Colorado Woman Cuts Fetus From Pregnant Woman’s Womb A Colorado woman ripped the unborn fetus from a pregnant woman she lured to her home under the false pretense of selling used baby clothes. Via 9news : A 34-year-old woman was arrested Wednesday after Longmont Police say she attacked a woman who was seven-months pregnant and cut the victim’s unborn baby girl from her womb. The baby died, but the victim is recovering in the hospital. The ambush happened around 2 p.m. Wednesday at Dynel Catrece Lane’s home in the 1600 block of Green Place in Longmont. Satur said Lane and the 26-year-old victim did not know each other prior to this incident. The victim was responding to a Craigslist ad for baby clothes and came alone to the home. Longmont Police Commander Jeff Satur said that Lane showed up at an area hospital with the deceased baby, claiming she had a miscarriage. Satur said Lane’s husband drove her to the emergency room, thinking the child was alive. He said the husband is not considered a suspect. Police said the victim had been beaten and stabbed in the stomach before Lane allegedly removed the unborn child. Sources tell 9NEWS there is evidence of stabbing injuries from both a knife and pieces of glass. Police have not determined a motive. Lane has two children of her own. It’s not clear if anyone other than Lane and the victim were in the home at the time of the attack. Lane was booked into the Boulder County Jail and is facing charges of attempted first-degree murder, first-degree assault and child abuse resulting in death. She is expected to make her first appearance in court on Thursday. More charges could be added later. So sad and disgusting. Hopefully this woman will be put UNDER the jail for what she did to this poor mother-to-be. 9News / WSBTV

Woman Attacks NFL Ex Boyfriend With Knife, His New Girlfriend With Bat They say “ hell hath no fury …” According to WSBTV , Colts linebacker Erik Walden’s ex-girlfriend broke into his home three times in one night, confronting the NFL player and his new girlfriend multiple times and stealing property from his home. She even took a break to purchase a knife and a baseball bat from a nearby Wal-Mart to up the ante on their next encounter. According to Braselton, GA Police, when Walden and his new girlfriend walked into the home on Saturday night, Erika Palmer was sitting on his couch with his gun and the bat placed in her lap. After confronting the couple, Erika ran off into the woods behind his home, taking his iPhone and a Rolex watch with her. The couple called police, but Palmer was nowhere in sight. After police left, Palmer returned a third time — this time with a knife. She cut Walden’s arm with the knife, and hit his girlfriend with the bat, breaking her arm. Palmer then escaped to a nearby hotel, where Police found her by tracking her cell phone location. Walden and Palmer have two children together. Naturally, Palmer is being held without bail. Somehow, we bet Walden’s new girlfriend is rethinking a few things right about now…

Florida Man Beats Woman When She Refuses To Give Sex As Payment For Fast Food Why has Mickey D’s got people going so hard these days? Via WEDR : A West Palm Beach man is being held in the Palm Beach County Jail after he allegedly beat a woman who refused to have sex with him after he bought her breakfast at McDonald’s. Justin Jarrard Oliver is facing charges of felony battery and false imprisonment. Oliver, 26, is being held in lieu of $75,000 bail. The woman told West Palm Beach police that she and her boyfriend picked up Oliver in her car Wednesday morning then drove to the McDonald’s on 45th Street west of Australian Avenue. The trio placed made their order and Oliver paid the tab, according to an arrest report. Oliver then “demanded sex from (the victim) due to him buying her McDonald’s food,” the report said. As the woman was driving, Oliver allegedly “grabbed her by the arm/hand and attempted to pull her into the rear seat for sex,” according to the report. The woman screamed and held on to the steering wheel before bringing the car to an abrupt stop on 35th Street near Broadway. Once the vehicle stopped, Oliver jumped out and tried to pull the victim out of the car while again demanding sex, the report said. Oliver allegedly punched the woman with his fist, causing “severe injuries” that included a 1 1/2-inch laceration above her left eye and numerous other cuts and abrasions, the report said. The woman’s boyfriend jumped on Oliver’s back, allowing the woman to move the car a short distance away. The boyfriend then got back in the car and the woman drove to St. Mary’s Medical Center. The hospital staff alerted police. He bought homeboy’s food too…does he owe him sexual favors as well?? SMH. PalmBeachPost

