We don’t know how she does it but somehow Ke$ha still manages to look dirty and unwashed even after taking a dip in the ocean. How is that possible?

A strong storm hits Western Australia specifically city of Perth late on Monday. It has cut the power of about tens of thousands homes. Almost not less than $100m (£66.5m) was the estimated cost of damage. The storm carried huge hailstones, torrential rains, flooding, landslide and wind gusts of more than 120km/hour (75mph). It rained heavily. The estimated average rainfall in a month poured in just seven minutes that has affected the schedule of flights. At Perth airport, a part of the terminal roof has collapsed. Power was cut down because some of the power cable supply had collapsed. Even hospitals were flooded. On Tuesday, some schools were advised to remain close. According to Western Australia premier Colin Barnett, this was one of the most severe weather conditions they had experienced since 1994. Not only power supplies were damaged but also buildings and housing. Huge hailstones showered with a size of golf balls which hit some of the cars’ windscreens. Under federal law, people who post sexual content online also have to provide a link to certain information. The linked site needs to, in essence, provide documentation that the adult film was made legally and didn’t involve minors. Perez is no stranger to issues like the Chuy Bravo sex tape. That’s the short version, but the point is, if you’re gonna post a sex tape, federal law requires a link to compliance information or an explanation why you didn’t. Hilton’s Chuy Bravo sex tape post has generated a lot of controversy, but as for whether it generates consequences for him, the case becomes much more muddled. Adult Video News columnist Tom Hymes, who has written about the Perez issue, says if prosecutors wanted to go after Perez, they would have him ” dead to rights .” But it isn’t necessarily likely they will. For one, a federal official, not a local police authority, would have to review Perez Hilton and decide to do something about it. “But the Justice Department isn’t doing 2257 inspections right now,” he says. “They haven’t been for about 6-9 months. I don’t think this issue is going to have legs.” Tough luck, Chuy Bravo or anyone else wishing Perez were locked up.
