A slightly nutty two-time contestant and one-time winner of The Bachelor was charged with DUI this morning in Tampa, Fla. Good ol’ Mary Delgado. Mary, whose real name is Maribel Delgado, won the sixth season of the reality show and once beat up Byron Velvick , whose final rose she accepted. Delgado, a former cheerleader with the NFL’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers, faces a charge of misdemeanor DUI after refusing a blood alcohol test. She was later released on $500 bail. Mary Delgado’s mug shot: 2010 edition! This isn’t Delgado’s first run-in with the law. She was arrested in 2007 in Seminole, Fla., on battery charges for allegedly punching Velvick in the face. More than a year later, in November 2008, Mary was hauled off to jail for public intoxication, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct in Del Rio, Texas. The couple weathered ups, downs and beatings for years, but never married and went their separate ways in December 2009. Pretty sad story. On the plus side, Vienna Girardi is no longer the biggest train wreck to have ever won The Bachelor . Take comfort in that, V – you’re no Delgado!

Remember Michelle, the borderline unstable girl who vied for Jake Pavelka’s heart on The Bachelor? No? Well, her stint on Bachelor Pad was even shorter. Early in last night’s season premiere, Michelle clashed with Tenley Molzahn , the runner-up that same season, along with other female residents of the Pad . According to Crazy Michelle, Tenley started a rumor that she slept with Craig “Dangerous” McKinnon the first night in their palatial digs. Bunk bed style. Drama ensued when Michelle locked Tenley in a bathroom and confronted her about this. Tenley understandably felt threatened and broke down crying. On Bachelor Pad , the male castoffs from The Bachelorette vote to evict a girl, and the female rejects from The Bachelor vote to evict a guy each week. Predictably, the men were more or less unified in their decision to vote off the girl most likely to fashion a crude shank and stab someone in the house. “I am still shaken, but I feel relieved now that Michelle is gone,” said Tenley Molzahn in the wake of her two-time rival’s departure. Michelle blamed her exclusively. “I don’t deserve to be treated this way at all,” insane Michelle lamented. “It’s upsetting because Tenley started a rumor that I did something with Craig and that made me upset. Because of that rumor, it ruined my chances [on the show].” The guy sent home was Juan Barbieri, whose fate was sealed before the show even started because of his hookup with another contestant, Nikki, in the past. It didn’t end well between them. “It will be less stressful now that Juan is gone,” Nikki said, having apparently rallied enough of her fellow female contestants’ votes to vote Juan the hell out. Juan, who was in a similar boat as Jesse Kovacs, who’s hooked up with Elizabeth Kitt, said he was “shocked and disappointed” that he was ousted so fast. Ten girls and seven guys remain in the hunt for a $250,000 prize and another 14 minutes of D-list celebrity status. Join us next week on Bachelor Pad!

Fresh off his contentious breakup with Vienna Girardi, The Bachelor star Jake Pavelka appeared on The View and said he is single again and looking for love. With a girl. The reality star debunked rumors that he is gay , sparked in large part by Vienna’s charges that they weren’t intimate for months during their relationship. “There was a lack of intimacy because our problems were so heavy,” Jake Pavelka said. “I can’t separate love and intimacy, apparently that makes me gay.” Asked point blank, he said, “no, no, I’m not” adding, “one of my best friends is gay. I can’t see how someone can look at [Vienna] and find her not attractive.” We’d take issue there, but thanks for clearing that up, Jake. Jake Pavelka: Not gay. Just a stiff. With the possible exception of Jason Mesnick, there’s never been a more popular runner-up. We guarantee a starring role on The Bachelor is his if he so chooses. We can’t see the show selecting Jake Pavelka as its star had there been interest from Kiptyn Locke … or Reid Rosenthal. But this season, it’s Chris and only Chris. Chris and Ali hit it off in Lisbon, Portugal . Ali Fedotowsky and Roberto Martinez seem to have found genuine love and happiness on the ABC franchise. Should Chris take a shot at doing the same? The Mel Gibson tapes are just insane. They’d be absolutely wild, disturbing stuff from any person, let alone one of the biggest movie stars in history. That said, two big questions remain unanswered: 1. Did he actually abuse Oksana Grigorieva , as she alleges? 2. What the HELL made him so crazy?! Investigators probing Mel for domestic violence are examining a secret email he sent Oksana that may offer an explanation for his erratic behavior. The email, sent the day after the alleged, violent January 6 confrontation with his then-girlfriend, reads: “The tranqullizers (sic) only make me nuts.” Is this an apparent reference to pharmaceutical drug use ? “Tranquilizers” could refer to any number of things, from depressants used to treat anxiety and insomnia to drugs aiding substance withdrawal. The actor was trying to quit smoking then, and on February 18, when ALL the now-infamous Mel Gibson phone calls were recorded by Oksana. If authentic, the email obtained today by Radar Online could shed new light on the psychological state of the troubled star and his pure rage . The message was supposedly retrieved from Oksana’s phone and computer, confiscated as part of the criminal probe underway involving Gibson. Mel supposedly sent the email January 7 at 9:39 a.m. The night before, Oksana has claimed, Mel punched her while she was holding baby Lucia. Mel’s lawyers have never addressed the tapes or his comments, but say that he ever struck Oksana Grigorieva and have accused her of extortion. Eleven minutes after he sent that, Mel apologetically wrote again, pleading with her to call so he could tell her “how unspeakably sorry” he was.
