The 26-year-old actress and her hubby Brian Austin Green attended the March of Dimes Celebration of Babies at the Beverly Hills Hotel. This story just got sadder… 2-Year-Old Atlanta Girl Stabbed To Death By Sister A 13-year-old girl is to be charged with the death of her two-year-old half-sister , after the toddler was found dead behind their family home near Atlanta, Georgia. Via DailyMail : Tyasia Jackson was charged yesterday with stabbing young Sasha Lamaya Ray and leaving her in the backyard of the family’s home on Waldrop Trail, near Atlanta. The teenager was looking after her siblings while her parents were out. When they returned they found Sasha at the rear of the house, police spokesman Mekka Parish said. Their other children were in the house at the time Sasha disappeared. The victim’s biological father, Shelton Ray, said his young daughter is in heaven now. ‘She’s gone on to glory now. Now it’s up to me to make it to where she is,’ he told Channel 2 news. ‘Like I tell all my children, they have to get themselves into heaven. I have to get myself into heaven.’ He said the teenager called him Monday night around 11pm and confessed to the murder. Ray told CBS News Atlanta that the teenager was caught with a boy inside the home while he and her mother were away from the house. He said a neighbor went to the home and found the boy hiding inside a closet and told him to leave. Ray said the teen told him that after the boy and other friends left, Tyasia asked for her siblings to go upstairs and kept Sasha downstairs. The teen told Ray she then took Sasha towards the back door of the home and stabbed her seven times in the chest. She then threw Sasha’s body over the balcony. RIP to Sasha Ray. This is just so sad. Rest in peace to this beautiful little girl. We hope the family gets through this incredibly tough time and the troubled teen gets help.

According to the Concord Monitor , Lisa Biron took a teenage girl to Canada, had her engage in intimate adult activity and convinced her to let it be filmed: FBI agents swiftly arrested Lisa Biron yesterday morning as she awaited a hearing on child film charges at Manchester’s district court. About 9 a.m. FBI agents entered the courtroom, told Biron to leave her belongings and took her into an adjoining conference room where she remained for several minutes before coming out in handcuffs. A few hours later in U.S. District Court in Concord, Biron, who is associated with a national coalition of Christian lawyers, was formally told of the federal charges against her: transportation with intent to engage in criminal activity, possession of child films and five counts of exploitation of children. Judge Landya McCafferty decided to detain Biron yesterday, largely, she said, because she is believed to have broken most of the bail conditions imposed on the district-level children’s film charges. A judge there ordered Biron last month to use her computer only for work, not possess weapons and have no contact with the teenage girl in the five videos and two pictures found on her computer. The no-contact order was the only condition Biron appears to have honored, prosecutor Helen Fitzgibbon told McCafferty. Fitzgibbon said since her release, Biron posted an advertisement on Craigslist, the same listing service where she met the individual who ultimately tipped off the Manchester police about the films and photos on her computer. And when Biron was arrested yesterday, she told FBI agents who were preparing to search her home that they would find a loaded pistol under her mattress. Agents didn’t find that gun, but they did find 200 rounds of ammunition in Biron’s home, Fitzgibbon said yesterday. That was enough evidence for the judge, who said that while she didn’t consider Biron a flight risk, she was concerned her release would be dangerous for the community. She told Biron the evidence was “extremely troubling,” considering her career as a lawyer. The federal charges against Biron are scheduled for trial in January. If convicted, she faces 10 years to life in prison on the transportation charge and 15 years to life in prison on each of the exploitation of children charges. Biron is associated with the Alliance Defending Freedom, a group of lawyers who, according to their website, are committed to keeping “the door open for the spread of the Gospel” by advocating for “religious liberty, the sanctity of life, and marriage and family.” In Concord, she worked with the ADF in defending a Pentecostal Church on Mountain Road in its tax fight against the city. She recently served on the board of directors at Mount Zion Christian Schools in Manchester, according to the school’s headmaster. On Biron’s Facebook page, which was taken down in recent weeks, she had listed the Bible as her favorite book. Is this sweet or a lil’ too much? Some are saying it’s a beautiful, selfless act and other’s are questioning the safety risks Cathy Donnelly took for her daughter’s own happiness. According to The Daily Mail : Cathy Donnelly, 58, is six months pregnant and will welcome her seventh grandchild into the world when she gives birth to her – before daughter Shannon Fischer raises the baby. Mrs Fischer and her husband Jamie had been trying for two years when they discovered they couldn’t conceive due to scarring in her uterus. So Mrs Donnelly mother of three and a grandmother of six, volunteered to be a surrogate mother for her daughter. Mrs Fischer said: ‘The day I came home from my surgery mum said “I’ll do it”. She didn’t hesitate.’ Mrs Donnelly, from London in Ontario, Canada, said: ‘I felt bad for them – I just thought what’s nine months of my life? They are going to have a child for the rest of theirs? It’s not like I’m busy doing anything.’ Michael Murray, specialist at the Northern California Fertility Medical Center, says though there have been cases of mothers acting as surrogate for their daughters before it is typically something the medical community does not advise. He said: ‘Usually it’s a close friend or a sister that acts as the gestational carrier – women who are over 45-years-old are not normally in good enough health. ‘Pregnancy for older women is much riskier. The most common complications are high blood pressure, gestational diabetes and premature child birth.’ But they were risks Mrs Donnelly was willing to accept and while she admits her pregnancy hasn’t been easy, she has had no complications so far. ‘It was long process and involved a heavy dose of fertility drugs for both of us but in the end it all paid off. ‘But it has been challenging. Now I’m showing I make sure people aren’t staring or looking at me because they’re probably thinking ‘look at that old lady.’ Mrs Donnelly said she did question whether she was doing the right thing and if everything would work out okay until she started to feel the baby move. Now her only concerns are about how she will feel once she has given birth. ‘I don’t know if I’ll feel like I’ve lost her, I don’t know how I’m going to feel,’ Mrs Donnelly said. Shannon plans to name her daughter Zoey Hope Catherine after her mother. And for her the whole experience has made her cherish their mother-daughter relationship even more. Uhmmm…ok.
