Jessica Simpson gave her fiance a prenup bonus plan . Tom Lippolis alleges he was stabbed by JWoww . Lady Gaga – Judas Lady Gaga released her newest controversial single, ” Judas ” (above). These Vanessa Hudgens pics sparked rumors of Coachella drug use. Donald Trump continued his tough talk on Obama’s birth certificate. Lindsay Lohan actually got a movie part (and will play a criminal)! Kate Middleton is shedding for the wedding – but is she too thin ? Speaking of the Royal affair, it’s totally gonna look just like this: T-Mobile Royal Wedding Dance Demi Lovato revealed that she has cut herself since age 11. Evan Rachel Wood admitted that yes, she is bisexual. Sarah Lane continues to call out the Black Swan facade . Reese was not digging her Robert Pattinson sex scene . Dancing With the Stars bid farewell to Petra Nemcova. The Real Housewives of NYC bid farewell to sanity. Paul McDonald confirmed a burgeoning relationship with Nikki Reed. Dr. Conrad Murray on Michael Jackson Kids: "That’s My Children"

The feeling may not be reciprocal here, but that’s nice at least. While out at The Grove in Los Angeles yesterday, a photographer caught up with Dr. Conrad Murray, who is awaiting involuntary manslaughter charges in the death of Michael Jackson, and asked about the late King of Pop’s offspring. His response: “That’s my children, I love them. I love them.” Dr. Conrad Murray: Man on the Street And this concludes your Dr. Conrad Murray update this week. It’s been fun. We’ll see if jurors show him similar love when his trial kicks off in late April.

Government Shutdown 2011: What You Need to Know

Negotiations continue in an effort to forestall the great federal government shutdown of 2011, but both parties continue to dig in their heels in D.C. With all the rhetorical arguments, the finger pointing and buzzwords surfacing around this potentially cataclysmic event, it’s easy to get confused. It’s also crucial to stay informed about what really matters. Lucky for you, THG’s here. Here are 10 things you need to know about the impending shutdown, which will occur at midnight if no deal is reached: The President is the tanner of these two guys, but not by that much. Congress’ awesome 23 percent approval rating may REALLY tank! FEAR NOT, Congress will still be paid, though. Their staff? Nah. Planned Parenthood funding is involved. We’re not going there. The Bachelor host Chris Harrison is being sent in to mediate. You may actually get a reprieve from all that junk mail soon! 2011 is not 1995. No, seriously, it’s not. It’s 16 years later. The United States government can’t figure out how to cut spending, or raise taxes to pay for all that spending, or some combination thereof. Donald Trump will somehow use this to plug Celebrity Apprentice , tout his fiscal conservative credentials, and question Obama’s nationality. THG will remain open throughout any shutdown. Many services face lengthy interruption and an uncertain future, but not celebrity gossip .

Katy Perry and Kanye West are totally out of this world . A Christina Aguilera photo scandal may break any day. Rihanna just wants people to drop it already. Chris Brown on Dancing With The Stars – Yeah 3X Chris Brown performed on Dancing With the Stars amid outcry. The show also announced its first elimination of the season. American Idol axed two finalists after last week’s save. There was a lot of celebrity baby news this week. And some celebrity wedding news as well. Are Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth back on again? Brad Womack and Emily Maynard: Is It Over?

Are The Bachelor’s Brad Womack and Emily Maynard over already? If OK! Magazine says so, it must be true, right? Mmmyeah not so much. This fine publication has had Jen Aniston pregnant or adopting about 18 times. You have to take with a boulder of salt their report that Emily’s engagement ring , conspicuously still on last week, is now NO LONGER on. Scandal! The magazine goes on to say that the “romantic version of Brad and Emily” is all for the cameras, and they’re “pretending for the sake of The Bachelor brand.” What nonsense. That brand has less credibility than this magazine. Sure, it’s a fun show and we love it too, but let’s be real. One marriage. 15 seasons. In real life, a staffer from the show, who may or may not actually exist, has revealed exclusively to OK! that Emily has broken up with Brad – for GOOD! “There have been so many breakups and make ups – mostly over the phone or Skype,” a source said. “Finally, Emily told him she can’t do this anymore.” Well, consider us convinced … or not at all. Don’t get us wrong, it wouldn’t shock us if they broke up, we’re just not buying this account for one second. Brad and Emily: Will it last?

Brad Womack to the Rescue in Local Panic Attack

Brad Womack is used to giving people panic attacks. It was only fitting that he helped somebody through one with a 911 call this morning in Texas. After witnessing a man having severe anxiety ( seriously ) in a park near his home, Brad dialed emergency responders, who arrived to treat the guy. After Brad made the call, EMTs arrived on scene to treat the man. Womack and his twin brother Chad tended to the man until paramedics arrived. A smile like that could diffuse any situation … The panicked fella man transported to a nearby hospital in Austin, where he is being treated for a non-life threatening medical condition. Phew! A rep from Austin-Travis County EMS originally reported that the ambulance was sent FOR Brad Womack , but it turns out that was not the case. Would have made this story a lot funnier, but not the case. Brad selected Emily Maynard as his bride-to-be last Monday on The Bachelor season finale. They are still together for now … but will they last?

Earlier it was reported that Brad Womack himself had been hospitalized in Austin, Texas, for a non-life threatening medical issue. “The incident has nothing to do directly with Brad,” says the rep. “He just made the call.” The drama continues for Bachelor star Brad Womack. The reality star jumped into action to help a fellow citizen in need on Monday, us has learned. “Brad called 911 for a guy that was having a panic attack in the park near Brad,” says an ABC spokesperson. Emily Maynard: The Engagement Ring is Still On!

Rumors of their breakup began swirling about 10 minutes after The Bachelor finale last Monday, but at least for now, all seems well for the happy couple. Brad Womack’s chosen bride-to-be Emily Maynard was seen at the Charlotte airport on Thursday, still wearing her huge engagement ring in this photo . Emily Maynard also Tweeted that she had just returned from a trip to visit Brad in Austin, and by all accounts it went well, even if they’re taking it slow. The couple seemed destined for each other all season, making some of the After the Final Rose revelations all the more surprising to the show’s viewers. They already briefly broke up once since the finale was taped, he wanted to marry her this month but she declined, and she won’t move to Austin – yet. Nevertheless, she seems committed to Brad Womack and maybe, just maybe, they’ll be able to work this thing out and get married when it feels right. What do you think? Will Brad and Emily last? Lindsay Lohan: Hittin’ the Bottle Again?!

Lindsay Lohan has been hitting the bottle. Hard. But it’s not what you think. The train wreck is not downing martinis or anything, just drinking fermented tea that contains trace amounts of alcohol. Still! While far from a big deal, Lindsay Lohan’s probation report says she’s been consuming this and lists it as one of many reasons she should be sent to jail. Lindsay admitted to her probation officer that she was drinking Kombucha tea, which has an alcohol content of 0.5 percent or less. Not quite vodka-strength. You’d have to drink 6-7 of those to get the same buzz as one Bud Light would give you, but just the same, officials don’t like her brazen disrespect for rules. The L.A. County Probation Department added it to the list of reasons why the judge should revoke her probation (from a 2007 DUI) and send her to jail. Lindsay even brought Kombucha to an alcohol ed class, which further drew the ire of the powers that be. Earth to Lindsay … suck it up and plea bargain . [Photo: Pacific Coast News]
