You’ll recall, the mistress — a woman named Thurayyah Mitchell — filed court docs back in October, trying to force Marbury to make good on the $300,000 he allegedly owed her as part of their confidentiality agreement. Mitchell claimed Marbury — who’s married with kids — agreed to pay her $900,000 in exchange for her silence regarding the 2006 affair, but stopped making payments in 2010 … after only coughing up $600,000. The arbitrator ruled in Mitchell’s favor, ordering Marbury to pay her an additional $330,000 — but now, he’s refusing to pay that sum. Marbury has just filed legal docs of his own, insisting Mitchell gave up her right to that money by publicly filing court docs that detailed her affair with the basketball player. Poor thang. According to The New York Post : NFL Hall of Famer Lawrence Taylor has won a lawsuit that tried to hold him accountable for sex with a 16-year-old girl in a hotel room near New York City. The jury returned its verdict Friday after hearing testimony from the now 19-year-old woman and Taylor. Taylor gave a thumbs-up to a friend in the spectator area when the verdict was announced. Outside the courthouse, the former New York Giants linebacker celebrated by lighting up a big cigar — when asked what kind it was, a triumphant LT said “Redemption!” “I feel for what she’s gone through,” Taylor told reporters. “I wasn’t a bad person. I could have helped her … I hope the best for her. Now it’s time to go back and concentrate on my own broken life.” Taylor acknowledged that he had sex in 2010 with a prostitute. He denied, however, that he ignored obvious signs she was a teen runaway in distress. The woman had claimed that an abusive pimp forced her to have sex with Taylor for $300, in an encounter that occurred in a hotel room in Montebello, just north of New York City. Quincy Douby, 28, a 2006 first-round draft pick who played three seasons with the Sacramento Kings and now stars in China, showed up at Brooklyn Family Court based a legal challenge from his ex, Tanya Raymond. The 28-year-old mother of their 5-year-old daughter, Quinn, claims Douby had been paying for her home, but recently stopped, forcing her to move in with her parents. “I’ve got a father who makes $2 [million] to $3 million a year and left the child destitute,” Raymond’s lawyer Steven Gildin said in court. Douby claimed that he’s been paying $1,500 a month for his daughter’s entire life and has been providing for all her needs. “It’s just about money for her at this point,” he said of Raymond, his high school sweetheart. The couple split before Quinn was born. “All these basketball shows on TV — girls are watching it and they want that kind of life,” the hoops guard claimed. “At this point, she can have the money. Kayla Goldberg claims she met Kris in August, 2010 at the Newsroom Cafe on Robertson Blvd. in L.A. They flirted, exchanged numbers, and she claims that night they met up at Trousdale nightclub on the Sunset Strip. According to the suit, Kris came on to Kayla, touching, kissing and dancing with her. Kayla claims he took her to his hotel and they had sex multiple times … including oral sex. The suit claims during a portion of the sexual encounter Kris did not wear a condom. The lawsuit claims Kris did not inform Kayla he had herpes — and she claims in the suit that he did indeed have the disease. Kayla says a week later she was diagnosed with herpes. Her symptoms included a sore throat, fever, body aches and immobilizing pain, as well as extreme vaginal irritation and painful lesions on her genitalia. Kayla — who put her full name in the lawsuit — is suing for unspecified damages. We reached out to Kris for comment …. so far no response. Dwyane Wade has asked a Chicago judge to suspend his ex-wife, Siovaughn Funches-Wade’s right to visitation with their two children after a weekend incident that delayed the boys’ return to his custody and led to her arrest: Wade’s attorney, James Pritikin, filed an emergency motion and appeared in court Tuesday to have it heard, hours before the Miami Heat guard was to play in Game 4 of the NBA Finals against the Oklahoma City Thunder. A hearing was set for June 26, which would be the date of Game 7 if the Heat and Thunder extend the series to its limit. According to the filing, the two boys were to be picked up by Wade’s sister around noon Saturday so they could make a 3:05 p.m. flight from Chicago to Miami so they could be in South Florida for the entirety of Father’s Day. Wade’s sister got no response at the home, and after “several hours” the sheriff’s office was called to send someone to the scene, according to the filing. It also said Funches-Wade attempted to leave the home without the children when one of the responding deputies tried taking her into custody. The boys, at that time, were with another woman, Nadgee Alarcon inside the home, according to the filing. Wade eventually hired a private jet to bring his sons home early Sunday, and upon their arrival, his older son told him that Alarcon “smacked him on the head,” according to court records. Records show Funches-Wade was transferred to a hospital after the incident on Saturday. She told officers she was experiencing shortness of breath and thought she was having an asthma attack. Poor Dwayne! This latest episode in his personal saga with his ex-wife couldn’t have come at a worse time. He has to worry about his kids, their nutty mother and winning the championship. Lopez filed the lawsuit against O’Neal in Orange County, Florida, for intentional infliction of emotional distress and assault. Lopez says Shaq started harassing her shortly after she told him she thought she was pregnant. The former NBA center initially accused her of sleeping with someone else and when she broke off their relationship, she claims the threats began. Shaq tried to get the lawsuit dismissed, but was denied. In the suit, Lopez claims she was the victim of a number of scary incidents — most notably a threatening text that Shaq allegedly sent to a friend of his saying, “dis is da numba shut dat b*tch up!” Lopez says the friend responded with a text saying, “consider it done famo.” The friend then jumped on a plane to Orlando, Florida, and allegedly texted Lopez before calling her on her cell, sounding “menacing and sinister.” Sound like some crazy isht out of a Scream movie. “A trial date is very close to being scheduled as settlement talks aren’t getting anywhere,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. “The trial date will likely be set in the next 30 days and the trial could start later this year. Shaq would be forced to take the stand and answer blistering questions from Vanessa’s lawyers, Gloria Allred and Nathan Goldberg. “Shaq wants to become the General Manager of the Orlando Magic and a public trial could very much harm his career and his legacy. Lopez’s lawyers feel that there is more than enough evidence to convince a jury of the allegations that she has made against him.” Compounding matters, there’s a motion filed by Lopez’s attorneys to allow the trial to be televised. “Vanessa wants the public to know exactly what Shaq did to her and she is looking forward to the day of taking the stand and telling a jury of her peers exactly what happened,” the insider says. “She wants him to be treated just like anyone else, it’s just about the truth, period.” In the papers, Lopez claims that Shaq’s family was in on the intimidation act as well, making her fear for her safety.
