Then there’s the leadoff track, “What We Talkin’ About” — which has a feature from some guy named Luke Steele from Australian synth-pop duo Empire of the Sun — that will likely have most of Jay’s fans asking, “Jigga, who?” “It’s gonna be a pretty big honor,” Steele said of having the first track on the eagerly awaited album

Tickets went on sale as scheduled Thursday morning (August 20) for the September 26 concert — which is being held at the Schoenbrunn Palace in Vienna, Austria, and is being called “The Tribute” — and event promoters told that their Web site crashed more than half an hour before the sale was due to start at 11 a.m.
