brand with new ad campaigns recently. In May 2015, Saturday Night Live’s Darrell Hammond played the company’s founder in a slate of ads. Norm Macdonald sported the goatee and white suit in August, decrying other Colonel Sanders as imposters. Then came Jim Gaffigan’s turn as Sanders in a Super Bowl commercial this year. Goons are goons. NBC: They were gone in 120 seconds — and nabbed in less than 48 hours. At least three of the 10 thieves whose spectacular smash-and-grab robbery of a Houston gun store was caught on surveillance footage were in police custody and facing federal charges, NBC affiliate KRPC reported Thursday. Some of the 50 weapons stolen by the brazen bandits were also recovered, the station reported. Police have not identified the suspects and are offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that would lead to the arrest of their alleged accomplices. The heist at Carter’s Country Guns & Ammo was pulled off at 4:30 a.m. Tuesday with a brutal simplicity. The footage showed the thieves backing-up a black Ford F-250 pickup truck to the store and stretching a chain to the glass and iron security door. Then a robber, dressed in jogging pants, smashed the glass with what looked like a hammer and secured the chain. The truck — burning rubber — then yanked it off its hinges. Seconds later, the thieves swarmed inside and ransacked the store, smashing display cases and pocketing pistols. They also picked an entire wall of rifles clean. In recent months, there have reportedly been other smash-and-grab robberies of gun stores in Houston by thieves who supply them to street gangs.

Man Arrested For Posing As Student Accused Of Having Sex With Young Classmate 23-year-old Ukrainian man Artur Samarin, who posed as a local Pennsylvania student for almost 3 years, has now been charged with statutory sexual assault and corruption of minors. According to ABC 27 reports: Police said he was having sexual relationships with female students while claiming to be an 18-year-old senior at the school. According to police, Samarin had a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old student in 2014 while he was 22-years-old. Investigators said Samarin was also a student at Harrisburg University. Samarin who went by the name of “Asher Potts” was arrested on Tuesday and charged with false identification. Samarin was previously facing identity theft and tampering with public records charges. According to police, Samarin is a Ukrainian immigrant and he graduated from high school and attended two years of college there. Investigators said Samarin arrived in the U.S. on a 3-month exchange visitor visa and worked for a local company during that time. Investigators said he used falsified documents to enroll at John Harris High School, including a Social Security card that he received after going to several Social Security Administration offices. What the entire hell!?!?
