TMZ recently released a video showing the 22-year-old artist waving around and pointing a gun at a man. According to reports, the man saw Xan at the gas station and thought it would a good time to call him out on his previous comments about Tupac Shakur’s music being “boring.” The video begins when the exchange had already escalated, and while the two men were far enough away from each other and the guy seemed to be walking away, Xan pulls out a gun. He keeps talking about “they” and those who would hold us back, all in an attempt to boost up those who need it. That has taken him far as others have collaborated with him with no problem. That all came crashing down this weekend when he threw a fit over Tyler The Creator’s album topping his for number one on the Billboard 100. This has confused everyone who thought Khaled would be gracious in his second-place finish. Yet when he released a now-deleted video sending subs at Tyler’s album and then going so far as to sue Billboard over it, he turned into the “they” he has always hated. Now, things have been rectified and his album is actually number one, but that has only made the slander worse. Teen Mom OG is back, folks! And you know what that means — more legal trouble for Ryan Edwards! Monday night's episode depicted Edwards' arrest back in January — the one that landed him behind bars for almost three months. Obviously, we knew from the start that it was a sad situation, but we don't know just how sad it was until last night. The show put the focus on the many people who were let down by Ryan's latest relapse and the ways in which their lives were affected. Here's a quick look at how it all went down: 1. The Family Man After 90 days in rehab, it looked as though Ryan would be content to return to the life of a husband and father. But it wasn’t long before his old restlessness returned. 2. Making Up For Lost Time Ryan’s wife, Mackenzie Standifer, laughed about Ryan forcing her into therapy, but she was clearly happy to have him back — and not just to “change some diapers,” as she jokingly claimed. 3. Mackenzie Making Moves For obvious reasons, Mackenzie was intent on ensuring that Ryan remained sober, and it seems she believed that maintaining a strong connection to both of his sons would be crucial to his efforts to keep clean. 4. Maci In the Middle So even though Ryan is not supposed to have any contact with Maci according to the terms of his restraining order, Mackenzie reached out to his ex to try and re-open the lines of communication. 5. Strict Terms After issuing death threats to Maci’s husband, Ryan was not even supposed to contact her through a third party, but clearly, Bookout shares Standifer’s opinion that it’s crucial he continue to have a relationship with his eldest son. 6. Tristan Thompson is a dedicated rebounder on the basketball court. The Cleveland Cavaliers power forward has made a living by hustling all over the place for loose balls and errant field goal attempts. According to newly-released court documents, however, Thompson is nearly the exact opposite as a father. His first baby mama, Jordan Craig, claims Tristan isn’t anything close to a dedicated parent. Back in November of 2018, Craig filed legal papers as part of her declaration against Thompson in her battle for child support. These documents have been obtained by Radar Online and Craig states in them that Thompson saw the couple’s son, Prince, one time in 2016. And four times in 2017. And four more times in 2018. That’s a total of just nine times in two years, and Craig adds that Tristan was only alone with his child during one of these visits. “I have given Tristan almost two years to step up and assume the fatherly role for our son. As set forth below in detail, he has failed to do so,” Craig wrote in her declaration to the court. She added at the time: “I cannot force Tristan to be a father. I have been and will continue to be the sole caretaker of our son. It is my pleasure to care for him daily and tend to his needs. “I only ask that the court order Tristan to pay child support in the amount he is legally required to under the guidelines.” Tristan categorized Craig’s calculations as “inaccurate.” In the end, however, he agreed to pay her $40,000 per month in child support – and also was ordered to pay Craig $200,000 for retroactive child support within 10 days of signing the May 14, 2019 settlement. Craig and Thompson dated back in 2016. But he then left her for Khloe Kardashian, someone with whom Thompson had been sleeping during his romance with Craig. She also made this accusation in other court documents. Craig has even alleged the very public tryst gave her “s erious pregnancy complications ,” and she was forced by a doctor to go on bed rest. For her part, Khloe has often trashed Thompson as a boyfriend because, come on… the guy cheated on her left and right! But she’s always made a point of defending Tristan as a father to their daughter, True. Could this be because Thompson has learned his lesson and is truly interested in being a part of their kid’s life? Or could Khloe just be covering for her ex because she doesn’t want True to grow up and read horrible headlines about one of her parents? The Miami rapper/DJ/producer/self-promoter is reportedly prepping to sue Billboard because he really was big mad his Father of Asahd album came in seconds to Tyler, the Creator’s IGOR . Apparently, Khaled feels Billboard didn’t count 100K in sales. Reports Page Six : DJ Khaled is poised to hit the Billboard Chart with a monster lawsuit alleging the organization unfairly disqualified more than 100,000 sales of “Father of Asahd,” robbing him of the No. 1 spot. Khaled was furious when his album came in at No. 2 to Tyler, the Creator’s “IGOR,” after Billboard allegedly discounted downloads sold by the DJ and producer as part of a “bundle deal” with an energy drink. Bundle deals, which offer album downloads alongside merchandise, are a standard but controversial industry practice to boost sales. We’re told Billboard had agreed it would count downloads from Khaled’s energy drink package, which sources in the artist’s camp say amounted to more than 100,000. Billboard later backtracked, disqualifying Khaled’s entire sales from the promotion, arguing there were “anomalies” in his figures. Page Six has exclusively learned that lawyers for Khaled have fired off a letter to Silvio Pietroluongo, SVP of charts and data development at Billboard. Reportedly, Khaled’s team also feels a ways before Tyler, the Creator’s bundles sales were included in his figures. The things is, at this point, it doesn’t matter. If people were/are rocking with Khaled’s new album, they’d be bumping it no matter what, but it seems like that just isn’t the case—no shots.

