Tourist Jumps Off Balcony To Escape Sex Attacker In India Via WashingtonPost On a day when lawmakers discussed a new anti-rape law, a British tourist jumped off a balcony of her hotel room to escape being sexually assaulted by the hotel owner in Agra, the city of the Taj Mahal, police said Tuesday. The tourist fractured her leg when she jumped from the second floor. Subhash Chand Dubey, a senior police officer, told reporters in Agra that the owner knocked on her door at 4 a.m., offered her a massage and refused to leave, even after she declined. The hotel owner then tried to enter her room forcibly with a security guard, and the tourist jumped off the balcony to escape, Dubey said. Dubey said the hotel owner has been arrested. The incident comes three days after a Swiss woman was gang sex attacked when she was bicycling through central India with her husband. Says Parliament member Pinaki Misra about his country’s f***kin’ problem: “We are today facing an epidemic in this country. Let’s come to terms with that first,” said Pinaki Misra, a member of Parliament, as lawmakers discussed new anti-sex attack legislation that seeks to not only make punishment tougher, but also widen the definition of sexual violence to include stalking, voyeurism and acid attacks on women. “We are now called the sex attack capital of the world. What has happened to us? “After the horrific incident of the 16th of December, after the nationwide condemnation, the criticism, the amount of self reflection and the amount of self abhorrence all of us undertook, it is my shameful admittance today that there have been an excess of 250 sex attacks reported, and many of them gang attacks,” Misra added. Chamique Holdsclaw Facing Prison Time For Assault On Ex Via TMZ reports: WNBA legend Chamique Holdsclaw insists she’s no violent gun-slinging psychotic ex-girlfriend … pleading not guilty to aggravated assault after allegedly firing a gun inside her ex-GF’s car. Holdsclaw entered the plea in Atlanta this morning — also pleading not guilty to criminal damage in the first degree, criminal damage in the second degree, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Holdsclaw — who’s currently free on bond — was charged with the laundry list of crimes last month. We broke the story … Holdsclaw — considered one of the greatest players in WNBA history — was arrested in Atlanta last year for a violent encounter with ex-girlfriend Jennifer Lacy. According to the police report, 35-year-old Holdsclaw attacked Lacy’s car with a baseball bat and then fired a gun into the vehicle’s backseat while Lacy sat in the driver’s seat. On the bright side, she won’t have any problems finding a new girl in jail.
Bobby Brown and jail cells go together like PB&J…SMH Bobby Brown Sentenced To 55 Days In Jail According to TMZ reports : Bobby Brown has been sentenced to 55 days in jail following his most recent DUI arrest, TMZ has learned. TMZ broke the story … Brown was arrested in October after cops pulled the singer over for driving erratically, and smelled alcohol in his ride. Bobby was charged with DUI and driving on a suspended license following the incident. (Brown’s license had been suspended as a result of his previous DUI conviction in 2012. Bobby was also convicted of DUI in 1996.) Bobby pled no contest to the charges today. He was sentenced to the jail time, plus 4 years probation. He was also ordered to complete an 18-month alcohol program. This is Bobby’s third DUI conviction. Bobby has to turn himself in to jail by March 20 — and has been ordered to attend 3 AA meetings per week until then. We’d like to think that this would be Bobby’s last brush with the law. Two Arrested In Acid Attack On Victoria’s Secret Worker In U.K. Remember the 21-year-old young lady who was victim to an acid attack recently??? Well two arrests have been made and apparently these people were her “FRIENDS”… Via ABC News: Naomi Oni says she was on her way home from her job at a Victoria’s Secret store in London when a veiled woman walked up behind her and threw acid, burning her face and arm and temporarily blinding her. Oni, 21, spent a month in the hospital after the Dec. 30 attack while doctors struggled to save her sight and did all they could to repair her damaged skin. A beautiful woman is now scarred for life. Police are still struggling to understand why. The search for suspects initially turned on Oni, when police allegedly found evidence that she had researched acid attacks on her laptop. She told London’s Evening Standard that she was “hurt and angry” that police were investigating her for self-inflicted wounds. “I’ve only just come out of hospital after having surgery on my eye,” she said. “To see this story saying that I’d done it made me so angry and really hurts. There’s no way I would have done this to myself. I want the person who did this to be caught.” Now police have suspects. Two people – a man and a woman – were reportedly charged with causing grievous bodily harm in connection to the attack. Scotland Yard told ABC News it is not commenting on the case, beyond this statement: “Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances of the incident.” Oni says she was walking home, chatting on the cellphone with her boyfriend when she noticed someone following her. The next thing she knew her face and arm were burning with acid. She doesn’t know what motivated the attack. “You can burn my skin,” she says on a website dedicated to raising funds for her treatment, “but you can’t burn my soul.” SMH.

