‘Basketball Wives’ Recap: The Family Malaysia Continues With Dramatics

Follow this link:

Source: Robin L Marshall / Getty Basketball Wives picks up right from the fall out of OG blowing up Kristen’s spot about Kristen and her husband not being real Scotts. Kristen calls her man to tell him how she’s going to beat up CeCe and OG (as if anyone is actually afraid of her). CeCe tells OG that she didn’t have to weaponize sensitive information that was revealed in private. Then CeCe starts crying and talking about how she didn’t mean for things to go this way. Trying to play innocent when this is probably what her inner thoughts look like:  Shaunie, Malaysia, Evelyn, and Feby are just looking at OG like… They really don’t like her anyway, so they’re making it a point to tell her how dead wrong she is, yatta yatta. But they’re also giving CeCe the side eye because she’s the one who put the battery in OG’s back by talking trash about Kristen and their family to her. Obviously, the family drama is deep. Malaysia probably didn’t really know what she was getting into bringing them on the show. You know how you have relatives that you’re cool with but you might not see or talk to that often, so you don’t always know what’s going on with them? That’s what this kind of seems like. So, bringing them on Basketball Wives might not have been such a good idea after all. No one wins when the family feuds.  Sorry, couldn’t resist.  Tami meets up with OG and Jackie another day and is on OG’s side. So, when Jackie is trying to explain what happened and how OG is wrong, Tami pushes back. This causes them to go back and forth, and Jackie gets really pissed when Tami calls her fake. Tami’s thing is that Jackie has been involved in lots of they petty mean girl stuff so why is she trying to chastise OG now?  Later on, Tami kicks it with Jackie, Shaunie, and OG and once again, they talk about the drama. Now it’s Shaunie’s turn to tell OG how wrong she was and that she comes off as too aggressive sometimes. But wait, has Shaunie ever called any of the other wild cassowaries on this show aggressive? Tami used to bully newbies all the time and Shaunie would stand off to the side with that smirk on her face. Or how about Evelyn, running across tables to fight people? Did Shaunie ever chastise any of them? Anyway, OG owns up to being wrong about revealing that information, which she is, but she said she’s backing off and plans to work on herself. The good news is that Jackie and Tami work things out but Tami still doesn’t like how everyone has been treating OG so she’s going to have a brunch where everyone can come and discuss. Because that’s going to go well.  Part of why Tami seems to have such a soft spot for OG is that she feels like OG is a target and that she can relate. In Tami’s mind, she has also been ganged up on and have had these women say mean things about her. Kind of true, but also kind of not. There have been mean things said about Tami by women she was beefing with at the moment, but no one ganged up on her (because they’re scared), and it’s not like Tami was ever innocent.  Anyway, Tami starts the talk. We get to a point where Kristen and OG are going back and forth, as expected.  Kristen says that OG felt the need to say what she said to be hurtful. That is true, but OG denies this. OG says she got the info from CeCe and Byron while at dinner with them and that Byron told her that people know this information (uh, yeah, close family) and that it would be totally fine if she ever had to pass that information on to anyone else.  Anyway, Kristen asks OG why she has a problem with her. OG says she doesn’t have a problem with Kristen but that Kristen has a problem with her , and now everyone is either like wtf or just looking at her all kinds of sideways (or both).  Neither Kristen nor OG is actually wrong. They respectively have a problem with each other. Anyway, Malaysia tells Cece that she felt that CeCe was talking trash about Kristen to OG so that OG would do what she did. CeCe denies this. Then Kristen asks CeCe how she would feel if Byon’s children didn’t show up to the wedding. CeCe says she doesn’t care. She only cares about Byron and this is the last time Kristen is going to see her. Yeah, this brunch wasn’t productive. So now Malaysia feels like she has to go to Byron himself.  Malaysia confronts Byon and tells him everything that happened. He said he did give that information to CeCe and OG, but it’s not like it’s a secret secret , even though only a few select people know. Malaysia asks if he told OG to run back and tell everyone, which is not quite what OG said he said, but mmmkay. Anyway, he denies this. He also says he knows CeCe isn’t innocent in this, but that she was tired of getting attacked, which is valid. Then she asks about his beef with Kristen. He repeats that he’s mad at Kristen for making him look like a bad grandfather and that’s why he said what he said. Lordt.  Messy. Boots.  Nothing gets resolved this episode so come back next week for more.  RELATED POSTS ‘Basketball Wives’ Recap: OG Gets In The Middle Of CeCe And Kristen’s Drama ‘Basketball Wives’ Recap: Jennifer Uses Her Mother’s Death As A Crutch For Her Behavior

