Jimmy Fallon is a very lucky man. Towards the end of June, Fallon was hospitalized with a hand injury, forced to cancel his taping of The Tonight Show scheduled for that evening. Returning to his desk in New York City on Monday, Fallon sat back and explained to the audience how he was nearly left with nine digits as a result of the incident. “I tripped and fell in my kitchen on a braided rug that my wife loves and I can't wait to burn it to the ground,” Fallon said. “I tripped and fell and I caught my fall… I'm getting up and my finger is sideways.” Fallon went on detail how he got in a taxi to the emergency room at one hospital … prior to being informed he needed to go to a different hospital to see a specialist. See, the finger was not broken; instead, it was injured by ring avulsion. “Basically what it is is that my ring got caught on the countertop when I was going down and stuck there and pulled my finger off.” Fallon proceeded to give props to an “awesome” doctor who performed surgery and helped the star avoid living with one fewer finger. For those fans of The Bachelorette who can’t believe Nick Viall has made it this far, but also think Shawn Booth is kind of a douche, rest easy: Ben Higgins, who was eliminated by Kaitlyn Bristowe last night, has already been chosen as The Bachelor for its upcoming 2016 campaign! Multiple sources have confirmed to E! News that Ben has been selected, continuing a long streak of franchise stars getting a second chance. Bristowe finished third behind Whitney Bischoff and Becca Tilley in their romantic journey for Chris Soules, who himself was third on The Bachelorette . According to reports, the 26-year-old Ben Higgins has yet to finalize his contract, but he’s “pretty much a lock” to be the next rose-giver-outer. Higgins’ sweetness, sincerity, good looks won him plenty of fan support this summer, along with the simple fact that he is not Nick or Shawn. The runner-up this season – read The Bachelorette spoilers to find out who that is – was also in contention to be the next Bachelor, we’re told. Ben got the nod, though, for the aforementioned reasons. As for why the third runner-ups are on such a hot streak – Soules wooed Andi Dorfman, who also took home the bronze – is it just a coincidence? Not necessarily. By the time the finale comes around, the second-place suitor tends to be portrayed more controversially by the show. That will certainly be true no matter who Kaitlyn picks as The Bachelorette winner in two weeks, whereas Ben was mostly unscathed. Or so the theory goes. That way fans are happy with the “winner” for the 2-3 months before they inevitably break things off. Standard. In any case, start waving the Ben Higgins 2016 signs! Do you think ABC got it right, or would you like to have seen Nick or Shawn? Or someone else from this season, or someone new altogether?

As The Bachelorette spoilers predicted weeks ago, Kaitlyn Bristowe bested her co- Bachelorette Britt Nilsson to keep the job after the guys’ vote. As the spoilers also told us … Nick Viall is back for another shot at love/15 minutes of fame after his failed pursuit of Andi Dorfman last season. How does Kaitlyn’s journey end, however? You will be very surprised … View Slideshow: Kaitlyn Bristowe: The Bachelorette 2015! Thanks to the Terrible TV Soothsayer, the Oracle of Bachelorette Spoilers, Reality Steve, we most likely know how the entire saga plays out. And it’s going to be pretty wild. Almost literally unprecedented. Yes, The Bachelorette spoilers have been wrong before, and yes, there are plenty of twists not even Steve can see coming. But he knows his stuff. He’s not in the business of being wrong, and we don’t suspect he is here. So with that grain of salt, let’s get into what his spoilers say we can expect. After the guys eliminated Britt, Brady Toops eliminated himself, Chris Harrison eliminated Ryan McDill and Kaitlyn eliminated a handful of others … Here’s who’s left heading into the second week: Ben Zorn Daniel Finney Kupah James Ben Higgins Corey Stansell Tanner Tolbert Jared Haibon Justin Reich Clint Arlis Shawn Booth Cory Shivar Ryan Beckett Ian Thomson Tony Harris JJ Lane Chris Strandburg Jonathan Holloway Joshua Albers Joe Bailey Well, May 25 will be the end of the road for Daniel Finney and Cory Shivar at the rose ceremony, with Kupah James eliminated beforehand. With that said, let’s break down all of the future episodes … Episode 3: June 1 (16 guys down to 14) Eliminations: Tony and Clint, both pre-rose ceremony. Episode 4: June 8 (14 guys down to 11, plus 1) At some point on this episode, Kaitlyn told the guys that a guy from a previous season came up to her during a group date and asked to be on the show. That guy, obviously, was Nick Viall. Last season’s runner-up, who was crushing on Kaitlyn for awhile beforehand, wants in. The guys were against the idea of Nick Viall returning . Shocker. View Slideshow: The Bachelorette Season 11 Cast! Nevertheless, she met with Nick and they made out. He joined the cast from that point on and became one of Kait’s favorites, somewhat incredibly. Eliminations: Corey Stansell, Ryan Beckett and Jonathan Holloway. Episode 5: June 15 (12 guys down to 9) Eliminations: Justin Reich, Joshua Albers and Ian Thomson (self-eliminated). Episode 6: June 22 (9 guys down to 6) Eliminations: Tanner Tolbert, Ben Zorn and