Aubrey Plaza Booted from MTV Movie Awards After Crashing Will Ferrell Acceptance Speech

We adore Aubrey Plaza on Parks and Recreation . But perhaps she should stick to mocking Leslie Knope and pretending not to care about her career. Because the actress attempts to go all Kanye West circa 2009 at last night’s MTV Movie Awards… only to embarrass herself when her stunt didn’t exactly go as planned. Watch Plaza interrupt Will Ferrell acceptance speech for the Comedic Genius Award now and cringe for the drunk star as she does so: Aubrey Plaza MTV Movie Awards Fail Ferrell handled the odd situation as well as could be, calmly and dryly telling the audience: “Aubrey Plaza, everyone. Just like we rehearsed it. Perfect, it was perfect. Not too long, not too short. Right on the money.” Still, MTV producers confirm to E! News that they asked Plaza to leave the event after her she returned to her seat.

Aubrey Plaza Puts Oral on Her To-Do List [VIDEO]

Fair warning: Depending on your opinion of Aubrey Plaza , you’re either going to find this trailer incredibly endearing or impossibly irritating. Skin Central, as it turns out, finds her adorable, and so we’re pretty into this red-band trailer for Aubrey’s new movie The To Do List (2013), about a young woman who makes a list of all the sex acts she’d like to try (get it? “The to DO List?”). The only creepy part? Aubrey’s playing a high school senior trying to accomplish all this before she goes off to college, but hey– high school kids are usually 18 by the time they graduate, right? Some of ’em, anyway? (For the record, Aubrey is 28 in real life). There’s no nudity in this trailer (just a lot of dirty talk), and The To Do List doesn’t hit theaters until February 14, 2013 , but you can get an eyeful of Aubrey’s Parks and Recreation co-stars Rashida Jones and Amy Poehler right here at MrSkin.com!

Parks and Recreation’s Chris Pratt on the Hilarious Third Season and the Surprise of Rob Lowe

It was good to be an American last week. After all, not only did Parks and Recreation return to NBC after eight months on the shelf, but people actually watched — the season three premiere was Parks and Recreation ‘s highest rated episode yet. That was great news for everyone, but especially Chris Pratt. As you may have noticed, the premiere featured an extended “previously on” clip package to open the show, highlighting the unrequited love between Pratt’s Andy and Aubrey Plaza’s April. He’s rapidly becoming Pawnee’s answer to Jim Halpert, with 100 percent more flannel.

Late Night Highlights: Emma Thompson Disses Mary Poppins, Colbert Argues Against Gay Marriage

While most of the network late night players were on vacation last night, Nanny McPhee star and scribe Emma Thompson charmed Jon Stewart at the Daily Show while badmouthing her country’s most beloved fictional nanny. Meanwhile, Stephen Colbert voiced his (character’s) anti-gay views, Stewart got to the bottom of the nation’s mosque-mania and Aubrey Plaza recalled her days getting drunk on the job.
