Some surprise wedding proposals go just as planned. Kanye West popped the question to a stunned Kim Kardashian and captured the entire thing on video. Justin Timberlake actually helped initiate this awesome, concert-based proposal. And the guy who broke into his girlfriend’s Pinterest to craft the dream proposal? Genius and romantic! But asking the love of your life to marry you inside a photo booth at the Oklahoma Aquarium can have its drawbacks. As documented here by a woman on Reddit, the good news is that she said yes. The bad/hilarious news is the background chosen for the image that will forever be remembered as the moment this couple got engaged. HA!

So there is a UK Twerk championship in that takes place at some really shitty looking club…where strippers and booty come together in shorts and gyrate in various positions that Miley Cyrus only wished she could do…if she wasn’t already caked the fuck up and rich with no real need to twerk other than it being a good marketing spin… I think seeing the Drake looking dude in the background losing his shit to a jiggling ass like it is the coming of christ is the highlight of the video to me…like dude never saw a fat ass jiggle before…not because I like Drake looking dudes better than crazy ass dancing… It’s just there isn’t really anything all that hot about this, it’s like the big black hooker I saw in the bar last night, sure she was alright to look at because nothing else was going on, but I wasn’t into paying her 100 dollars for a blow job…. Maybe I am pretty over the whole twerking thing…unless it’s college girls reaching and trying hard to be hot, relevant, and hip hop pop culture…but I can’t imagine that ever happening…I think twerkin is a “for life”…dance..I will always embrace…yo.

Local Sports Anchor Does Full Segment as Ron Burgundy

Forget eating an entire wheel of cheese. THIS is impressive. Paul Gerke of KIVI in Boise, Idaho celebrated Halloween yesterday by doing his entire sports segment as Ron Burgundy. Rarely breaking character, the reporter mixed in local highlights with beloved Anchorman quotes (one quarterback was admired for his collection of “leather-bound books” and an apartment that “smells of rich mahogany”) while donning a fake mustache maroon jacket. You can hear Gerke’s colleagues cracking up in the background… and you really can’t blame them. It’s a very classy performance all around.
