Source: Paras Griffin / Getty Former “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” Star Blasts Former Lover Stevie J For Mom-Shaming Her Reality star Joseline Hernandez has blasted her former lover and co-star Stevie J’s bid to wrest custody of their little girl from her and force her to pay him child support. The former “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star has hit back at Stevie in her own countersuit against her one time co-star, that says she’s a great mom and if anything, her child support from him should be increased. We exclusively revealed that Stevie sued Joseline for primary custody , arguing that she was purposely cutting him out of their girl’s life. He accused Joseline of being financially and mentally unstable and said his home with hew wife Faith Evans would be more loving and safe for Bonnie Bella. But in court documents filed last week and obtained by BOSSIP, Joseline said Stevie should be paying more child support instead of trying to “take the child from the only home the child has known.” Joseline said she’s complied with the terms of their current custody order and has never kept their daughter Bonnie Bella away from Stevie. And she denied moving to Miami to shack up with another guy. Joseline called out her baby daddy for mom shaming her and called his suit a “frivolous action to try to take the child from the only home the child has known,” according to her court papers. Although the mom of one admitted that her income had gone way down since she left “Love & Hip Hop,” she says that it’s a pipe dream to believe that Stevie would be a better parent to Bonnie. She said if he’s so worried about Joseline not being able to provide for the girl, the judge should force him to start paying 20 percent of his income to her. She said Stevie’s claim that having more money would allow him to give Bonnie a better life was “an insult to every single mother in the country,” her court papers state. The mom of one wants a judge to deny Stevie J’s custody and child support claim and award her additional child support. Stevie J had not responded to Joseline’s allegations as of July 15. Both sides are set to appear in court over the matter next week.

Ronnie Magro: Did He Fake Getting Jumped to Hide Jen Harley Assault?

On last week’s episode of Jersey Shore: Family Vacatio n , most of the focus was on Mike Sorrentino’s ongoing legal issues. That makes sense, of course — after all, reality TV doesn’t get much more intense than a major cast member getting sentenced to 24 months in prison. ( Mike’s sentence was later reduced, and he’ll probably be released in September, having served just 8 months.) But there was drama to be found elsewhere in the two-part Shore season premiere, as well. For starters, Jenni Farley opened up about her son Greyson’s medical issues with a heartbreaking story about his various struggles. And of course, it wouldn’t be an episode of Jersey Shore without at least a hint of Ronnie Ortiz-Magro relationship drama. This time, it happened off camera, and Ronnie changed the topic as quickly as possible, but it wasn’t hard to piece together what really happened. As you may recall, Ronnie was late meeting up with the rest of the crew for Mike’s sentencing, and when he finally showed up, he explained that he had gotten jumped in Secaucus, New Jersey the previous night. Magro told an unusual story about two men attacking him from behind, seemingly unprovoked. His injuries didn’t appear to align with his account of the attack, and the rest of the cast had questions from the very start. “I’m not trying to put any words in anybody’s mouth, but who knows? Maybe Ron and Jen got into a fight. He says he got jumped. Who knows?” Deena Nicole Cortese asked. “Who gets scratched by a guy? That doesn’t happen. You get scratched by a girl,” Pauly D seconded. “He says they hit him in the back of the head and he has a black eye. The story is fishy, but who really knows? He says that he didn’t see anybody. It just doesn’t add up.” Jen has assaulted Ronnie on numerous occasions, and the incidents have often resulted in injuries for him and handcuffs for her. So it makes sense that the guidos would take issue with his account. We might be inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt, were it not for the fact that Ron never filed a police report about the incident, and staff at the restaurant where he was allegedly attacked say his story is complete BS. According to Magro, he was attacked by a random group of haters in the parking lot of Lorenzo’s Italian Bar and Restaurant on October 4 of last year. An employee of the restaurant refutes Ronnie’s claim that he was there with two women (which apparently angered his attackers). The informant also claims Ron and Jen left the restaurant and walked to his car without incident: “They were there maybe 15, tops, 20 minutes. They both walked out together. Everybody watched them leave the establishment together,” says Lorenzo’s staffer Erin Kaye. “That story is completely fabricated that he said on TV. There was no one there to even jump him, the place was deserted that night,” the source continued in a conversation with Radar Online. So did Ronnie make up the part about having two girls with him just to look cool? If so, the fact that he has to lie to protect his abusive partner is still super sad, but the two women part is “you don’t know my model girlfriend because she goes to a different school”-level hilarious. All kidding aside, of course, if Ron feels the need to lie to his best friends to hide yet another assault at the hands of Harley then the situation is sad with the potential to become tragic. If this relationship is as unhealthy as it appears to be, we encourage Ronnie to end it as quickly as possible. Amber Portwood Skips Teen Mom Reunion; Is She a Goner?!?

