Chris Soules as The Bachelor: Where Will He Rank?

With Chris Soules confirmed as The Bachelor , we can officially start pondering where he ranks among the men who have doled out the roses on the ABC staple. While we won’t get to judge the whole package until next March, when his season concludes (Juan Pablo sounded good in theory), we can weigh in on this: Is he the hottest of the hot guys to headline the series?! 11 Hottest Bachelors in ABC History 1. Chris Soules Chris Soules is The Bachelor for ABC’s 2015 season of the hit reality show. Good choice? The 32-year-old from Arlington, Iowa, was one of the final three men standing on the just-wrapped season of The Bachelorette that starred Andi Dorfman. Making it that far spoke volumes about Chris Soules, a rugged yet intelligent, sensitive man’s man, a family-oriented farmer who cleans up awfully nice. Bachelor Nation was vocal about wanting him to take over the franchise, and according to The Bachelor spoilers king Reality Steve, he will do so. We imagine his supporters are ecstatic. But it begs several questions: Will Chris Soules ‘ seemingly impeccable character withstand the scrutiny of a TV role that demands a certain level of scandal and intrigue? Will he reveal there is more to him than has met the eye so far? Andi Dorfman Shares Shirtless Josh Murray Selfie, Basks in Post-Bachelorette Bliss

There’s the After the Final Rose special you see on TV, and what goes on behind the scenes after the final rose ceremony between two lovebirds. In honor of Throwback Thursday, The Bachelorette star Andi Dorfman shared a snapshot of her cuddling with fiancé Josh Murray the day after the show. “#tbt Day after we got engaged @joshmurray!!” Dorfman wrote. For Andi Dorfman and Josh Murray, #tbt isn’t throwing it back very far. The duo got engaged May 9 (and are looking at getting married May 9 next year). There’s little doubt, however, that she made the right choice in Josh, a former baseball player turned financial services rep who, like Andi, lives in Atlanta. Though the couple look completely and blissfully relaxed in the picture, Dorfman made Murray sweat before finally revealing her feelings for the frontrunner. Josh had to beat some serious competition (rumors say producers are considering Chris Soules and Nick Viall as The Bachelor ), as well has his nerves. “In the middle of my proposal, I stopped to allow her to gather her words. I assumed she was finally going to tell me she loved me, but it didn’t start out like that!” Murray joked. He gathered himself eventually, and she said yes, a thousand times yes. After a little Nick awkwardness on the season finale, the rest, as they say, is history. There’s been no looking back for them, either. The two have been on top of each other 24/7 since the show ended, but rather than driving them crazy, it’s proven to them that it’s a match made in heaven. Or at least reality TV. With the 10th season of ABC’s The Bachelorette coming down to an epic conclusion Monday night, Andi Dorfman has already made up her mind. She gave out her final rose in May, and The Bachelorette spoilers offer all you need to know about who we think got it, and what happens after that. Here we’re tackling a different, and less complex topic: Which of her final two dudes, Nick Viall and Josh Muraay, is hotter? Specifically, with no shirt? And the Winner is? View Poll » At first, superficial glance, former pro ballplayer Josh is the “hot” one of Andi Dorfman’s final two, with his sculpted physique and athletic pedigree. Nick is no slouch, though, as this throwback Instagram photo proves. The Milwaukee native is pretty chiseled in his own right, without being overstated. Maybe the underdog Nick can actually win this poll for that reason? Or does Josh’s muscle-bound glory trump all just like you’d expect it would? Only your votes can decide. Kendra Wilkinson: Will She File for Divorce?

