Miranda Lambert Makes Up with Ashton Kutcher

Miranda Lambert didn’t exactly love Ashton Kutcher’s get-up at this year’s Academy of Country Music Awards. Was Ashton Kutcher making fun of country or is it just me? Watching it back now and I’m kinda wondering? the beloved country star asked about Kutcher presenting an award at the event, while donning a giant cowboy hat and belt buckle. But whatever tension may have existed between the stars is now gone, as Lambert Tweeted the following photo of herself and the Two and a Half Men star at a pre-Kentucky Derby charity event Saturday night: “Here it is y’all. He is sweet and lives country music! For real!” Miranda wrote along with the image. It’s nice to see this pair getting along. As for Lambert and Chris Brown ? We probably shouldn’t hold our breath for a similar type of detente.

American Idol Performance Review: Great Britain, Great Performances?

After traveling back to the 1960s for their first round of performances last night, the final five on American Idol traveled overseas. They covered a slew of British pop songs, with Joshua Ledet once again leading the way and an interesting race to the bottom unfolding. Who will be eliminated this week? Watch the second set of Idol covers from this week and then vote on the best… Hollie Cavanagh went all Leona Lewis on viewers, following up a version of “River Deep Mountain High” with this solid take on “Bleeding Love.” Hollie Cavanagh – “Bleeding Love” It was back to the guitar for Phillip Phillips for “Time of the Season.” Compare this performance with his rendition of ” The Letter ” now. Phillip Phillips – “Time of the Season” Skylar Laine struggled a bit with her opening song, but did she make up for it with “You Don’t Have To Say You Love Me? We think so. Skylar Laine – “You Don’t Have To Say You Love Me” Jessica Sanchez slowed it way down and told somebody out there: “You Are So Beautiful.” It was an impressive follow-up to ” Proud Mary .” Jessica Sanchez – “You Are So Beautiful” But nothing could match Joshua Ledet on this night. Was “To Love Somebody” his best audition to date? Decide for yourself.

Ashton Kutcher Popchips Ad Pulled Admist Racism Outcry

For a phony online dating ad – in which he stars on behalf of his role as Popchips’ “president of pop culture” – Ashton Kutcher dons multiple costumes and pretends to be four different eligible bachelors. There’s a character named Raj, for example, that features the actor in brown face and and with an Indian accent. And while it’s all meant to be in good fun, many on the Internet have not reacted with laughter. Ashton Kutcher Dating Site Commercial “I can’t imagine I have to explain this to anyone in 2012, but if you find yourself putting brown makeup on a white person in 2012 so they can do a bad “funny” accent in order to sell potato chips, you are on the wrong course,” wrote Anil Dash , a tech blogger, in response to the spot. “Make some different decisions.” And Popchips now has: the company has pulled the ad from YouTube and Facebook, while releasing the following statement: “The new Popchips worldwide dating video and ad campaign featuring four characters was created to provoke a few laughs and was never intended to stereotype or offend anyone. At Popchips we embrace all types of shapes, flavors and colors, and appreciate all snackers, no matter their race or ethnicity. Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis spent all of last weekend together on a getaway. An insider says the actor has always thought of his former That 70s Show co-star s a “goddess.” They are both EXTREMELY good looking. But Kunis and Kutcher as a couple?!? Please, the actress says. Kunis responded to the rumors that she’s dating Kutcher by telling Extra , during a stop in Las Vegas yesterday for CineCon to promote her role in the upcoming Oz: Great and Powerful , that the possibility is “absurd.” Yes, the two have been hanging out – but Mila has a simple explanation for the time they spend together: “A friend is a friend,” she told the entertainment news show. Still, a different source says otherwise. “They’re both single, having fun,” a mole tells People . “There’s nothing serious going on – just friends having fun.” Translation: uglies are being bumped. Is Rihanna dating someone new? And is that someone a woman? “I’m on my first date in almost 2 yearz,” the star tweeted late last night, prior to revealing that date was with … Melissa Forde. And holding hands with her outside Malibu’s Giorgio Baldi before hitting up Hollywood’s famed Roxbury nightclub. The 24-year-old, who clearly does not give a f–k what anyone thinks, kept Tweeting hints that her relationship with Forde is romantic in nature. “Beautiful is great, submissive is even better. Bawse b***h who’s submissive yet the captain of the ship n HONEST…#priceless #marryME,” she wrote. “But she bad… So maybe she won’t…. But s**t, then again maybe she will.” The singer was having a good time, uploading photos to her social media account of her table at the club covered in bottles of booze … standard. Perhaps the most surprising Tweet? Rihanna posted a photo of herself and Melissa Forde with the caption, “#datenight my lover for the night.” Her background is still very much unclear, but she and Rih reportedly have matching tattoos that read, “never a failure, always a lesson.” So yeah, there’s that. Ashton Kutcher And Mila Kunis Are Dating This one sounds a little more believable than the Rihanna shenanigans: Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis played a couple on the sitcom “That 70′s Show.” Now reports say that the two are dating in real life. The website X17.com reports that the pair spent the day together Sunday, heading out furniture shopping in the afternoon and then on a date to sushi restaurant Asanebo in Los Angeles at night. The pair reportedly headed back to Kutcher’s newly purchased mansion in Hollywood Hills after the cozy dinner.”Ashton was touching Mila’s hand and Mila was all dressed up,” a source tells the site. “She looked hot; this was definitely more than a dinner between friends — this was a full-on date!” The website snapped Kutcher and Kunis two heading back to his car after the dinner. While Kutcher wore a navy blue sweater over a button-down shirt, Kunis opted for an off-the-shoulder top with skinny jeans and nude heels. Both avoided making eye contact with the camera. X17.com furthers that the pair has been seen together several times on recent occasions, and has even spent the night at each other’s abodes in recent weeks. Both actors are newly single after long-term relationships. Should Kutcher and Kunis start officially seeing each other, it would be a case of life imitating art. Both actors starred in movies about friends becoming lovers in 2011. The wacky Baltimore woman who claims to have one of three winning Mega Millions tickets now says it’s hidden somewhere in the McDonald’s restaurant where she works. Marlinde Wilson, 37, coyly wouldn’t reveal whether she HAD stashed the slip of paper behind the McFlurry machine or under the all-beef patties. And she’s apparently not worried about the Hamburglar — or any of the employees who say she’s trying to stiff them out of a pool jackpot — making off with her one-third share of the record $656 million multistate payout. “I’m waiting for things to calm down so I can go back to McDonald’s and get it. The people [at McDonald’s] are too excited. I want their heads to cool down before I go back,” she said. “That’s impossible. She didn’t come back here” after she purchased the ticket, Layla said. Another employee suspects Wilson stole a page from arch-rival Burger King and cooked up a whopper. “I don’t believe her.
