Source: Brown County Sheriff's Office / Brown County Sheriff's Office Man Sentenced 3 Years In Prison For Wife’s Meth-Filled “Death Party” There’s probably a much less poisonous and criminal way to celebrate the death of your spouse. According to NYDailyNews , 59-year-old Duane Johnson was sentenced to 3 years in prison yesterday after pleading guilty to criminal neglect and 3rd degree murder of his 69-year-old wife Debra Johnson. See, Debra lived in a nursing home and she told Duane she wanted to be removed so that she could die at home after some “partying”. The couple used meth for 5 days, had sex, and listened to their favorite song Quiet Riot’s “Metal Health”. Duane was found butt-a$$ naked next to his wife’s dead body back on January 24 this year. Debra’s autopsy revealed her cause of death as “methamphetamine toxicity”. Duane likely would have gotten more time but the judge gave him credit for the 201 days served. This case took place in Minnesota but if we didn’t know any better we’d swear it’s Florida.
Jed Wyatt made a very small mistake during his time on The Bachelorette. He slept with a woman prior to leaving for the show … told this woman that he loved her… never broke up with her… and then never told Hannah Brown that this woman existed. When Brown learned the truth, two days after she accepted an engagement ring from Wyatt, she pulled the plug on this romance. Now, a few weeks after the dramatic Bachelorette finale aired and Wyatt was exposed as total liar and douche canoe, Jed says he just wants to be viewed as a role model. He says he hopes young men out there can learn from all the ways he went wrong. Talking late last week to friend Haley Ringo on the talk show LAnded Late Night, Wyatt was asked where he hopes to be in five months. Once all this controversial dust settles, does Wyatt have any hopes for where he’ll be? Mentally? Physically? Spiritually? “I want to be just an all-around better person,” he said in response, adding in greater detail: “I mean, leading into the show, I just really felt like I did know who I was, you know, but I learned so much from this. From the mistake, from the journey, the whole — I learned so much. “I want to apply it to my life. “Like I said on the podcast, I do want to focus on my spiritual and mental health. I want to be surrounded with my friends, do fun things, fish a lot, sing, the things that make me who I am. I want to do all of that.” That sounds great and everything It even sounds like Jed has maybe learned something throughout this ordeal. But here’s the thing; All he had to do was break things off withh is girlfriend back home before going on a show specifically designed to help him find a wife. That doesn’t seem like a lesson anyone needs to learn ; it should just be innate, you know? (Also: Do not bash this girlfriend several months later , dude.) Stepping up way high on a soapbox, Wyatt later said in this same interview that he wants others out there to NOT follow his example. He wants them to learn from his sins. “To other guys out there who – they’re just out having a good time, they’re young and they’re having fun… I would want them to kind of see and understand that you never know when you’re gonna meet your person,” he said. Expressing regret over losing Hannah, he continued: “Could be today, could be tomorrow, could be ten years from now, but the person that you are leading into that means everything. I want to help other guys see that. “You just never know and there’s no better feeling than looking at someone and know that that is your person. You can mess that up by playing with other people’s emotions.” Hannah, of course, is actually single right now and recently admitted that she’s struggling . So if Jed were really serious, it could conceivably make a move to get back together with her. But we doubt she’d go for that, even if Wyatt did sound contrite on ABC’s After the Final Rose special. “First and foremost, from the bottom of my heart, I want you to know that I’m sorry,” he told her after getting dumped. “Apparently, they’ve already shown where I half apologized but, especially in hindsight, now that I’ve had time to review myself and my past and my behaviors towards not only you but other people, I fully see that I wasn’t the best that I could be. “And by lacking details to you, the things that you deserve, and the things that you want, it kind… ruined what we found here in a place that I never would have expected to find love like this with someone that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. “And I know that you felt the same and I’m sorry that I took away that experience from you. I’m sorry that this has hurt your family, your friends, Bachelor Nation, everyone, my family, I’m sorry. “I’m responsible for this. For years, Jenelle Evans has been talking about her makeup line , and for years, we've been saying it'll probably never happen. Well, it looks like we were mistaken. Multiple sources are now indicating that Evans and her team have selected a launch date for JE Cosmetics. But will the products actually wind up in stores this time, or will this launch date quietly come and go, like so many others over the years? Here's what we know about the situation thus far: 1. Finally Yes, folks, it’s all happening! Jenelle Evans is finally launching her makeup line! But some fans are still skeptical that the products will actually be made available to the public. 2. Looking Back Jenelle, of course, has been teasing the release of her makeup line for YEARS now, and a pattern has emerged in her promotional efforts. 3. Makeup Shake-Ups It goes something like this: Jenelle announces a vague launch schedule (a certain month or season); said month or season comes and goes; Jenelle never explains why the launch didn’t happen. 4. But This Time … This time, however, things are somewhat different, in that Jenelle has announced a specific date for the release of her long-, long-awaited makeup line. 5. Start Getting In Line Now! According to announcements made on her Instagram page and some event called Miami Swim Week, JE Cosmetics will be available for purchase on September 19! 6. Unfortunately, reality stars Todd and wife Julie Chrisley learned that the hard way on Tuesday after a grand jury indicted them on tax evasion charges.According to reports , Todd tried to launch a preemptive strike against a looming federal indictment, so officials went ahead and charged the couple with multiple federal crimes. The indictment, which was filed in the Northern District of Georgia, charged both Julie and Todd with 11 counts related to bank fraud and tax evasion. If convicted, the couple could face up to 30 years behind bars. The Blast , who broke the story, reports: “Officials claim Todd and Julie set up a production company, called 7C’s Productions, which served as a loan-out company for all the money earned through their popular reality show, “Chrisley Knows Best,” which airs on the USA Network. The documents claim millions of dollars were deposited into the production company account over the years, but the reality stars did not file tax returns in time for 2014, 2015 or 2016.” The couple has yet to speak out since the charges dropped, but Todd did post a cryptic message on Instagram before the news broke.
