LeBron James’ mother Gloria James has narrowly escaped jail time for her arrest last year for slapping a valet at the Foutainbleau Hotel in Miami. James’ lawyers helped Gloria James out of jail by drawing up an agreement with Miami prosecutors. The court will dismiss her public intoxication charge if she completes 20 hours of community service, stays away from the valet she attacked, and donates $1,000 to the Haitian Earthquake Relief Fund. The victim, Rockerfeller Sorel , agreed to the terms. Gloria did not attend the hearing. As we previously reported, Gloria was caught on video acting a drunken mess. In case you missed it, James had a confrontation with a parking valet and used the “N” word during the confrontation which ended with her slapping him. WWE wrestler CM Punk is going in on Chris Brown again after he issued a wrestling challenge to Breezy. The WWE champion sparked the feud by saying he’d like to see Chris Brown fight someone who could defend themselves. CM Punk thinks Chris Brown’s immature actions like destroying his green room at Good Morning America proves he hasn’t learned anything since he viciously assaulted his ex-girlfriend Rihanna . There was a war happening on Twitter this past Tuesday involving Chris Brown and WWE wrestler CM Punk . The WWE champion sparked the feud by saying he’d like to see Chris Brown fight someone who could defend themselves. Breezy responded by clowning the wrestler by accusing him of taking steroids and not being able to work the middle because his thing is too little. CM Punk has elevated the feud by recording a video challenge to Breezy. Punk posted the video message on TMZ calling Chris Brown out once again. Punk’s message included references to Chris Brown needing a PR team to tell him when to tweet and when to delete tweets. Referencing Brown’s ex-girlfriend Rihanna, who Brown viciously assaulted, the wrestler also told Chris that he was able to defend himself without bodyguards and would like to challenge the R&B/pop star to a wrestling match where Punk could make Breezy feel as helpless and alone like any other battered female. Of course, the proceeds would go to a battered women’s shelter of their choosing. How much would you pay to see Chris Brown and CM Punk in a wrestling match? An update in the curious saga of that one time Matthew Fox allegedly got too drunk while in Cleveland (where he’s filming I, Alex Cross with Tyler Perry ) and punched a party bus driver in the… well, he allegedly punched her in multiple parts of the body. Let’s leave it at that. The 29-year-old woman has now officially filed assault charges against the actor, who was not arrested by police following the Sunday night incident. It just keeps getting worse for Gloria James, LeBron James’ mother. If that’s even possible. She has already been labeled as ignorant and a racist by media around the country, has been arrested for battery and public intoxication in Miami, and has had a civil lawsuit filed against her. You would think that it can’t really get any worse. But it can. It looks like ‘xenophobe’ is a label which can be added to the list against her. It’s already been reported that Gloria launched into a racial attack on a valet, Rockfeller Sorel , at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach recently, calling him a “f**king n***er,” before getting physical and slapping him in the face. But now, according to witness statements, it is alleged that she slung a xenophobic slur at him as well! TMZ is reporting that Gloria told him to “take a boat and go back to your country.” Apparently, Gloria’s friend tried to pull her away from the fight before it got physical, but Gloria (classy woman that she is) insisted, “I’m gonna be ghetto.” Of course she is! An Atlanta man has filed a lawsuit against Diddy and Bad Boy Entertainment claiming that several bodyguards employed by the music mogul beat him at Club Mansion Elan on Clairmont Road, reports the AJC . Jabari Tilgham, 30, claims he was assaulted in October while working as a photographer at Mansion Elan on Clairmont Road following a party co-hosted by Diddy and rapper Rick Ross following the BET Hip Hop Awards. The suit was filed in DeKalb County State Court and also includes four unnamed bodyguards and Mansion Elan as defendants. In addition to his many side ventures, Diddy also owns Justin’s Restaurant on Peachtree Road in Buckhead. Read the full story here.