Even though Wendy Williams’ messy divorce feels like it has scarcely begun, it was a long time coming. Clearly, Wendy is not wasting any time finding a new man for herself. And by new man, we mean a man whom she describes as “sexy” … and young enough that she could be his mother. On Monday morning, June 10, Wendy Williams took to Instagram and posted a photo of her in the sunlight, embracing a man’s hand. “Last night was the most beautiful sunset in Sherman Oaks with special people,” Wendy’s caption begins. Notably, she and her staff are all on vacation. “Thank you, California!” Wendy gushes. “You’ve won me over!” It’s not every day that you hear a New Yorker say that. “I’ll be back for the Hip Hop Festival in August!” she tells her fans. But people’s eyes were immediately drawn to the hand against which she is so clearly snuggling. Wendy’s tags tell it all. She writes”#oldenoughtobeyourmother,” which is the type of boasting disguised as a self-deprecating statement known as a humblebrag . In another tag, she praises this person as a “#verysexyman.” Wendy then labels the photo as all part of “#mynewlife.” It’s great to hear that Wendy is moving on, and with someone young enough for a woman of her means and fame. But … who is he? Many were quick to theorize that she’s currently boinking DJ Boof. He’s a familiar face from The Wendy Williams Show and he’s young, and they were even spotted hanging out together recently. But that was last week. This week, he was far from SoCal — in fact, DJ Boof was in Atlanta. He has an alibi, so to speak. Hilariously, DJ Boof had to swat away this theory all day long on Monday. “Are you dating Wndy,” a follower asked on Instagram, prompting Boof to reply: “No.” The cacophony of questions got so bad that he took to his Instagram Stories to address it. “Try again!!” he instructed his followers. “Not my hand!!!!” People are scrambling for answers. And, until Wendy identifies her cougar cub, the speculations will continue. Some have, of course, been spouting a different theory at anyone who will listen. There are those who wonder if perhaps Wendy hired a hand model to snap a photo. Why? Maybe to make Kevin Hunter jealous — and drive him crazy — during their divorce. Maybe as a small punishment for allegedly attacking their son . Or maybe it was directed at fans. Maybe Wendy wants them to see her living her best life. You know those services that give rich people fancy trash to throw away to make their lives look more glamourous? This could be that but for dating. We somehow don’t believe that, however. One, no one actually expects her to be dating this early, so we don’t imagine that she’s really that desperate. Two, Wendy knows the ins and outs of fame and how their stories are covered better than anyone. A fake dating story is bound to get out — especially if she’s doing it on TMZ ‘s turf. Even if it’s long after the fact, that sort of revelation would be all kinds of embarrassing. So congratulations to Wendy and her boy toy. There are many roads to healing from a divorce. Polanco also known as Layleen Xtravaganza, died June 7 at Rikers Island. The New York Post reports that she was found unresponsive in her cell at the Rose M. Singer women’s facility around 2:40 p.m. Efforts to revive her were unsuccessful. “Any death in our custody is a tragic loss, and we are looking into how this happened,” a DOC spokesperson told the publication. No further details have been released. The 27-year-old is now the 10th transwoman to be found dead this year. “Pose” actress Indya Moore who grew up with Layleen also spoke on her death and condemned the current administration for not protecting trans lives. “I knew Layleen growing up. I Remember desiring to be beautiful like her. She was cool, and funny too, like all of us she had dreams of escaping poverty and the misery of social ostricisation. She is the 10th trans woman to die this year. Noone knows if it was a murder, or how she died but this is the closest black trans death has ever gotten to me and this is extremely alarming and traumatic,” wrote Indya on Instagram. “As you all know the trans community is extremely small, we feel every loss and we often all know someone who knew somebody murdered.
