The “Throw It In The Bag” rapper has been working to satisfy the terms of his year-long pre-trial intervention program after he pleaded guilty to one count of harassment and copped to threatening Emily and her father with a pair of scissors outside of their northern New Jersey home. Things are going so well, that the judge on the case has not asked Fab, 41, to come back to court to review his progress, and he doesn’t have a court date pending, a court official confirmed to BOSSIP. If he successfully completes the diversion program, his charges will be thrown out and his criminal record wiped clean. Fab initially faced up to 20 years in state prison after prosecutors accused him of punching Emily B so hard that her front teeth had to be removed. Days later, a video emerged of the father of two brandishing a sharp object at his partner and her father and threatening to kill them. We’ve reached out to Fab’s lawyer, Brian Neary, for comment.

Two Lukes entered on The Bachelorette this week, both hoping to enter Hannah Brown at some point. But only one Luke left. Indeed, the rare Tuesday installment of this beloved ABC franchise produced what amounted to a one-on-one battle for Hannah’s affections, following some serious back and forth between two men with the same first name. Would producers make Hannah choose the stalker-ish one who declared his ever-lasting love for her after about three hours? Or the one who warned her that this guy is a phony who isn’t exactly on the level? This is what it came down to for Brown this week, who jetted off to Scotland while pondering the decision and giving each suitor a forum with which he could trash the other. More or less, that is. At one point, Hannah pulled the two Lukes aside to get them to talk out their differences. The Bachelorette told these fellas, who previously got into a physical altercation on the rugby pitch, that she was irritated with their accusations against each other, along with their perceived dishonesty. “I’m not going to sit here and ever tell Hannah anything I don’t believe,” Luke P. said, adding he didn’t see Luke S. as “a fit” for the woman he wanted to be his wife. Added Luke Parker : “At the end of the day, I told Hannah how I feel. My feelings about you being here for the right reasons haven’t changed.” However, Luke S. wasn’t convinced his rival’s intentions were pure, telling him flat out: “With you, it’s just lie after lie, manipulation after manipulation. I wish Hannah could see what’s going on right now.” The viewers can see, of course. And numerous celebrities can see, having alerted Hannah to all the clear red flags Parker is basically waving high in the air . But Hannah continues to either be blinded by love or lust when it comes to this contestant. Very frustrated by the entire situation, she actually cancelled the night’s cocktail party, calling it a “confusing night” that ended a “hard week” at the subsequent rose ceremony. Announcing she intended to follow her instincts with the evening’s selection, Luke S. made a point to pull Hannah aside for the final time, telling her he intended to send himself home amid the drama. For real! “I would just urge you to keep your eyes open for … I think you know who I’m talking about,” he told her, obviously talking about that other, allegedly conniving Luke. You know, the one who did receive a rose from Hannah. “Luke P. is still here because my heart wants him to be here – my head doesn’t always want him to be here,” Hannah explained to the camera. She added: “It makes it really difficult to know what’s the best decision to make. We know we have chemistry, but there are red flags and I honestly haven’t had time to explore our relationship the way it needs to be explored.” She wants to have sex with him. We think that’s what Hannah is saying here. With Luke S. outta there due to his drama with the overwhelmingly disliked suitor, Jed warned the rest of the men to watch their backs going forward. “We’ll have to be really careful in this,” he told the group. “He will do anything to rise up. He will pull anyone down. He’s not a good dude, he’s proven it over and over again.” This is starting to sound more like Game of Thrones than The Bachelorette, huh? Tune in next week (on Monday!) to see who figurative dies and who figuratively lives — and click below to read through a bunch of The Bachelorette spoilers . Source: Lourdes Sukari / Lourdes Sukari The internet is the pettiest place on Earth, in case you didn’t know. That’s why Yung Miami’s glorious pregnancy announcement has brought out pure comedy amongst the internet savages. Why? Because she was supposed to lead the charge for the Act Up, Bad Girl summers and she’s out here getting knocked up. Meg got a boo. Cardi B got a whole a$$ family and Miami is out here toting gut fulls of sobriety and quiet days on the beach. What is a hot girl to do? I’m sitting here reading comments under Yung Miami pregnancy post and this girl said “she was so busy screaming Period that’s she messed around and missed hers” — Gavin Myrick (@gav_20) June 12, 2019 All of this has led to pure comedy and good fun over Yung Miami’s announcement. Of course men are letting their ashiest thoughts take over, too as you know they are prone to do. It’s all a mess. Take a look…
