Just 24 hours after the news first broke , the reality starlet is getting lots of support from the rest of the close-knit Kardashian clan. “Our sister is going through a difficult time but we’re a close family and are sticking together like always,” Kourtney Kardashian tweeted . “We appreciate everyone’s kindness and support. @KimKardashian, we love you.” Meanwhile, outspoken little sister Khloe had a message for all the haters out there. “Reading some [of] these comments r so hurtful. Im grateful 4our fans who understand & r being respectful. Hate is disgusting. Love is everything,” she tweeted . “Thank God for family. We are strong and we will only become closer! I love YOU.” The trio’s baby brother, Rob, spoke about the divorce after a taping of “Dancing With the Stars.” “Everybody, obviously, is not in a good mood,” he said backstage after the show. “But we support anything my sister deals with, and that’s all we can do,” he told The Hollywood Reporter . He also told E! , “My sister is obviously going through a lot and we’re obviously very supportive of whatever decision she makes. Brittny Gastineau, who attended Kim and Kris’ lavish August 20 wedding and even caught the bride’s bouquet, spoke to USmagazine.com about the breakup. “I feel bad for any couple that tries to make it,” Gastineau said. “Kim has been my best friend for years and I know she is so strong. I have faith in her.” With reactions still rolling in from fans and celebrities alike, more insider information is hitting the streets. E! News reported that a wedding-ring-less Kim has left for Australia with sister Khloe to launch a new handbag line. She had been visited by her stepdad, Bruce Jenner, and a masseuse earlier on Monday. A source tells People.com that the split has hit the twice-divorced reality star hard. “She rushed into it too fast,” the insider explained. “She’s holding it together. It’s insanely troubling and heartbreaking, but it’s a decision she knew had to be made.” The source added Kim is “leaning on her family for support. Are chubby lumpkins really s’posed to be motivated by someone who only has a lil baby weight to lose? Mel B has been chosen as the face of Jenny Craig weight loss in Australia and New Zealand… Um, doesn’t she have a workout DVD she released that she can do??? SMH. At a breakfast launch in Sydney, Mel B told an audience: ‘I was eating literally eating morning, noon and night, and its didn’t matter what time. I was just eating. I was a house. She added: ‘Life gets a bit crazy when you’ve got four daughters but it’s important for us mums to live healthy and to be in good shape. ‘Mums really need to take time for themselves and get to a place where they are happy with their body again. We should not put it off because we deserve more than that. I healthy happy mum equals a healthy happy family.’ Mel currently weighs 165 lbs but hopes to be down to 132 by the new year, Sydney’s Daily Telegraph reported. Jenny Craig boss Amy Smith said Mel had told the company she didn’t like dieting. ‘She loves eating healthy foods and she is thrilled with the health snack options and the amount of fruit and vegetables she gets to eat. ‘Jenny Craig’s team of nutritionists and doctors have created a program especially for women like Mel who have recently given birth, that takes into consideration the nutrient levels needed for breastfeeding women.’ Mel, who is in Australia where she is a judge on the X Factor, was known for her ripped body and in 2008 even released a workout DVD called Totally Fit. In the latest issue of InStyle Australia , the reality star is asked why she televised her wedding to Kris Humphries and she gives a simple, totally believable answer: she did it for us, people. “We took weeks to decide if we were going to film it or not,” Kim lies her giant ass off tells the magazine. “But I felt like my fans – everyone that has gone on this journey with me, seeing different relationships that I’ve been in – would feel cheated if I didn’t film it. It was something that Kris and I were okay with, and the beauty of it is we get to edit it. It [will be] great to look back at that and see this time in our lives.” That sure will be a nice feeling. We’re guessing the phoniest woman in Hollywood also won’t mind looking back at the number of zeroes on the checks she earned from this completely selfless act.

‘It’s definitely not something that should be seen as a rivalry,’ 14-year-old Australian singer tells MTV News. The 14-year-old Australian teenage heartthrob recently released his second EP, Coast to Coast, which is currently #12 on the Billboard 200 chart, and is hard at work gearing up for his debut album, which is set to hit stores next year. Simpson, who credits Justin Timberlake and Jack Johnson as his musical inspirations, was living his life as a normal teenager until he was discovered on YouTube back in 2009. “I grew up in a very relaxed lifestyle.” Simpson told MTV News. “Music was something that I’ve been involved in since I was 7 or 8 years old, when I started playing guitar. I listened to a lot of country music. I went into a school talent show with my friend and we did a Jason Mraz cover of “I’m Yours,” and we posted it online. It was my first performance on a stage and I put it up, and then I was like excited when I hit 200 views and then I put another video and it went up to 2,000, to 20,000, to 200,000 to 20 million.” If his story sounds a little bit familiar, that’s because teen sensation Justin Bieber was discovered the same way. Now, if you’re a young male singing star, there will automatically be some comparisons to Bieber, but Simpson assures us, these two are very different. “Well, we both grew up in very different lifestyles. I mean, he was in Canada playing hockey and listening to R&B music,” Simpson said. “I grew up on the beach down in Australia listening to totally different styles of music.” Simpson, who recently signed with Bieber’s manager, Scooter Braun, is a big fan of the teen star and insists there is no animosity between the two. “I’m a big fan of Justin’s. We support each other a lot. He was talking to me yesterday about the songs he liked off my EP.” Simpson said. “People feel like its competition, but it’s really like friendly and family. It’s definitely not something that should be seen as a rivalry.” And that seems to be true. Bieber recently tweeted, “shoutout to @ddlovato @codysimpson @mindlessbhavior 4 all their albums coming out this week. our generation is doing it big. #sharethewealth.” Simpson seemed to appreciate the love from Bieber, because he replied with, “@justinbieber mate I appreciate the shoutout. heard you liked Good As It Gets. thanks for that. #CoastToCoast.” So could we possibly see a collaboration between the two? “We haven’t got plans set in stone yet to do that,” Simpson said “But I’m sure something will happen in the future.
