He must have really really got on her nerves. Woman Sets House On Fire To Annoy Husband This proves crazy doesn’t just exist in America. According to The NY Daily News An angry Japanese wife who torched her house to “annoy” her husband got trapped — and ended up being rescued by him. Masumi Nishino allegedly thought she would teach her spouse a lesson Aug. 31 after they had an argument and he decided to sleep in their Osaka home office. Lighting pieces of paper and pushing them into gaps in the wall that separated where they were sleeping, the 48-year-old went to bed. But the scraps continued to smolder and, sometime later, her husband woke to find the house on fire. Realizing his wife was trapped, he battered down the bedroom door and pulled her out of the blazing building. Both suffered smoke inhalation and were rushed to hospital, where the husband remains. Nishino was charged with arson and attempted murder, reports Japan Daily Press. “I was just trying to annoy him. I had no intention of killing him or even burning down the house. I had no idea this would happen,” she reportedly told cops later. This woman is the epitome of a dumbazz criminal. How you set the house on fire and have to be rescued? You can’t be serious … Atlanta Area Police Officer Arrested For Selling Drugs From His Patrol Car You sir, are a moron of the highest caliber. Via AJC A Newton County Sheriff’s deputy was arrested Thursday by federal police on accusations he sold Mary Jane, often from his marked county patrol car. Darrell Mathis, 40, was charged with distributing Mary Jane and carrying a firearm in the furtherance of a drug trafficking offense, authorities said. “This is an embarrassment to the Newton County Sheriff’s Office, as well as law enforcement in general,” Newton County Sheriff Ezell Brown said in a statement Friday. U.S. Attorney Sally Quillian Yates said the case was a reminder that no one is above the law. “This defendant used his position as a police officer to openly violate the very laws that he was sworn to uphold,” Yates said. “Selling Mary Jane out of his police car while wearing a badge and uniform is outrageous.” “Outrageous” is one way to put it, we were thinkin’ more like “Effing stupid”, but ok. According to the federal criminal complaint, the FBI learned in April that Mathis kept large amounts of the illicit drug out in the open at his Lithonia apartment and even bragged that he sold Mary Jane and didn’t worry because he “drives safely and flashes his police credentials to get out of tickets if he is stopped.” He also admitted to selling between 10 and 15 pounds of Mary Jane a week, according to the federal criminal complaint. Between May and September, federal authorities said Mathis sold Mary Jane to a confidential source working for the FBI and to an undercover FBI agent. On August 8, FBI officials said Mathis sold a pound of Mary Jane to an undercover agent, then went with the agent to discuss selling more drugs to another undercover agent whom he believed was a drug dealer, according to the federal criminal complaint. He took his deputy badge and gun to the meeting, and showed them to the undercover agents, saying, “Don’t worry, I’m on your side,” according to the criminal complaint. Woman Arrested After Posting Photo Of Herself Dangling Baby Over Balcony On Instagram Via Tampa Bay News 9 reports: A 25-year-old woman faces child neglect charges after posting a photo on social media that showed her dangling her baby over an apartment balcony, 12 feet off the ground. Friends of Aisha Jean Clark called Tampa police on Tuesday after spotting the photo on Instagram. Police said when they arrived at her apartment on Nuccio Parkway, they asked Clark if she knew why they were there. They said she laughed and went inside the apartment to get her iPad, pulled up her Instagram account, and showed them the picture. Police then arrested Clark and she allegedly told them, “I was mad and I was making a point. I can do what I want with my baby. Nobody can stop me.” In the criminal report, an officer concluded, “This single act would reasonably be expected to have resulted in serious physical injury or substantial risk of death to the infant.” Clark and her baby were wearing the same clothes as they were in the photo. When asked outside the jail if she dangled her child, she responded by saying, “If you all don’t get out of my face…You need to get out of my face.” When asked about being charged with child neglect of her own child, she said, “I don’t care, you get out of my face.” When asked why she would take the picture, she repeated the same answer. Finally, when asked if she had nothing to say, Clark said, “Boy, you’re lucky you’re on camera because I will snap on you.” She then walked back inside the jail. Teacher Arrested for Lesbian Relationship With Student According to Mail Online A 53-year-old teacher and mother who had a sexual relationship with a female student lasting four years has been jailed for 16 years. Linda Leann Wallace, of Texas, was given the lengthy sentence despite her daughter telling the court:’My mom is not a predator.’ Wallace, 53, began the inappropriate relationship when the student was 13 years old. The 16 year sentence is one of the harshest ever handed down by a court for a teacher involved in an inappropriate relationship. A court in Beaumont, Texas, was told the affair continued for four years and the pair would meet at her home, on campus and during school trips. The affair ended when the teen graduated from the Legacy Christian Academy where Wallace worked as a music teacher. Wallace had pleaded guilty to engaging with an underage student in July. She was arrested in 2012 after police were tipped off about the affair. Her daughter had spoken on her mom’s behalf telling the court her mom was not a sexual predator. Wallace also spoke in her own defense saying she was sorry for her actions. ‘I’ve had remorse for many years. I’m terribly sorry. I cry myself to sleep at night for her innocence,’ said Wallace. Wallace’s attorney, Paul Fukuda,said: ‘It’s a tragedy for both families. Hernandez, 23, was arrested for allegedly orchestrating the killing of Odin Lloyd, a 27-year-old landscaper who moonlighted as a linebacker on the Boston Bandits, a team in the New England Football League.
