According to TMZ , the 55-minute VHS video is much more shocking than the first sex tape that Avenatti procured in April 2018 . The 45-minute long VHS recording was uncovered after multiple clients came to him alleging Kelly had sexually assaulted minors. He claims the video clearly shows Kelly engaging in multiple sex acts with a girl. Related: R. After that, he urinates on her. CNN says the girl is seen on tape referring to her body parts as “14 years old.” Now, in regards to this second tape Avenatti is preparing to turn over to prosecutors, sources say R.Kelly is seen on camera having sex with the same 14-year-old girl seen in the aforementioned video. Sources tell TMZ , R. Kelly is seen choking the girl while having anal intercourse. There’s also a part where he takes some sort of lotion and “sprays” it all over her face. After the commonwealth’s Governor Ralph Northam and Attorney General Mike Herring were both involved in blackface scandals, a racist incident at an elementary school is garnering national attention. School officials at Madison’s Trust Elementary School in Ashburn, Virginia, are apologizing after third, fourth and fifth graders at the school were asked during P.E. class to play a game where students pretended to be runaway slaves. During the exercise, students went through an obstacle course representing the Underground Railroad and at least one black child, in particular, was made to act like a runaway. The Loudoun Times-Mirror broke the story and spoke with Loudoun NAACP Chapter President Michelle Thomas, who said she received complaints from parents about the Black History Month incident. “Loudoun County has a history of miseducating kids, number one, and perpetrating racist things amongst our students. This is not the first one. This is the first one of many. This is the most egregious, and the timing is incredible,” said Thomas said. She also noted that Attorney General Herring is a product of Loudoun County Public Schools. “[Herring] graduated from Loudoun Valley, so of course he wouldn’t know what he was doing, going up, dressing as blackface, because blackface is never discussed in the curriculum. When we discuss Jim Crow, it doesn’t come up,” she said. “ … The insensitivity is astronomical. We are in a racism crisis in Virginia, and the school is where it starts.” The school’s principal David Stewart sent a letter out following the incident and apologized. Stewart is promising that the content will be retaught in a “respectful manner.” “The lesson was culturally insensitive to our students and families. I extend my sincerest apology to our students and school community,” Stewart said in the letter. SIGHHHHHH, do these racist school incidents even surprise you anymore???

Kelly docu-series, but developments in Chicago might change that. A grand jury convened last week after attorney Michael Avenatti produced alleged video evidence of the singer abusing an underage girl. The Blast reports : Sources close to the situation confirmed to The Blast a grand jury was convened last week by the Cook County State’s Attorney Office in Chicago. We’re told the grand jury — comprised of a group of citizens — was formed on the heels of attorney Michael Avenatti delivering a videotape allegedly depicting Kelly engaged in sexual activity with an underage girl. Since the airing of the Lifetime docu-series, “Surviving R. Kelly,” the public has been demanding charges be brought against him, but officials have yet to formally charge the star as they dealt with the hurdles of locating victims and forming a case. However, one of the powers of the Cook County State’s Attorney Office is the ability to assemble a grand jury, which can issue an indictment against a defendant without prosecutors having to present evidence at a preliminary hearing in front of a trial judge and a defense counsel. The former host of BET’s 106 & Park and current Extra host ( though currently suspended ) has been accused of sexual assault by six different women. Calloway’s accusers have spoken out in a new story from The Hollywood Reporter . So far, six women have come forward to accuse him of sexual misconduct and assault. Last year, writer Sil Lai Abrams accused Calloway of groping him, and he was even arrested. However, the case was dismissed on procedural grounds (Calloway maintained his innocence). Reading Abrams’ account inspired Jeannie Delgado, who works in the aviation industry, to reveal that Calloway allegedly raped her in 2009. She claims that after Calloway offered her to stay overnight in a guest room in his home he raped her. “I thought it was not a big deal,” says Delgado, who works in the aviation industry. “I’m thinking this is the guest room. It turned out to be his bedroom. He closed the door behind him. He basically closed the door, locked it and tried to kiss me. I was like, ‘No, no, no.’ Then he went for my pants. He flipped me over, grabbed my hands, held them behind my back.” Holding both her hands in one of his, she says, he used his free hand to pull off her pants. “I’m 5-foot-2, 110 pounds,” she says. “He’s 6-foot-4, and I don’t know how much he weighs. He proceeded to rape me. When I tried to get up, he pulled me back down and bear-hugged me. That was for hours. I lay there crying the whole time. When the sun came up, he raped me again.” (Calloway, via an attorney, denies all allegations of misconduct.) Other accusers include two women, Nancy and Daisy, who didn’t want to use their real names and another woman who chose to remain unnamed. Perhaps the most heinous detail of their stories is that Calloway did not use condoms during the alleged sexual assault. Calloway has denied all the allegations via his lawyer. “These allegations are completely false,” said his attorney Lisa E. Davis. “Mr. Calloway has never sexually assaulted anyone and is devastated that he is being falsely accused of such terrible conduct. Crooks and Liars report : Turns out Nick Gillespie’s timeline calculations are a little off. He claims Harris says she smoked pot while listening to Snoop Dogg in college. She didn’t. Nick Gillespie followed up his lie with a lot of concern trolling about who Kamala Harris locked up while she was Attorney General of California. It’s fascinating how they can push the “Democrat open borders leads to MURDER” and the “Kamala Harris was a meanie prosecutor” memes at the same time. I’m sorry to break it to the tighty-whitey guys at Reason Magazine, but Kamala Harris is not talking to you. Thanks to the good sleuth work of Keith Boykin, it’s shown that Sen. Harris never said she listened to Snoop Dogg in college. She did say she smoked weed and listened to 2Pac and Snoop but she never offered a timeline nor linked it to her time in school. Further, she’s said she’s since stopped toking. In fairness, Harris still has her fair share of critics who won’t rest until they find a breaking point. In fact, some are noting under Boykin’s tweet that Harris was already working in her field and still lighting up but again, nothing has been confirmed. How high did @KamalaHarris get while smoking weed in college? High enough to claim she listened to Tupac and @SnoopDogg as a student, though their debuts came after she graduated college ('86) and law school ('89). Ronald Watts was such a dirty piece of s#!t that a Cook County judge along with State’s Attorney Kim Foxx have freed yet another 10 men from imprisonment behind false arrests. According to the Chicago-Sun Times , those 10 newly released men bring the total number of freed inmates to 63…SIXTY-THREE! Says Sean Starr of the Exoneration Project at the University of Chicago Law School: “When the system fails one of us, it fails every single one of us,” Starr said at a news conference after a brief court hearing before Chief Criminal Court Judge LeRoy K. Martin Jr. “Their stories are just the latest examples of a calculated, feigned ignorance on behalf of the Chicago Police Department of the victimization of black and brown, lower-income communities in Chicago. As citizens of the city, we need to demand more, we need to demand accountability.” In 2012 Watts and partner Kallatt Mohammed were caught and charged with stealing $5,000 from a federal informant who was recording the entire shakedown. That sting was set up because Watts and co. had been accused of targeting minorities living in the Ida B. Well housing projects for fugazi drugs busts and bogus arrests. How did these phony-a$$ arrests affect the people who were imprisoned and their loved ones, you ask? Well, allow us to tell you: Derrick Lewis, who twice was sent to prison after Watts’ officers planted drugs on him, spent a total of more than seven years in prison. The convictions made his then-fiancée question his character, and she left him for another man while he was locked up. Though both his arrests took place more than a decade ago, Lewis said he still suffers because of his time behind bars. “We lost things that you can never get back,” said Lewis, who protested that he was innocent from the moment he was arrested. “We have a right to feel how we feel, now that it’s coming out that we were actually telling the truth.” It’s an evil world we live in. There’s more political strife in Virginia in the midst of the Virginia Governor blackface scandal. As previously reported Democratic Governor Ralph Northam (above) was outed by a right-wing website who published a photo from Northam’s medical school yearbook that shows him in blackface and standing next to a man in a KKK outfit. He at first admitted that it was him in the photo but then recanted . There are now feverish calls for him to step down, calls that he’s casually ignoring. Now the third in line to be Governor if Northam steps down is confessing that he too has worn blackface. Attorney General Mark Herring admitted Wednesday that he wore blackface to dress up like a rapper at an 80s college party. But because of our ignorance and glib attitudes – and because we did not have an appreciation for the experiences and perspectives of others – we dressed up and put on wigs and brown makeup, Herring said. “This was a onetime occurrence and I accept full responsibility for my conduct.” Just four days ago Herring criticized Governor Northham and said “it is no longer possible” for him to remain in office. If you couldn’t believe that things would get much worse, hold onto