Kendra Wilkinson may have thrown her wedding ring in the toilet . But a new report claims Kendra won’t be doing to the same to her actual marriage. Despite Hank Baskett pretty much admitting to an affair with a transgender model named Ava London (while Kendra was eight months pregnant!), insiders tell OK! Weekly that the former Playboy centerfold comes from a “broken home.” Kendra knows what divorce can do to a family and she is putting her two kids first, the tabloid claims. She has no plans to file any time soon. Kendra Wilkinson Won’t File for Divorce Fortunately, through this difficult time, Wilkinson’s friends are standing closely alongside her. “I’m extremely proud of her,” former Deal or No Deal model Jessica Hall tells Us Weekly of the busty blonde. She adds that Wilkinson is a a “fantastic mother” to son Hank IV, 4, and daughter Alijah, 8 weeks and: “I absolutely love and adore that girl. She’s been my best bud for five years.” It’s also been confirmed that Hank’s infidelity will be chronicled on Kendra’s reality show , which Hall uses as a parallel to Wilkinson’s life and attitude. “Her show couldn’t be more perfectly titled – she’s always going to be on top,” Hall gushes. “That’s why it’s called Kendra on Top. Angela Cottone: Juan Pablo Galavis Tried to Pick Me Up, Never Mentioned Nikki Ferrell!

The Bachelor star Juan Pablo Galavis was caught cozying up to a sexy brunette last weekend, and Angela Cottone says he never mentioned Nikki Ferrell once. Their encounter at The Pool After Dark at Harrah’s in Atlantic City, N.J., on July 12, was reportedly by TMZ and sparked rumors that he and Nikki were done. It’s not like Juan Pablo Galavis and Nikki Ferrell were ever engaged. He hasn’t even told her he loves her. But it only reinforced his shady reputation. According to witnesses, Juan Pablo recognized Ang, approached her, started running game, got “incredibly flirtatious” and asked for her number. “He was touching my hand and my arm ,” Angela Cottone, 36, tells In Touch . Juan Pablo, just one day earlier, was gushing about how he missed Ferrell. “I thought he was single!” Angela tells the celebrity gossip publication. If he is, that’s news to us. As far as we know, he’s still with Nikki Ferrell. If so, that’s news to Angela, who adds: “He didn’t mention Nikki once.” Juan Pablo is currently filming Season 5 of Couples Therapy on VH1, presumably with Nikki and not solo (only Farrah Abraham can pull that off). So there’s that aspect to consider. Either way, we wouldn’t be shocked: If Juan Pablo were cheating on Nikki Ferrell. If they broke up and he didn’t mention it. It is Juan Pablo, after all. Kid Writes Touching Note to Brother, Hopes Max Will One Day Make Fat Stacks

Siblings share a bond that is often volatile, but unbreakable and unparalleled. As kids, we often struggle to express feelings toward our brothers and sisters, due to the depth of emotions and complexity of familial relationships. Sometimes, a poem on a page says what spoken words cannot. Case in point? This piece, posted to Reddit by a father who said his son wrote it for his younger brother Max, who he hopes one day will make fat stacks. Max, whose hobbies include gaming and watching TV and messing with me, also likes The Office , donuts and bacon (not the healthiest lifestyle, but no matter). His mind may be crazy like the Mad Hatter’s, but Max is his brother, which is all that matters. There’s also a random aside about a Chihuahua in there, for good measure. It’s unclear what inspired this message, or whether he was trying too hard or not hard enough, but the writer was clearly sincere. No one can take that away from him. Marquel Martin: The Next Bachelor?