Lisa Vanderpump Bids Official Farewell to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

It is, officially, the end of a dramatic and intense and emotional and memorable era. Lisa Vanderpump is no longer a member of The Real Housewives family. Following Tuesday night’s episode of this beloved franchise , the veteran reality star took to her Instagram account and bid farewell to the show and its loyal viewers. She shared a montage clip that featured sultry saxophone music in the background, along with herself in a flowing gown, and wrote as a caption to the footage: The Pump has left the building. Thank you to all of you for your support for 9 years. #rhobh. Vanderpump, of course, had been a series regular in Beverly Hills from the very beginning. She turned her stint on the show into her very own spinoff, Vanderpump Rules, and has used the fame she garnered as a cable network stalwart to expand her restaurant franchise. Along with Bethenny Frankel and NeNe Leakes, one could argue that Vanderpump has been the most successful Real Housewife of all-time. Vanderpump told Entertainment Tonight back in April that she “stopped filming halfway through the [current] season” and that a reconciliation with her fellow cast members was unlikely after one too many fallouts. “When you are a woman of integrity, and you’re a woman that works really hard and is very compassionate, and is very principally minded, and they keep coming at you and ganging up on you, I don’t know,” she said at the time, adding: “I didn’t integrate with the other women after they constantly called me a liar.” The star has faced multiple personal tragedies over the past year, contributing to her need to make some sort of change in her life. Last April, Vanderpump’s brother died of a suspected drug overdose . This past June, her mother passed away . It didn’t help, after all this, that Vanderpump clashed with her colleagues over a dog this past season. Yes, a dog . Known to fans as PuppyGate, we’re referring to an incident that involved a canine that Dorit Kemsley adopted from Vanderpump Dogs. She then alleged the dog nipped at her husband and kids. Instead of returning it to Vanderpump Dogs, however, the pet ended up in a shelter. From there, Vanderpump was accused of leaking a story about Kemsley’s dog to the press, an act she has since denied. It may sound ridiculous, but it created legitimate tension between all involved. In May, on an episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Vanderpump took a lie detector test to prove her innocence in PuppyGate. “I handled it with the truth and that’s, I think, why I ended up doing the lie detector test,” she explained to Us Weekly earlier that month. “Because I was like, I was so sick of them saying, ‘Oh, I don’t believe this.’ Or ‘I don’t believe that.’ Or ‘You did this.’” Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 9 Episode 21 Online Lisa then spoke to this same tablod last month. “I made the decision to leave. It was a very difficult year for me, personally and professionally,” Lisa told Us Weekly last month while attending 7th Annual Real to Reel: Portrayals and Perceptions of LGBT’s in Hollywood event. She added: “I had wonderful things happen this year, opening up and TomTom and the cocktail garden in Vegas. The Housewives, it’s just, it’s emotionally too difficult to deal with.” Will you miss Vanderpump? Will you keep watching the show without her?

Sofia Vergara’s Tits on a Yacht of the Day

Sofia Vergara’s story is one of inspiration to all the girls out there. It reminds them that if you have really big tits and a silly accent, you can play it the fuck up and make it in America. Despite America being painted as a racist place that hate immigrants. There are a fucking ton of immigrants making millions a year with their work visas, greencards and US passports in hand, because using your sex appeal to manipulate people into making your dreams come true is viable…if you have those tits to back up your sex appeal and manipulation…. She started out as an illegal single mom who landed in Miami and never left, but thanks to Colombian cocaine and a hit TV show…she’s now living her middle age menopausal years on yachts she can pay for….unlike when she was first to Miami and had to fuck the guy who owned the yacht to get thee bikini yacht shots. I don’t find her story all that interesting and middle aged women aren’t hot to me, but I am into amplifying the clickbait they produce in their self promotion….it’s kinda what I do. Demi Rose Mawby Extreme Photoshop of the Day

The nice thing about Demi Rose, or really any whore on the internet, is that they are all so photoshopped, sexualizing them, like they sexualize themselves is less offensive than it would be if they were a girl half naked on the street…. You see, when you created an Artificial version of someone, they sort of become a cartoon character, so you should be allowed to write all the “Rape” comments you want on her instagram without people getting mad, without the girl feeling creeped on or creeped out….because it’s fiction. A fantasy. Anime. Whatever. I don’t think Sex Worker Demi Rose is hot, I actually hate this Demi Rose Kardashian look….but I guess it’s worked out for her…..a huge sensation…and not working strip club poles…or whatever the alternate universe would have done for her in a world without social media….I feel there would be limited options. Rihanna’s Latest Photoshoot Has Sparked A Cultural Appropriation Debate…And HOW Is Kim Kardashian Involved?!

