Apparently not, as the actor and Demi Moore remain legally married and sources tell The New York Post the reason is – what else? – money. The ex-couple is “trying to negotiate a settlement out of court and out of the public eye,” this insider says, but Kutcher is now one of the highest-paid actors on television. “Ashton earned substantially more during the final years of their marriage,” according to this mole. “But he doesn’t want to pay a large settlement.” As a result: “The discussion could boil over into a public court battle.” Moore and Kutcher were married for six years, but split last year after rumors of the latter’s infidelity went public. He has now moved on with his ridiculously gorgeous former That 70s Show costar. In response, seriously, the least Ashton could do is pay up.

The former That 70s Show costars were once again spotted together in NYC this week week, first enjoying what an onlooker described as a “romantic” dinner at The Lion Friday; then in the West Village Saturday; and finally on a guided tour Sunday. It concluded at the Overlook Bar, where the similarly-dressed lovers (above) watched the Chicago Bears defeat the St. Louis Rams. “Mila had her arms around Ashton’s shoulders ,” a witness tells Us Weekly . “They looked like a cute couple.” Mum on their relationship when it first started, this is far from the first time Kunis and Kutcher have taken it public. Miranda Lambert didn’t exactly love Ashton Kutcher’s get-up at this year’s Academy of Country Music Awards. Was Ashton Kutcher making fun of country or is it just me? Watching it back now and I’m kinda wondering? the beloved country star asked about Kutcher presenting an award at the event, while donning a giant cowboy hat and belt buckle. But whatever tension may have existed between the stars is now gone, as Lambert Tweeted the following photo of herself and the Two and a Half Men star at a pre-Kentucky Derby charity event Saturday night: “Here it is y’all. He is sweet and lives country music! For real!” Miranda wrote along with the image. It’s nice to see this pair getting along. As for Lambert and Chris Brown ?