Source: SOPA Images / Getty We’re in an age where people are using their voices and dollars to demand visibility and recognition. When plus-size is “represented” in media or runways, it’s often a 12 or 14. While there is more visibility, it’s still limited. Plus size people of prominence get beauty shots, not body shots on magazine covers. Plus size models going down the runway are sans stomachs and flab. So when Nike quietly released a size 16/18 model in London’s Oxford Street store, most people were pleased. Source: Jeff Greenberg / Getty The plus size mannequin is not a new concept. You will see them in plus size stores like Lane Bryant and department stores that carry size inclusive brands, like Macy’s and Rachel Roy. The plus-size mannequin features thick thighs, a flat stomach simultaneously holding some fat, and soft arms. As a size 14 woman, with a body that is shaped similarly, I felt seen and celebrated. While weight and health is correlated (yes, it’s true that it is harder to recover from injury when you are obese), size and exercise are not. People of all size exercise and people of all sizes deserve high performance exercise gear. This mannequin is part of the revamped women’s space which is dedicated to “celebrating diversity and inclusivity of sport.” Plus size women are often intimidated at the gym, a phrase called gymtimidation. While the gym is a place to get in shape, women of a larger size are often stared at and made to feel uncomfortable. Hence reasons for places like Curves (a gym for women) or classes that are geared directly toward plus size women. How you look or what you wear can have an immediate effect on your self-esteem. Plus size women deserve, need, and want clothes that they can wear to help take care of their bodies and isn’t the same outfit that consists of a gifted t-shirt from an event or an outfit they wear to clean the house. The irony and energy that society always tells plus size women to “work out” is the same energy that people are using toward Nike, appalled that they would even consider “normalizing obesity.” Tanya Gold, a writer for the Telegraph, wrote a fatphobic op-ed entitled, Obese Mannequins Are Selling Women A Dangerous Lie . “She is, in every measure, obese, and she is not readying herself for a run in her shiny Nike gear. She cannot run. She is, more likely, pre-diabetic and on her way to a hip replacement. What terrible cynicism is this on the part of Nike?” This automatic stereotyping of larger bodies, without being a doctor or even knowing someone’s medical history is isolating and irresponsible. People that are upset seeing a plus size mannequin doing the exact same thing that you are upset that plus size people apparently aren’t doing is such backwards and problematic thinking. Throughout her article, her words are laced with fatphobic commentary like, “She heaves with fat,” illustrates a larger problem. We’re so careful about Black Lives Matter , focused on inclusion within the LGBTQTI community, however, when it comes to larger bodies, fatness is the misfit of marginalized communities. The plus-size population remains ridiculed, disrespected, and isolated. No wonder the community is so strong, at times, it’s literally all we have. The body shaming of an inanimate object illustrates a larger problem in society surrounding the idiosyncrasies surrounding plus size women and their bodies. Source: ANGELA WEISS / Getty Frank Ocean Opens Up In A ‘Dazed” Magazine Interview It’s rare the elusive Frank Ocean opens up about his personal life to the public. But more recently, he’s become a little more transparent . It helps when his own friends are interviewing him. In the summer issue for Dazed magazine, Frank had everyone from Billy Porter to Janet Mock to Big Freedia ask him a question and in most cases, his answers were direct and to the point and in other cases, he gave a little more details. Rapper JPEGMAFIA posed the question: JPEGMAFIA: How did it feel fu**ing over a label like that ( Ocean released Endless in 2016 to fulfill his contract with Def Jam, releasing Blonde independently one day later )? Old white ni**as do that to us all the time, but how did it feel giving them a taste of their own elixir? And what did you build in the video for Endless ? Can I live in it? FRANK OCEAN: Eyy, Peggy! You know, it’s funny talking about it these days because I couldn’t really tell anybody anything for a couple of years. Couldn’t tell anyone at the label, obviously. But I also couldn’t talk with anyone at Apple because the industry is too small and it would’ve gotten back to the label for sure. So I kept it to myself and a few in my circle. I carried my hard drives around with me when I travelled because I used to not store anything online. Those drives became a physical representation of the stakes. If the files had leaked, everything would have worked out very differently for me. When August came around and both projects were uploaded I felt the euphoria, yeah, but mostly I just needed to sleep. I probably slept something like 15 hours. To answer your second question, I built a 12-foot staircase with my fucking bare hands some days before! It’s in my storage, you want it?? Frank, who came out as loving a man in 2012, also discussed navigating the industry as a queer person with Billy Porter: BILLY PORTER: How are you navigating being queer in the music business? Do you feel marginalized? If so, why do you think this is the case? FRANK OCEAN: I navigate it pretty smooth so far. If anything my personal life needs the GPS sometimes.
