Nene Leakes recently sat down with VH1′s Big Morning Buzz Live to talk about her upcoming projects, which includes her own wine (Miss Muscato), a shoe and t-shirt line ”I’m Very Rich B**ch!” which is fitting of Nene, as this is the statement she used when she confronted Sheree Whitfield on the very first episode of “Real Housewives of Atlanta.” At a $150 a pop, we’re not so sure we’re that rich b**ch! In case you missed it, the drama rages on between Sheree and Nene. After Sheree accused Nene of going behind her back to snag a hosting gig, Nene, who feels her castmates are jealous of her because of her fame, is now firing back in her latest Bravo blog, calling Sheree one of her biggest haters and says Sheree is boring and she doesn’t like her that much. Note to new rappers. Be careful when taking shots at a legend. ATL’s own Ludacris has fired back at Drake and Big Sean on a song called “Bada Boom” from his 1.21 Gigawatts mixtape. This whole episode started when Drizzy and Sean accused Luda of biting the “Supa Dupa” rhyme flow (or hashtag rap) from them. Although Luda doesn’t say any names, he does spit some lines that definitely seemed aimed at Sean and Drake: “Counterfeit rappers say I’m stealing their flows / But I can’t steal what you never made up b—h / Y’all some duplicate rap cloning n—as / I manufacture you h—s put on your makeup b—h,” Luda raps. Luda’s diss song stems from an interview Drake did on AllHipHop in which he said that Luda doesn’t know how to use the hashtag flow properly. “I don’t want to offend somebody, I hate that rappers picked that flow up,” Drake said in the 2010 interview. “I wish they had left that for people that know how to use it. [They go like] ‘It’s a parade! MACY’S!’,” Drake continued, referencing one of Luda’s lines from ‘My Chick Bad.’ In an MTV interview, Big Sean claims to have invented the hashtag flow: “With the super duper flow, I created that one-word rhyme style,” he said. In response, Luda raps on “Bada Boom”: “Do your research before you make a claim so bogus / That’s disrespecting pioneers in the game / F—k the fame but go ahead and get ya 5 minutes / Then you frontline cadets can report to your lieutenants (Sir, yes sir).” Ludacris also mentions on the track that “My Chick Bad” went platinum. When asked about the retaliatory track on Shade 45′s Sway In The Morning on Wednesday (Nov. 16), Ludacris simply replied, “I don’t start these things, I finish them.” We can’t wait to see if Drake or Big Sean responds! Alabama native/ATL transplant Yelawolf won’t stray from his southern rooted sound on his upcoming debut, Radioactive . A standout cut from the set is “Throw It Up.” Gangsta Boo, best known for her stint in Three 6 Mafia, adds her own southern flavor. Shady Records label head, Eminem , brings his usual fire. Gang affiliations are oftentimes set in stone, with members choosing sides and vowing to remain loyal to their selected group. But two members of the infamously rival gangs the Bloods and the Crips have put aside their differences in favor of one common cause: Occupy Atlanta. According to an article written by Occupy Atlanta participant Tim Franzen , Sherrod Britton and Shabaka Addae Guillory have become best friends despite their opposing associations. Guillory, a 20-year-old who joined the Crips at age 14 met Britton, a 29-year-old Blood member, during an impromptu freestyle rap session at Occupy Atlanta. “I saw him in the park, saw his colors.,” Guillory told Franzen. “There was no mean mug or rivalry because we realized that what’s happening here is so much bigger then gang rivalry.” Read more at Huffington Post . Metro Atlanta went to the polls last night and voted overwhelmingly to end the state’s age-old ban on Sunday alcohol sales. Early poll results showed voters in most of the 51 metro Atlanta jurisdictions gave a resounding yes to seven days of package sales in referendums. Only two other states have outright bans on Sunday alcohol sales — Indiana and Connecticut. Only two cities voted no — Palmetto in south Fulton and Forest Park in Clayton County. Dates vary as to when the new law will take effect, ranging from the second Sunday after election results get certified to maybe as late as February.