your wigs. Lieutenant Governor Justin Fairfax, also a Democrat, has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman at the Democratic National Convention in 2004. Fairfax is second in line to be Governor. Fairfax has denied her accusation and said what happened between them was “consensual.” If all three of the Democrats resign, the next Virginia Governor will be Republican Kirk Cox. Cox is the current state’s speaker of the House of Delegates. All top VA officials wore blackface except for the one with a black face who has been accused of sexual assault. Source: Spencer Platt / Getty One New York Resident Gives A Chilling Account Another moment of police terror reportedly went down in New York last year, and now a resident of the city is taking action. According to New York Daily News , a Brooklyn cop, who’s been accused of years of civil rights violations and false arrests, is once again being sued for excessive conduct. Evelyn Gonzalez, 51, who works as a security guard is accusing Sgt. David (Bellethead) Grieco of carrying out an early-morning raid at her Brownsville apartment, then arresting her and a family friend Tray Stroman, 27, on trumped-up charges that were dropped before they even got a chance to appear before a judge. Gozalez has filed a notice of claim and according to their lawyer, if a settlement is not agreed upon, they will file a lawsuit in state court alleging wrongful arrest. The whole incident went down shortly after 7 a.m. on April 13, 2018 when Gonzalez was asleep in her room and Stroman, who works in a barbershop, was resting on the couch. Emergency Service cops tried to bust through the front door so one of Gonzalez’s four children, Joseph Cordova, 24, left from his bed to open it. That’s when police rushed in with Grieco and other officers having their guns drawn, according to Gonzalez and Stroman. Neither Gonzalez nor Storman have ever been arrested, however Cordova has been arrested ten times, including two cases that are still pending for possession of a knife and for possession of drugs. He was convicted in 2014 for weapons possession, for which he received five years probation. Cordova, who isn’t apart of the lawsuit, and his mother believe the raid was part of an ongoing attempt to harass Cordova, considering that past charges against him didn’t stick. The cops allegedly swept through the apartment, flipped a living room table, and broke two televisions AND a humidifier that Gonzalez needs for her asthma. The cops also allegedly rampaged through the kitchen, dumping coffee and oatmeal on the floor. “They even ate my bananas,” Gonzalez said. Stroman, who posts rap videos online, went on to say the cops plugged their phones into a speaker and listened to his music. “I’m like, ‘Is this a warrant for music?” Stroman said. “I was lost.” It’s not clear if the cops even had a warrant to search the apartment. Gonzalez said when she asked, the cop tried to use a restaurant flyer to pass as a warrant. Gonzalez and Stroman said Grieco continually asked about guns and drugs, indicating the cops were tipped off. However, no guns or narcotics were found. The police only focused on one marijuana joint in the living room and two in a bedroom. Cordova admitted that he does smoke marijuana. The nightmare continued after the raid when Gonzalez said that she, Cordova and Stroman were handcuffed and taken into custody. Gonzalez said she and Stroman spent around 18 hours in custody and she said the police didn’t even give her access to her medicine. When they finally got out, The Brooklyn District Attorney’s office declined to prosecute them. Cordova was charged with marijuana possession and possession of a forged credit card, but the case was adjourned and dismissed soon after. Gonzalez says when she got home, $800 was missing from a jacket in her closet – money she said she was saving for her two granddaughters. On top of all this, Gonzalez’s Brownsville apartment is covered by the 73rd Precinct, but they were taken to the 67th Precinct where Grieco is assigned. No one has yet to explain why Grieco was carrying out a raid in a precinct he wasn’t even assigned to, although investigations do often cross precinct lines. Grieco, 48, has a long history of being an ain’t sh** officer, including searching two homes without a warrant and being involved in a 2013 75th Precinct investigation. The anti-crime unit at the time was accused of illegal apartment searches and the theft of jewelry and thousands of dollars, according to court papers, Internal Affair docs and police sources. Over the years, Grieco has been the defendant in 29 lawsuits. But yet… This man is still on the force. Gonzalez’s and Stroman’s lawyer Joel Berger said, “For this cowboy to still be on the force is outrageous. He should have been terminated years ago. The fact that he hasn’t been is really indicative of the travesty the NYPD discipline system is.” Grieco is currently a sergeant who was one of NYPD’s top overtime earners in 2017. His $73,000 of extra pay upped his salary to $190,000 and last year he made $164,700. Out of the 29 lawsuits against Grieco, 16 of them were settled, costing the city more than half-million dollars.