JJ (out after two-on-one date). Episode 7: June 29 (6 guys down to 3) Eliminations: Joe Bailey, Jared Haibon, and Chris Strandburg. There are apparently no hometown dates for the top three. Episode 8: July 6 (3 guys down to 2) The overnight dates took place on this episode. Elimination: Ben Higgins. Episode 9: July 13 (“Hometown” Dates) That’s right, only two guys got hometown dates, and they weren’t really hometown dates, as both Nick Viall and Shawn Booth went to Utah for them. Both dudes’ families were flown out, too. What’s not clear is whether there is even a rose ceremony, because the finale isn’t for another two weeks after this installment. Big change of pace. What is clear is that Nick Viall and Shawn Booth are the final two, meaning the former is on the cusp of “fiance type stuff” for the second year in a row. Will his dreams actually come true this time? View Slideshow: The Bachelor & Bachelorette: 25 Most Stunning Exits Episode 10, July 20 (Men Tell All Special) Episode 11: July 27 (The Finale) In another twist, Kaitlyn Bristowe and the guys travel back to the Los Angeles mansion where it all began and the final rose ceremony is held there. But the biggest twist of all is yet to come … Pulling the old Brad Womack out of nowhere, Kaitlyn REJECTS BOTH NICK AND SHAWN and leaves the show as single as the day she started! Oh yes. She is a single woman right now. Obviously, there will be doubters and again, The Bachelorette spoilers have been wrong before. But we would wager very heavily that this is the truth . Perhaps the most interesting component to this is the fact that Britt Nilsson and Brady Toops are still dating, while Kaitlyn picks no one. The irony. It will be also fascinating to see the trolls come after her for “leading people on” etc., when in reality, isn’t Kaitlyn doing the opposite by bailing now? You can expect, in any case, Nick, Shawn and Kait to tweet a lot of stuff and tease a lot of details that could be interpreted to mean this is all wrong. Otherwise, why would people even tune in? As for Nick Viall, wow. WOW. Getting dumped on consecutive season finales of The Bachelorette is brutal, and you can expect he won’t take it well. Why was he even allowed to go back on the show after blatantly hollering at Kaitlyn beforehand? Why did he want to so badly? We may never know. The After the Final Rose special where he asks why Kaitlyn made love to him (assuming they did) will make for some high quality TV if nothing else. Seriously, how awkward is that going to be? Finally, if producers have their way, they’ll likely make Josh Murray the next Bachelor next winter … not Shawn Booth and sure as hell not Nick. What do you think of The Bachelorette spoilers above? Do you believe them? Will you keep watching this season if so? Hit the comments! View Slideshow: The Bachelor Couples: Are They Still Together?
Just when you think it can't get any worse than Kenya Moore going off on Porsha Williams, along comes Juan Pablo Galavis. And then just when you think the lowest rung of the reality TV ladder has been reached due to the outright racism of the Big Brother 15 cast, along comes Teresa Giudice actually going to jail due to financial fraud. And then just when you're willing to write these examples off as exceptions and embrace reality television again, along comes Josh Duggar confessing to sexual molestation and… well… … it doesn't get any more grotesque than that. Here is a look at 20 scandals that have absolutely rocked the world of reality television. 1. Josh Duggar Admits to Sexual Molestation That title says it all, doesn’t it? In the spring of 2015, Josh Duggar of 19 Kids and Counting fame apologized for molesting multiple young girls when he was a teenager. 2. TLC Cancels Here Comes Honey Boo Boo Give the network credit. It pulled the plug as soon as rumors spread of June Shannon dating her daughter’s former molester. EWWWWW! 3. Kenya Moore vs. Porsha Williams! This capped off the reunion special to end all reunion specials. When Kenda accused her Real Housewives of Atlanta colleague of infidelity, Porsha… went… OFF! 4. Big Brother 15 Just the entire season, really. These homophobic and racist cast members caused us to lose faith in pretty much all of humanity. 5. Everyone Hates Juan Pablo Galavis Juan Pablo Galavis was asked about a potentially gay Bachelor and responded: “I respect [gay people], but I honestly don’t think it is a good example for kids to watch that on TV.” He then went out and sounded like an even bigger moron during the actual season. 6. Duck Dynasty Debate Phil Robertson also got in trouble for making homophobic remarks to GQ. He then issued a statement that read: “My mission today is to go forth and tell people about why I follow Christ and also what the bible teaches, and part of that teaching is that women and mean are meant to be together. However, I would never treat anyone with disrespect just because they are different from me.” View Slideshow

Okay, so it’s not a real zebra, it’s a stuffed one, and before you ask us why Whitney’s kissing a stuffed zebra, remember that hardly anything that goes on in that Bachelor mansion makes any sense. “Just a little #tbt action with my friend Chad,” Whitney captioned the pic. “Crazy things happen at #thebachelor mansion.” Crazy things indeed. Also noteworthy: Whitney looks amazing.
