Ireland Baldwin Celebrates 30 Days Sober!!!

It is with excitement we report that Ireland Baldwin, who sought treatment earlier this year, “just celebrated 30 days clean and sober!” The 19 year-old model recently left Soba treatment center in Malibu. And since Ireland left rehab on May 2, she has continued outpatient care. Rehab is no easy feat, and Ireland is kicking a** with 30 days sober under her belt. “Ireland has been following through with her outpatient program and she is super excited about getting 30 days clean,” according to a Radar Online insider. “She is currently doing the night and weekends outpatient program, which is designed for those people with busy schedules during the day,” claims the source. She has also taken advantage of emerging forms of therapy. “Ireland has also been attending groups on certain days and utilizing the program’s extra activities, such as the yoga sessions and equine therapy.” Her superstar mother Kim Basinger has been a great support system. Although Ireland defended her father , Kim seems to be the one offering the most support. The source said, “Her mother Kim has been coming with her to several of her outpatient appointments and she is very proactive with her daughter’s recovery.” Baldwin checked into rehab to overcome emotional trauma. “She is in much better shape physically and mentally than she was when she checked in a month ago,” the source said. “Everyone is really proud of her. No one thought that she was going to take this seriously when she first came in kicking and screaming and she has proven everyone wrong.” “She has been attending all mandatory meetings and is very committed to her recovery at this time,” the insider added. Back in December, we reported that Amber Portwood was dating a 43-year-old ex-con by the name of Matt Baier. Massive age difference aside, the relationship was an odd one from the start, as it was quickly revealed that Baier was obsessed with Jenelle Evans and several other Teen Mom cast members. So it’s probably a good thing that insiders are reporting Portwood has finally dumped Baier. “They broke up earlier this week,” a source tells Radar Online. “They had a very tumultuous relationship.” Another insider says Amber never fully trusted Baier and suspected him of cheating throughout their relationship. Whatever the cause, the breakup appears to have been sudden. Just last week, Amber gushed about Baier on Twitter, writing: “I’m blessed to have you by my side through these hard times…Love you.” The “hard times” Amber is referring to likely include the death of Portwood’s father who passed away in December from liver damage caused by decades of heavy drinking. Friends say Baier was extremely supportive of Amber through that crisis, but they also claim he had more bad qualities than good. Baier was reportedly chronically unemployed and had been arrested several times n the past for charges ranging from DUI to assault. Sounds like Amber dodged a bullet on this one.