View this post on Instagram August Issue @HarpersBazaarCN on stands July 15th! @kimmiekyees @priscillaono @yusefhairnyc Stylist: Xiaomu Fan @chenman Chief Editors: @shasimona @weitian25 Visual Direction: @mumoodsight #harpersbazaarCHINA A post shared by badgalriri (@badgalriri) on Jul 9, 2019 at 3:19am PDT Rihanna is the latest cover girl for Harpers Bazaar China and the cover has caused a bit of controversy. The images depict Rihanna in traditional Chinese garb and while she looks absolutely stunning the imagery has raised the question of if she is participating in a bit of cultural appropriation. See, Rih Rih is wearing clothes and participating in a tradition that is not her own, which is usually a red flag for people looking for examples of appropriation. Is it fair or foul? https://twitter.com/georgieecw/status/1148673311343296520 The issues are even deeper because just a couple of weeks ago Kim Kardashian came under fire for trying to name a brand Kimono . The backlash was so intense that Kim had to change the name. Which all begs the question: what’s the difference between Rihanna’s look and Kim’s brand name? Well, for one, Rihanna was styled and photographed by a whole crew of Chinese people. Kim’s ideas came straight from her own culture vulture brain. But is that still fair? Take a look at the debate raging across the internet.

Rip Torn Dies; Veteran Film and TV Star Was 88

Rip Torn, an Emmy-Award winning actor known for a number of high-profile movie and television roles, died on Tuesday at his home in Connecticut.  He was 88 years old. The veteran actor’s publicist confirmed the news, telling outlets that Torn’s wife and two daughters were by his side when he passed away.  No cause of death has been given at this time, however. Throughout a career that incredibly spanned six decades, Torn established himself as a versatile performer who could excel in drama or comedy; on the big screen, small screen or in front of a live audience. He appeared in 10 Broadway plays overall, even directing one, along with over 80 feature films, and dozens of television programs. He may forever be remembered most, however, for his role on HBO’s The Larry Sanders Show, on which he played a TV produer and won his aforementioned Emmy. The late star’s  real name was Elmore Rual Torn Jr. He was born in Temple, Texas in 1931 and he studied acting at Texas A&M and the University of Texas prior to serving a stint in the Army and then heading to Los Angeles in the mid-1950s. Torn made his movie debut with an uncredited role in Elia Kazan’s 1956 film Baby Doll before relocating to New York City to study at the Actor’s Studio. The actor went on to made his Broadway debut in 1959 as part of the original cast of Tennessee Williams’ Sweet Bird of Youth, portraying Tom, Jr., a character he would reprise for the feature film and TV movie adaptations. He was nominated for a Tony award in 1960 and received a Theater World award for his performance. On television Torn played such real-life and important figures as Richard Nixon, Lyndon B. Johnson and Walt Whitman. Known not just for his unique name and talent but also for his gravely drawl and sinister-looking smile, Torn excelled at playing shady, amoral characters and outright villains. But he could also merge this side of his personality with a comedic side, which is why many readers may recognize him as Patches O’Houlihan from the 2004 movie Dodge: An Underdog Story. “If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a ball,” he said in maybe the film’s most memorable line. For many others, Torn will always be closely associated with the role of Artie on The Larry Sanders Show. He received six Emmy nominations, winning once in 1996, and over the show’s run was also nominated for two American Comedy awards (winning one), an American Television Award, and four Cable Ace awards (winning one), among numerous other accolades. “R.I.P Rip Torn. He was so great in Defending Your Life.  I’ll miss you Rip, you were a true original,” Tweeted Albert Brooks in response to this sad piece of news, while Will Smith added a photo of himself and the actor from Men In Black and wrote: R.I.P. Rip. Torn was married three times: To Ann Wedgeworth from 1955 to 1961, to Geraldine Page from 1963 until her death in 1987, and to Amy Wright from 1989 until his death. He is survived by Wright, his five children, his sister, and four grandchildren. May he rest in peace. View Slideshow: Celebrities Who Died in 2019: In Memoriam