Rocko Arrested After Racing Down Atlanta Highway Rocko and an unidentified friend were tossed into jail on Friday night after drag racing down the highway in luxury cars. Rocko was racing a friend down I-75 who was driving one of his other cars. It seems he wanted to test the power of the Rolls up against the speed of his BMW. It’s not everyday that you see two high-end luxury cars speeding against one another on 75, so naturally they caught the attention of the Atlanta PD. By the time police caught up to Rocko and his friend, they had already cut out their fast and furious shenanigans and were driving at a normal pace. That didn’t stop police from pilling them over and arresting them both. Rocko’s friend apparently tried to escape in the BMW, but being that the cop cars had a little speed on them, they were able to catch up to him and eventually take him into custody for fleeing and eluding a peace officer. According to TMZ , since both the cars had slowed by the time cops caught them, neither could be charged for racing. BUT since Rocko’s DMV papers weren’t quite all together, he got tossed in for driving with a suspended license. At least there was no accident! Racing can get dangerous… TMZ

Man With Clean Criminal Record Jailed For Murder Over Facebook Posts A Las Vegas man was taken into custody and carted back to his hometown of San Diego in July 2014. He had no idea why he was being picked up until authorities let him know he was being taken in for a string of murders in the state of California. Even though he was positive that he had never killed anyone — and ironically, the DA in charge of his arrest was certain of this too — his perceived association with gang members who may have had landed him behind bars. Via Voice of San Diego : District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis is using an obscure criminal statute, Penal Code section 182.5, for what appears to be the first time ever in California to prosecute a group of 15 San Diego men, including Harvey. The DA has admitted that some of the men had nothing to do with the underlying crimes at the heart of the case – a series of shootings by Lincoln Park gang members in 2013. Rather, they’re charged with conspiracy for belonging to the same gang as the shooters. For that, they could go to prison for life. It’s guilt by association, basically, and if federal law is any guide, it’s perfectly constitutional. The law says a person who “willfully promotes, furthers, assists, or benefits” from a gang crime can be charged with conspiracy. The benefit Harvey received out of the shootings, according to the DA, is street cred. If someone in the gang commits a crime, the reasoning goes, the whole gang gets a boost to its reputation. “They’re saying I benefited because my stature, my respect, went up. I didn’t even know I had any stature. I don’t understand how someone can benefit from something they don’t even know exists,” said Harvey. “It’s not a quantifiable thing, there’s no measure for stature. They’re the ones quantifying it.” You may recall a local rapper was arrested under the same code last month, for his own perceived affiliation with the same gang — except his “crime” was name-dropping gang members and landmarks that associate him. But Harvey’s association with the gang comes from “evidence” compiled mainly from Facebook: Harvey’s case has none of those sexy First Amendment issues. Much of the evidence being presented against him isn’t rap lyrics but Facebook posts that prosecutors say link him unmistakably to the Lincoln Park gang. But he, like Duncan, has no criminal record and is facing up to life in prison if convicted. Harvey insists he’s no gang member – just a victim of living in a gang-heavy neighborhood, and thus, falling into the state’s gang database by virtue of having been seen in gang territory and socializing with other gang members, i.e., his friends and neighbors. Suspect Caught By Police After Commenting On Facebook Picture An Ohio man is in custody after apparently commenting under his own online wanted photos. After the Butler County Sheriff’s Office posted photos of Andrew Dale Marcum to their Facebook page , the suspect appeared to have responded to the charges in the Facebook comments. Via ABC 7 reports: I ain’t tripping half of them don’t even know me,” wrote a Facebook user under the name Andrew Marcum, whom many are now saying is the “dumbest criminal” in Ohio. “If you could stop by the Sheriff’s Office, that’d be great,” responded the Sheriff’s office in the comments. “Hey, it doesn’t hurt to ask.” Later, the Hamilton County Police also chimed in on the discussion: “Andrew Marcum please stay in Butler County…thanks for your cooperation.” Eventually, Butler County Sheriff Richard K. Jones took to Twitter to invite Marcum to turn himself in: While it can’t be confirmed that the man is in fact suspect Andrew Dale Marcum, the account has been active for some time, with a cover photo of a tattoo with the name “Marcum” on a man’s back post in 2014. On Tuesday night, the sheriff’s office posted another message, this one noting that Marcum had turned himself in. “Andrew Dale Marcum will be off Facebook temporarily, because there is no social media access in the Butler County Jail. 3-Year-Old Boy Beaten To Death With Belt A 3-year-old boy was found dead in his aunt’s arms, covered in belt marks and bruises that she allegedly inflicted. Ethan Ali was found at his Brooklyn home on Wednesday while being babysat by his mother’s sister. 21-year-old Kristen Dale was taken into custody after her boyfriend called police around 1:30 p.m. — the time he found her holding the body of the lifeless boy inside the home. Ethan’s grandfather, Leroy Ali, told New York Daily News that he had repeatedly had to tell both Kristen and her boyfriend to ease up on the way they punish the toddler with a belt while he was in their care: “They did it all the time. They beat him and they beat him. He was always bruised. She beat him with the belt. I told her to stop.” Despite this fact, The city Administration for Children’s Services reported having no prior known involvement with the family, police said. Truly sad story.