Amber Portwood may have already made her final appearance on MTV. The embattled reality star has not made any public statements in about two weeks, not since she was arrested on three felony counts of domestic assault after allegedly attacking boyfriend Andrew Glennon . But numerous headlines of late have been screaming about the inevitable. And that would be this: Portwood will soon be fired from Teen Mom OG. According to the latest report, producers will absolutely, positively give Amber the axe if it is proven that she wielded a machete in her July 5 attack against Glennon. It’s true: In case you are just catching up on this wild and disturbing story, Portwood was arrested the morning after July Fourth because she supposedly blamed Glennon for the couple and its one-year old son, James, missing a fireworks show due to an abundance of traffic. She then hurled a shoe at Glennon while he was cradling James — and has admitted to this act. And she then took a giant sword and tried to break into the bathroom where Andrew was hiding with James — although she has denied this act. With rumors swirling over whether MTV will keep employing Amber after such a violent episode, multiple outlets have now at least confirmed that she was NOT a part of the Teen Mom OG reunion held this past weekend in New York City. “Amber’s trying to get things together in her life and she wasn’t able to attend,” a source tells Us Weekly, ading: “She’s dealing with the situation and her most important thing is her family.” To be clear: Portwood skipping the reunion does not, in and of itself, mean that she’s been fired. Amber was in court just a few days ago to hear a list of the charges against her and is dealing with a very serious legal situation right now. As a result, attending “just wasn’t a consideration with everything else she has going on right now,” Radar Online writes. Portwood’s costars — Maci Bookout,Catelynn Lowell and Cheyenne Floyd — did, of course, travel to The Big Apple without  her. And so did the 29-year-old’s ex-fiance, Gary Shirley, with whom she shares daughter Leah, 10, Us Weekly reports. “Gary was asked about the situation and he was very diplomatic,” the tabloid reveals. “They have a nice relationship now.” Inside a courtroom at the aforementioned hearing on July 10, Portwood was ordered to stay away from both Glennon and her baby son. This makes a lot of legal sense when you consider the allegations against  her. According to court documents, the MTV personality really did possess a machete during the fight with Glennon, who was holding their 14-month-old and trying to keep him safe during the assault. “[Amber] struck the machete at and into a door, while Andrew Glennon was standing directly on the other side of the door, that created a substantial risk of bodily injury to Andrew Glennon,” the documentss read. As of this writing, Portwood is staying with her mom and trying to figure out what to do next, in a personal, professional and legal sense. She has starred on Teen Mom OG since its premierei n 2009 and was also arrested for domestic assault (of Shirley) in 2010, a crime for which she eventually spent 17 months behind bars. Very unhappy with how she was being portrayed on the show, Portwood told an executive producer: “I just don’t feel like this is right for my life anymore, seeing that you guys want a certain kind of story that I just don’t want to give you anymore. I just feel like it’s very different from a reality show anymore.” She had previously Tweeted a similar sentiment. “The heartache this show has put me through is too much to bear anymore,” she wrote in early 2019, prior to agreeing to return for Season 8 and adding back then: “My name will not get smeared anymore. Peter Weber: ANOTHER Bachelorette Finalist Caught Hiding Secret Girlfriend!

