Talk about a downward spiral! Terrell Owens, once viewed as one of THE most talented players in the league is now playing for an in-door arena team. Adding to his problems, he could possibly face jail time for failing to pay child support. One of his baby mamas claims that Terrell is $20,000 behind and wants a judge to force him to pay up! The Fulton County contempt of court petition, the latest of several filed in the past year by Melanie Paige Smith, says Owens owes $5,000 for each of the months of December, January, February and March. A Fulton County judge ordered the payments for the support of the couple’s daughter in March 2007. “He has not indicated if he ever plans to send another penny for their daughter,” Smith’s attorney, Randall Kessler, said in a letter to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “We plan to ask the court to send a strong message, given that he has only paid support in the last 10 months after a contempt action has been filed against him,” Kessler said. Actress Halle Berry may have to pay ex boyfriend Gabriel Aubrey 20,000 a month in child support. That is only a portion of what he is asking for to try and maintain a lifestyle he says his daughter is accustomed to. Crazy thing is Aubrey has not been rewarded any type of custody of their daughter to make these types of demands.

Last year, MediaTakeOut reported that Falcons Linebacker, Michael Turner has 7 kids. According to one of his baby mamas, he has another one on the way. TMZ reports that Rasheeda Walker has 2 kids with the NFL star and one more on the way. Unfortunately, Michael’s new girlfriend wasn’t trying to hear that. According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Walker claims she has 2 children with Turner and is “upset because he refuses to see them.” She also claims she’s pregnant with Turner’s 3rd child and wanted to talk to him about the situation. Walker told cops she knocked on the front door … only to be ambushed by Turner’s new GF Elizabeth Delacruz … who was wielding a golf club and shouting, “YOU AT MY HOUSE NOW B*TCH.” Source TMZ
