Olivia Munn Slams ESPN, Ignorant Packers Fans

If you’re a football fan, you’re probably aware that Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has been struggling in recent weeks. Rodgers has been dating Olivia Munn for 18 months, and everything appears to be going well in their relationship, but for some reason, dumbass social media trolls and professional sports journalists alike have taken to blaming Munn for Rodgers’ difficulties on the field. The worst culprit is ESPN’s Rob Demovsky who for some reason thought this would be a reasonable thing to write an article assessing Rodgers’ recent performance: “A longtime NFL agent told me recently that when he sees one of his top-performing clients play differently, as Rodgers has of late, the first thing he wonders is if something is going on in his personal life. Thankfully, Munn wasn’t having it: “Playing it fast & loose w/the journalism @RobDemovsky,” Munn tweeted. “Your professional skills are lacking… you must be having personal problems at home.” Munn has particularly taken issue with media outlets that quoted a Twitter user who blamed “Munn and Rodgers spouting off on TV about their sex life” for the fact that “God has taken his hand of blessing off of Packers players.” Munn pointed out that a quick scroll through the user’s previous tweets reveals that he’s an unstable bigot who probably shouldn’t be used as a source of information for mainstream news stories. Sounds like Demovsky and company need to learn to discount double-check their sources. (Sorry.) Of course, the bigger issue is the fact that grownup sports journalists are looking to blame a slump on the athlete’s girlfriend. We’ve been hearing divorce rumors about Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady for months, and the Patriots are freakin’ 9-0! Sure, Brady is clearly not a human being, but a handsome football-laying cyborg who’s circuitry was personally designed by Bill Belichick, but that’s beside the point. Oh Em Gee, are these two the cutest. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge paid a visit to Wales today for a series of engagement to help promote mental wellness. It's a cause the couple has championed all over the UK, encouraging others to erase the stigma of mental illness. During a visit to Towers Residential Outdoor Education Center, William and Catherine got kitted up for a bit of abseiling. William was first to go down the nearly 40-foot wall, while Catherine was in charge of giving him slack. Aware that the future monarch's well-being was in the hands of his wife, a guide joked to Catherine, “is the insurance good?” Everyone had a laugh, and Catherine asked her prince, “William, how much do you love me?” as she continued to guide him safely to the ground. “I'm quite enjoying this actually, for once I'm in control,” Catherine quipped, according to a Press Association report. Good show! The Cambridges are slightly competitive with one another (they've admitted that Scrabble games end up a big fight).  Catherine told others there that if William was going to try anything at the center, then so would she. “Catherine said, 'not that we are competitive but if he does that I'm going to have to do that', and she did,” national chairman of Mountain Rescue England and Wales, Mike France told the paper. Earlier in the day, William and Catherine were greeted by huge crowds in Caernarfon, Wales, as well as some massive bubbles. “I'm particularly impressed with the giant bubbles,” William told officials who awaited his and Catherine's arrival.  “George would be absolutely obsessed by that. “I will have to get one of those for Christmas.” Wales faces a high suicide rate, so the attention being paid to mental wellness is key in helping improve lives.   H/T to Twitter user Lauren Brown for the ahmayZING video.

Florida Convicts Trash Stranger’s Home With “Jail Release Party” Nothing says “I’m so happy to be free from jail” quite like immediately doing something that will land you right back behind bars. Via NYDN : A recently released Florida felon broke into a stranger’s house and held wild parties to celebrate his freedom. Kit Thompson was shocked when he found two men sleeping in his bed in his Lakeland home who were holding a ‘jail release’ party. Jaquel Fleming, 18, and pal Keilow Roundtree, 23, partied for five days in Thompson’s home when he was out of town, according to ABC Action News. When they were questioned, the pair admitted they broke into the house to “party and smoke weed in celebration of Fleming’s recent release from jail.” Thompson said he walked out of the house and called 911 when he discovered the pair asleep in his bed Wednesday morning. When Polk County deputies arrived, the duo tried to flee by jumping out of a bedroom before being arrested, ABC reports. Once Thompson finally got back inside, he was shocked by the estimated $4,000 worth of damage the pair had caused. SMH. These two must LOVE jail…

Kylie Jenner Says No Woman Should Work As Paparazzi Kylie Jenner is an attention slore reality star and has been in the public eye steadily since she was about 10 years old . Typically she seems to seek out the attention of paparazzi, or at least take it in stride. However today, Kylie took issue with one paparazzi in particular, who didn’t seem to be going out of her way to bother Kylie at all. Kylie zoomed her SnapChat camera in on a Black female paparazzi snapping pics as she coasted through the In-N-Out Burger drive thru, and seemingly unprovoked, called her a b*tch and declared that no woman was fit to be working in that field… Hmmm…seems to us like what she’s doing with her life is going out and working for a living — and simultaneously making Kylie’s entire existence possible. We understand that Kylie has no real grasp of the fact that most women have to work to pay their bills, but it’s interesting that the only paparazzi she has any problem with — and feels the need to call out of her name — is the sole woman she sees snapping the pics that make her relevant in the first place.
