Steven Fernandez, 15, of Compton, Jose Barajas, 22, and Keelan Lamar Dadd, 27, were arrested and charged with committing lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. Georgia Man Fatally Shoots Mother And Stepdad On Thanksgiving North Atlanta police say a 34-year-old man killed his mom and stepdad on Thanksgiving in their home according to 11 Alive reports: A spokesperson for the Cobb County Police Department said a shooting call came in around 7 p.m. after neighbors reported hearing gunshots. Police arrived to find two people dead in the 5300 block of Camden Lake Drive. The victims are husband and wife pair Michael Bradley DeLoach, 58, and Ellen Deloach, 60. There were also two other family members home during the shooting that were able to escape without injuries. Dustin Ray Dixon, 34, of Marietta is charged with double murder. He also has four counts of aggravated assault and four counts of possession of a firearm or knife. Armed white men are the real threat in America!
Woman Tries To Open Emergency Door Mid-Flight An inebriated woman allegedly freaked out on a flight from London to Boston and decided she needed to open the door and leave — while the plane was still 30,000 in the sky. Via NBCnews : A woman aboard a British Airways plane from London to Boston has been arrested after trying to open the plane’s emergency exit door during the flight, officials said. The passenger on British Airways Flight 213, a Boeing 777, was restrained for the rest of the flight, and then arrested upon arrival at Boston’s Logan Airport, the airline said. “Our customers and crew deserve to have a safe and enjoyable flight and we do not tolerate abusive behavior,” British Airways said in a statement, referring to the passenger as “an unruly customer on board.” Massachusetts State Police said it was investigating the incident, along with customs agents, the Joint Terrorism Task Force, and the Transportation Security Administration. Officials told NBC News there was no indication of terrorism. She couldn’t have picked a worse time to have whatever episode that was she was going through. Court Docs Say Black Ink Star Hadn’t Paid Child Support For Nearly A Year Black Ink boss Caesar was arrested this week for ignoring a child support order that left him $15,000 in arrears, BOSSIP has learned. Caesar, real name David Emanuel, defied a January court order to pay his child’s mother, Crystal, weekly child support, according to court docs obtained by BOSSIP. The amount steadily crept up, and in September, a judge slapped a warrant and a default judgment on the tattoo artist for $14,016 in back child support. The debt is continuing to pile up, and of Nov. 10, the 36-year-old owed $15,151 in back child support. Cops arrested the entrepreneur at his Harlem shop on Monday, and he quickly posted the $2,500 bail. Both he and his baby mama are due back in New York family court next month. He agreed to a plea deal where he will serve 5 to 12.5 years in prison and pay $1.4 million in restitution to his victims but could the FBI had arrested the pervert sooner? I mean, it felt — it felt so good.” The recordings were made by Rochelle Herman-Walrond, a former Florida journalist who took it upon herself to stop Fogle after hearing him profess his sexual taste for children. Masking her own disgust, she befriended Fogle so she could record and expose him. She contacted the Federal Bureau of Investigation, who asked her to wear a wire. Glossed over in the mainstream media, however, is the fact that the entire process took ten years, according to an interview Herman-Walrond gave to ABC News. She wore a wire for four-and-a-half years before the FBI took action and arrested Fogle. “That was my biggest question, ‘Why was it taking so long?’” journalist Rochelle Herman-Walrond told ABC affiliate WWSB. “A case of this size just happens to take that long, and that’s what I was told.” For at least four years, the FBI had evidence of Fogle’s criminal behavior and chose to let the abuse continue. As Herman-Walrond asked, why did it take so long to stop him? The casual excuse is the bureaucracy itself, but we know that when the government wants to act quickly, it does. It does not hesitate in killing, disappearing, or jailing those it deems are a threat to government, and it sets aside constitutional protections to do so. Alleged Drunk Driver Crashes Through Delaware State University Homecoming A man believed to be under the influence of alcohol was arrested this weekend after he injured 7 people, one critically, at Delaware State University’s homecoming festivities. Police report that Gregory Ligon drove a Mercedes Benz through the school’s yard and pinned a woman against a tree after trying to stop it from going into reverse. Delaware State News reports: A woman was critically injured and six others injured when a car crashed into a crowd of people gathered on the Delaware State University campus Saturday evening, according to Dover Police. The remaining homecoming activities planned for the evening were canceled, police said in a Sunday morning news release. Master Cpl. Mark Hoffman, Dover Police public information officer, said the incident occurred at approximately 7:28 p.m., when Gregory Ligon, 28, of Mitchellville, Maryland, was driving a Mercedes Benz sedan in the area of the fraternity picnic area. Police said Mr. Ligon attempted to park his vehicle in the area and exited it once he did so, forgetting the vehicle was still in reverse. According to police, Mr. Ligon returned to the driver’s seat to stop the vehicle, but allegedly pushed the gas pedal instead of the brake. The vehicle accelerated over a curb and across a grassy area full of people. Police said the driver side door was open. Police said the vehicle struck seven people. The most serious of the injuries occurred when the driver door hit a 21-year-old female and pinned her against a tree. This victim was later flown to Christiana Hospital with major injuries. Police said the vehicle then continued as the driver door broke off, until it struck another tree and came to a stop. At that time Mr. Ligon was removed from the vehicle by several bystanders. Police said Mr. Ligon was found to be under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash and will be charged with the following crimes:first-degree vehicular assault, six charges of second-degree vehicular assault, DU, and no proof of insurance. South Carolina Man Brutally Beats Stepfather For Spilling His Kool-Aid An angry South Carolina man repeatedly punched his stepfather in the head after the older man spilled his stepson’s cup of Kool-Aid , police charge. Via The Smoking Gun : Armon Magellan Jones, 32, is facing an assault count for allegedly pummeling 57-year-old John Lesley during a confrontation late Saturday in their home in Rock Hill, a city 25 miles south of Charlotte. According to a Rock Hill Police Department report, Lesley told an officer that he and Jones “began arguing over a cup of Kool-Aid that Lesley had knocked over.” The dispute, cops noted, “quickly escalated and Jones became irate.” Lesley told police that Jones punched him several times in the head. The assault, cops reported, caused “visible injury to Lesley.” Jones, seen at left, fled on foot following the attack, but was arrested two hours later when he returned to the residence (officers found him hiding behind the door in his bedroom). Marie Holmes already spent over $9 million after her fiance was allegedly caught with 8,000 bags of heroin , but now it looks like her ain’t shit boo has been arrested a THIRD time… My Fox 8 : Lamarr Andre McDow, also known as “Hot Sauce,” was charged with possession of a firearm by a felon. A spokeswoman for the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office said that McDow turned himself in after being indicted on the charge. He was processed out of the jail a short time later, according to WWAY. Last November, McDow was arrested on heroin charges. Prosecutors said Marie Holmes, McDow’s fiance, paid his $3 million bond just a week after her lottery win. In July, McDow was arrested a second time for violating the terms of his curfew after his March release. When deputies went to pick McDow up at the home that he shares with Holmes, they smelled marijuana and found a gun that belonged to him. Holmes and several other people in the home were cited for possession. Shortly after his arrest, he was released from jail on a $6 million bond. *DEEP SIGH* Either this guy has A1 peen or this woman is just dumb as hell because this makes no damn sense!