Scoot on over, Jed! And make some room for your pal Peter… it looks like he will be joining you in the hot seat this week.  WARNING: The Bachelorette spoilers await. Big ones. It pains me to say, but as fans prepare for tonight’s fantasy suites episode on  The Bachelorette , new allegations have emerged about frontrunner Peter Weber.  *sobs* Pilot Pete, who has successfully made it to the final four on Hannah Brown’s season,  is being accused of breaking up with his girlfriend to go on the hit reality show .  Sound familiar?  Jed Wyatt has been accused of the same douchey crime , but with Peter… well, we just really didn’t see this coming.  The sweet, loveable contestant was called out after his alleged ex-girlfriend, model Calee Lutes, had an interview with Entertainment Tonight where she spoke out about their relationship.  And apparently, he ended things right before going on the dating series. According to Lutes, she and Peter met through a dating app in June 2018, while the Delta pilot was in town training for work.  “We hit it off and decided to continue dating long distance after his month was up,” Lutes told  ET . “It was great, we were crazy about each other.” “Even though we lived on opposite sides of the country, we saw each other often — every week/every other week,” she explained of their relationship. “It was as easy as a long-distance relationship could be.” Lutes also admitted that she and Pete went to Switzerland together in November. Mind you, this was about four months before the show began filming… and Peter is a pilot (!!!) so the fact that they traveled together isn’t at all shocking. Their relationship was “very serious,” according to Calee, and the two even discussed living together.  But two days before Christmas, Weber ended their relationship during a FaceTime call. “He didn’t really have a reason why. I was devastated and completely blindsided,” Lutes recalls. “I didn’t understand why it was so urgent to end things so suddenly.” “I thought there was another girl, so I looked at his recent followers on Instagram, and noticed that a  Bachelorette  producer had recently followed him,” she said. “I didn’t think much of it at the time, but I knew there was something he wasn’t telling me.” Since their breakup, Peter has deleted any trace of their history off of his Instagram account. Melyssa Ford Says She Contemplated Suicide After Car Accident

The 42-year-old, who suffered a traumatic brain injury and massive concussion, opened up about the difficult recovery process,  including thr nightmares she has. “It comes back in dreams—the sounds of metal scraping on the pavement, which is one of the most horrible sounds in the world,” she told Essence. The accident also worsened her depression and led to her contemplating suicide. “It was the most frightening experience of my entire life because I truly could not see tomorrow. Email Submit Along with battling depression,  Ford was also dealing with the physical recovery from the accident, which was brutal. “I had to walk with a walker for about a month. I just could not right myself or stand on my own. Lying down felt like I was being submerged in water. It was this weird sensation of almost dry drowning, which is an awful feeling.” Ford also suffered a fractured skull and bleeding on her brain. While recovering mentally and physically, Ford found her way back into the gym. While Hussle’s family hasn’t publicly spoken against Emani’s mother, Tanisha Foster, it’s pretty clear that they don’t deem her fit to raise Emani. While Foster has filed a petition for guardianship, Hussle’s sister and other members of the family have asked the court to grant them guardianship. The Bronx rapper has accused Brittney Taylor of harassing her stepdaughter (read: Papoose’s first-born daughter). Reports Page Six : The Bronx rapper’s lawyer, Dawn Florio, told a Manhattan Criminal Court judge that she plans to hand over screenshots to prosecutors proving her client’s foe, TV personality Brittney Taylor, has been bothering Ma’s stepdaughter by phone and on social media. Taylor “has actively been calling my client’s daughter as well as tagging her on social media,” Florio griped to reporters outside the courtroom. “Remy doesn’t want her daughter to be harassed by Brittney.” Florio claimed that the DA’s office has “an open mind” about the case and that she hopes to convince prosecutors to toss the charges against Ma by her next court appearance Sept. 26. Ma’s real name is Reminisce Smith. Her stepdaughter is Dejanae Mackie, the daughter of her husband, rapper Papoose.
