Florida Woman Filmed Herself Being Raped By Parole Officer A parole officer in South Florida was fired and later arrested last week after a woman who was serving probation accused him of raping her, and provided video evidence of one of the alleged rapes. Yes, she filmed her own rape… Via News Mic reports: WSVN reports that the accused parole officer, 50-year-old former Florida Department of Corrections employee Zachary Thomas Bailey, assaulted the woman twice after using his authority to force his way into her home. In the first encounter, she accused Bailey of blocking her in her bedroom and touching her genitals. In the second, the woman says he raped her. “The victim said she recorded the [second] incident on her phone not only so police would believe her, but so Bailey would not be able to write a false parole violation against her for reporting the rape,” WSVN reported. “This is someone who is hired to protect you, hired to say, ‘Hey, protect the society,’ and you don’t expect your probation officer to be acting in this manner,” Coral Springs Police Lt. Joe McCue told WSVN. “The victim said, ‘This is rape. This is rape. I don’t want you to do this.’ Unfortunately, she was in fear that if she reported this, he would violate her probation and put her back in jail.” According to records examined by the Sun Sentinel, Bailey has no prior arrests and had at least four prior recognitions in 1997, 1999 and 2002, including two for “‘outstanding efforts’ regarding contact standards.” Lock this sicko up for life and film someone taking his cookies in prison!

This is so sad … A weekend armed robbery claimed the life of a 15-year-old Chicago teen who was walking to his high school to play basketball with his twin brother. Via NY Daily News reports : Demario and Demarcio Bailey were walking to an Englewood High School basketball game when four robbers ambushed the 15-year-old twins on a street corner Saturday afternoon. “Get off my brother,” Demario cried out as the young men shook up their pockets and demanded their jackets, according to the Chicago Tribune. As the Bailey boys struggled with the attackers, one suspect pulled out a gun and fired. Three days shy of their 16th birthday, one gunshot wound to the chest killed Demario. The shot sent the accomplices and Demarcio running. He looked back only to see his brother’s body lying face down under a viaduct. “He didn’t see anybody other than Demario on the ground,” his grandmother, Bernice Fitzpatrick, 62, told the Tribune, describing them both as honorable boys. “They were raised to stick together.” Chicago cops have taken several suspects into custody including a 17-year-old now charged with murder, robbery and attempted robbery with a firearm. The shooting happened just after their family gave the teen boys permission to be out on their own together more often. The boy’s death sparked a dramatic statement from Johnson College Prep, where Demaro attended school, which called for martial law to handle the tragic shooting. “I know I speak for every educator who continuously deals with this type of tragedy in saying we are sick and tired of being sick and tired. The apologies are not enough, and after all the fanfare is over, someone still has to put their baby in the ground,” Principal Garland Thomas-McDavid wrote. “I believe I speak for every mother who lives on the South Side of this city in saying we don’t mind if it takes (martial) law to get this in order. Demario did not deserve to die three days from his 16th birthday.” The Bailey’s mother collapsed at the scene after Demario’s body was taken away. According to family members, she had sheltered the boys for most of their lives, driving them to most places but as their 16th birthday approached she lifted began to allow them more freedom. The ladies trade barbs on part two of the sixth season’s reunion show tonight, as evidenced by the clip below, and it gets pretty heated between them: The Real Housewives of Atlanta Reunion Clip – Cynthia vs. NeNe Cynthia Bailey says of her co-star, with whom she has memorably feuded before: “I don’t even know at this point, if she’s aware of how she can just be so shady. On her blog, she’s going in on me, but if you say anything about [her], she feels attacked.” Host Andy Cohen asked, “So you’re saying, she can dish it but she can’t take it?” “Listen, I write a blog, and I say how I feel,” NeNe Leakes said, unapologetically. “It’s shady,” Bailey insisted, referencing one of the season’s most awkward moments when Leakes called Bailey’s husband Peter Thomas “a damn b!tch.” “If I’d have said ‘Gregg [Leakes], you’re acting like a b*itch!’ … I do not think we’d even be having a conversation right now,” Bailey said of NeNe’s hypocrisy. Leakes warned that Bailey’s hubby should stay out of drama, not stir it up. “My husband doesn’t need to get between me and you. If your husband has got a problem with me, he should tell you, and then you can tell me,” she said. “I don’t know what you want from me,” NeNe said in vintage NeNe fashion. “I want the same respect that expect from your friends,” Cynthia replied. Porsha has a point. Kenya almost got NeNe’s wig pushed back by batisht crazy Marlo. Porsha Slams Kenya For Creating Drama Why is it NeNe can get all up in Kenya’s face, but won’t pop off on Marlo? According to Porsha’s Blog: First let me make it clear that Team Nekked did win overall at the Bailey Bowl! There was a lot of drama, but yes, even with that over-the-top dog and pony show Kandi and her team came out with, they did not win. LOL! I celebrated our victory at the Bailey Bowl showdown with an over-the-top twerking dance. Speaking of showdown, WTH?! I was so in shock. Here we are once again at what was supposed to be a fun and friendly competition, and all hell breaks loose. However, it wasn’t just a competitive battle on the field apparently; there was an emotional battle of friendships crumbling as well. I realized this when I saw Kenya, the ring leader for anything that will create drama, walking Marlo over to NeNe. The first thought that crossed my mind was why is Kenya taking Marlo to NeNe?! We all knew that NeNe was not in a good place with Marlo, and it was obvious that NeNe was avoiding Marlo all day. Why exactly she was doing that I didn’t know nor did I care. I’m very competitive, therefore I was not focused on drama. I know for a fact that there were no good intentions behind Kenya forcing those two to talk. Another time and place minus kids and family, yes, here, NO! Any who, I’m standing there and Kenya brings Marlo over to NeNe. At this point NeNe is about two feet from her younger son. So then I see Marlo going in on NeNe, chasing after her and screaming, cussing, and fussing. Well to make a long story short it looked like NeNe, who you would think would lay somebody out who acted like that with her, was running for cover. But she was going to get her son and leave the scene. My guess is she didn’t want to argue in front of him (or worse the way this group is). Was Kenya wrong for trying to get NeNe and Marlo to makeup?
