Newlywed Couple Arrested For Having Sex In Public According to Mail Online A newlywed couple was so eager to consummate their marriage on Tuesday that they snuck away from their friends and family at the public park where they wedded and did the deed behind a nearby tree. But their risky romp swiftly ended when a police officer arrived and arrested the bride, Miaya Smith, 31, and her groom, Saint Ramirez Jr., 23. They both pleaded guilty to public indecency Wednesday and now will spend the first 30 days of their marriage behind bars. The officer stated in the arrest report that he was alerted to the tryst by three teenagers, who pointed him to a pine tree about 10 yards from a playground in Gering, Nebraska’s Oregon Trail Park and squeeled, ‘They’re having sex!’ It was around 8 p.m., but the officer noted that it was still daylight and a number of children were playing in the area. Swimmers at a nearby pool were also in plain view of the romp, he stated. The officer spotted the gyrating couple under a pine tree and drove toward them in his patrol car, then parked three feet from them. He noted that the couple ignored his presence and kept going at it. ‘Miaya had her pants off and her buttocks exposed [and she] was moving in an up-and-down motion on Saint,’ the police report reads, noting that Saint’s pants were around his ankles. The officer ordered them to stop having sex twice before they finally separated. As he directed them to get dressed, the couple laughed and told the officer they were having sex because they had just wedded. The bride also revealed that her 5-year-old daughter was nearby with family and friends. She said the girl could be left in the care of a friend while she was hancuffed and taken to jail with her new husband. The couple’s wedding ceremony, which was held at the Oregon Trail Park just before their arrest, was videotaped and posted to Facebook Tuesday evening. It appeared that about two dozen friends and family had attended. The officer had to ask twice… must have been some good peen. They had enough money for a wedding, but not a hotel room? Priorities…priorities.