According to CBS Local St. Louis: A 19 year-old eastern Missouri man is accused of stealing 59 pairs of women’s underwear along with female clothing, adult toys, photographs and feminine hygiene products. Michael Stout is charged with four counts of burglary, four counts of stealing and one count of property damage. Stout is jailed on $100,000 cash-only bond. Warren County deputies were called to a home Wednesday after a 16-year-old girl heard an intruder in the bathroom. Police say Stout ran into a wooded area but police dogs helped track him down. Stout had been watching female residents in his neighborhood and targeting their homes for several months, according to police. What a friggin weirdo!!!!
Thug life… Gang Member Caught With 100 Bags Of Drugs In Rectum A New Jersey man suspected of being a gang member was recently charged with drug possession and intent to distribute after police officers found 100 bags of drugs stuffed into his donkey booty during booking. via News One An alleged Bloods gang member was caught with 100 bags of h****n in his rectum as a result of a routine traffic stop in New Jersey, according to a police report obtained by The Record. Rasoul H. Speight of Port Jervis, N.Y., and Gary T. Sylak of Shandaken, N.Y., were stopped by cops as they traveled north on the Palisades Interstate Parkway because their 2005 Mitsubishi Lancer had unclear license plates. When the officers approached the vehicle, they allegedly smelled “sticky-icky” and asked for permission to search the car. Though nothing was found inside of the vehicle, a records check revealed that both men had outstanding warrants for traffic violations. Both men were cuffed and transported to the Interstate Parkway Police headquarters in Alpine, N.J. During processing, Speight was found to have bags of heroin in his rectum and Sylak had a syringe and a spoon, both with heroin residue, inside of his jacket. That’s not gangster. Via AJC reports : A Cobb County man remained in jail Wednesday after he allegedly left a toddler alone in an apartment while he sold maryjane. Darnell Anthony Marshall, of a Kennesaw address, was arrested late Thursday after he sold the drugs to an undercover agent in the parking lot of the Greenhouse Patio apartments on George Busbee Parkway, according to an arrest warrant obtained by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. After allegedly selling 7.9 grams of green, Marshall ran from sheriff’s deputies and into an apartment in the complex, the warrant states. Three others also ran into the same apartment after the drugs were exchanged, additional warrants state. Deputies found three suspects — Parker Sawyer, Julia Johnson and Jorge Soberanis — hiding in a bathroom inside the apartment, warrants state. All three were arrested and charged with possessing less than an ounce of maryjane and later released, records show. At Marshall’s apartment, deputies located more maryjane in 21 clear, plastic bags inside a safe, the warrant states. When he ran from deputies into another apartment, Marshall allegedly left a girl believed to be about 2 years old alone, according to investigators. Marshall was arrested on two felony drug charges, first degree child cruelty and obstruction. He was being held Wednesday afternoon on $20,000 bond, according to Cobb County jail records. We know times are rough but this is just ridiculous. Leaving your toddler alone to peddle piff? SMH!
Niiiice… ABC Reports : “Spare Time Bowling Center can confirm that a private party did take place on November 3rd, 2012. We neither arranged for (nor paid for) the entertainment that was provided at the party. Spare Time has been cooperating fully with the investigation and will continue to do so.” In a press release, Police accused 33-year-old Viger of “organizing, managing, and paying” for the party where two strippers performed “personal and intimate dances for some party attendees.” The strippers, who work for the company Tops in Bottoms, aren’t facing charges. The CBS affiliate WRGB says the strippers didn’t know the attendees were underage and believe the incident is being “blown out of proportion.” Viger could not immediately be reached for comment, but posted on her Facebook page that she and her family have been going through a “difficult time.” South Glens Falls is a small town 200 miles north of New York City. Viger has her first court appearance scheduled for March 7. ABC