As Andi Dorfman continues to pursue love on  The Bachelorette season 10 and her new career as a full time Bachelorette alum , the rest of the world is looking to the future. And no, we’re not talking about who’ll win Andi’s heart,as The Bachelorette spoilers have already given that away. We’re talking about who will become the next Bachelor. From what we’ve seen so far this season? Marquel Martin is our pick. Not only would Martin help with ABC’s rampant and, frankly, obnoxious, lack of diversity, he’s an all around good guy. Plus he cried after being eliminated last night. Because y’all, Marquel just wants to find love, okay!?! He’s PERFECT for the job, for all the right reasons. In the combined 28 seasons of  The Bachelor  and  The Bachelorette , not a single person of color has been the central figure, nor have any of the winners. In 2014, it’s rather unconscionable of ABC not to put a person of color at the helm. It ignores an entire segment of the population and only makes the series more of a joke.  Ratings in recent seasons have plummeted, much like every love-seeker does over the side of a building or off a bridge on a “romantic” one on one date. While some of that is due to Juan Pablo Galavis’ unexpected transformation into a giant douchebag, part of it is also because people can’t relate.  Unlike Juan Pablo, ABC’s first attempt at being diverse without being  too diverse, an attempt which backfired horribly as JP became the worst Bachelor ever , Marquel seems like a genuinely nice guy. Contrary to the old adage, nice guys don’t always finish last. Or they shouldn’t. 9 Hottest Bachelors in ABC History 1. Juan Pablo Juan Pablo is extending a rose in this photo. We know millions of women would love to take it. While he hasn’t had nearly as much screen time as some of the other ousted contestants, viewers of Desiree Hartsock’s season will remember that JP didn’t have much either. He was basically there to speak a few lines with his accent, look hot without his shirt off, and make ladies swoon as he talked about his daughter. Other than that, he was pretty aloof and above the drama, which is why he seemed like such a good choice. Marquel Martin has risen above the drama, too. Handling his issues with fellow contestant Andrew Poole, who may or may not have made racist remarks about Andi keeping Marquel and Ron beyond the first rose ceremony, with dignity and assertiveness was a sight to behold, honestly, and one that only further solidifies him as a great choice as The Bachelor . But before he showed grace under pressure, he proved why he’d make a great pick for Andi Dorfman . During his first Bachelorette mixer, Marquel showed Andi and the world his fabulous personality with a cookie tasting, instantly winning our hearts even if he didn’t win Andi’s. From that point on, we’ve had nothing but love for the sports salesman from Las Vegas. He was continually a good sport during group dates, never sulking or being a crybaby about not getting a one-on-one. He made the most of his time with Andi, making her laugh and flashing that beautiful smile. Did we mention Marquel’s hot, too? Because he’s definitely that. Lana Del Rey Gets Weird in "Shades of Cool" Music Video

Lana Del Rey might wish she was dead , but her career has never been more alive and well.  Lana’s new album, Ultraviolence, may be the most highly-anticipated release of the year and its first single, “West Coast,” might be Lana’s most well-received song to date. But if you were worried all that success would suck the doom and gloom from Lana’s music and disposition, check out the newly released video for “Shades of Cool:” No, Lana didn’t collaborate with David Lynch for this one, but we’re guessing her director watched Blue Velvet a few dozen times before they started shooting. As usual, we’re left wondering what’s got LDR so down in the mouth. Then we remember that  Lana sang at the Kimye wedding, which seems like the sort of experience that could shatter anyone’s psyche. The “Shades of Cool” video provides yet another hint that Lana has a thing for much older dudes – a fact that might concern her fiance, Barrie-James O’Neil . Not much is known about Barrie, but based on his photos, he doesn’t seem to belong to the AARP set.

Emily Maynard, who married Tyler Johnson on June 7 in a surprise wedding ceremony in South Carolina, is officially The Bachelorette no more! The gorgeous reality star, 28, offers her fans an inside peek at the nuptials via her Instagram account today, sharing a short video from the wedding. She captioned the clip, “oh heavenly day” for good reason: Emily Maynard Wedding Video In the Emily Maynard wedding video, created by Heart Stone Films, she can be seen in a pink-hued custom Modern Trousseau strapless wedding gown. “Dearly beloved, we are gathered here this evening to marry Tyler Johnson and Emily Maynard,” the officiant says in the clip, as the camera pans to Ricki. That would be Maynard’s 8-year-old daughter, the product of her first engagement to race car driver Ricky Hendrick, who died while Emily was pregnant. After a montage of scenes from the wedding and reception, Johnson and Maynard are then shown at the altar, before a dance as husband and wife. “It was romantic and beautiful,” a family insider said. “When Tyler saw Emily, he was completely in awe.” Just six months after their engagement, the happy couple is married.
