TMZ caught footage of a photo shoot that featured a dashiki-rockin’ Colin Kaepernick surrounded by what appears to be a group of Black and Latinx kids in the famed NYC borough. You can clearly see that there is a frantic white woman who is trying desperately to block the camera’s view of this public photo shoot. It is reported that people on set were seen with GQ promotional materials. Is the style mag plotting a Kaepernick issue? Guess we’ll have to wait and see. While kickin’ it in Harlem, Kaep put his money where his mouth is (like he’s BEEN doing) and did some more good in the hood. We hope “they” are mad and stay mad.
Gilbert Arenas & Laura Govan’s Child Support Fight Laid Bare A judge who agreed to lower Gilbert Arenas’ monthly child support to baby mama Laura Govan found that neither one had fully disclosed exactly how much money they made. LA Family Court Judge Mark A. Juhas, who presided over Arenas’ motion to lower his child support to Govan, found that Govan’s income and expense statements to the court were “not reliable,” and in actuality, she’d made $40,000 from the reality show “The Next Fifteen,” $500 a month from the website “Shop In Real Life,” $9,000 for promoting “Flat Tummy Tea,” and $500 for “showing her face” on social media, according to court docs obtained by BOSSIP. The judge agreed with Arenas to lower his monthly child support from a reported $20,000 a month to $7,198 after he said his $719,000 a month income went down to zero when he lost his NBA contract. The judge also decided not to compute Arenas’ income from real estate sales and rentals. However, the judge also ruled not to make the new child support amount retroactive to when Arenas filed for the modification in Oct. 2016, deciding that Arenas’ financial docs for the court “were not full and complete, nor fully accurate.” “It is the respondent’s burden to demonstrate a change in circumstances and completely show what his actual income is,” the judge’s ruling read.“Respondent cannot fail to disclose his income and receive full retroactivity.” Govan and Arenas’ child support battle was laid bare in court docs that were submitted as part of Arenas’ defamation suit against the mother of his four kids. Govan appeared in court Sept. 13 for a hearing on exactly how much money she has in order to pay a $110,000 judgment to Arenas after he won a case that accused her of leaking false info to a blog alleging that Arenas infected her with STDs. Govan also has to pay to send the kids to private school, a cost that Arenas had previously paid, according to court docs. The judge said it was “inappropriate” for Arenas to keep paying the kids tuition on his own, and Govan had a responsibility to support their kids outside of child support, like getting a job. We reached out to attorneys for both Arenas and Govan for comment.

Barraza/WENN.com Jesse Stay Woke Williams Calls Out The NFL For Making The National Anthem A Paid Promotion For Military Recruitment Donald Drumpf started a whole heap of mess this weekend after encouraging NFL owners to suspend or fire players who take the knee only to have players, activists, actors, artists and regular citizens respond strongly in opposition. Of course one of the most outspoken was Jesse Williams who appeared on MSNBC with Thomas Roberts to discuss the protests: ‘[Saying] we need to stand and pledge for the allegiance and this anthem thing is a scam,’ Williams told host Thomas Roberts. ‘This is not a part of football. ‘[The pregame national anthem] was invented in 2009 from the government [by] paying the NFL to market military recruitment – to get more people to fight wars to die. ‘This is not – nothing to do with the NFL or the American pastime or tradition. This is to get boys and girls to go fly overseas and go kill people… ‘They’re marketing and pumping millions of dollars into the NFL to get us to put on a pageant in front of the NFL football games to get you to go off and fight.’ The tactic Williams was referencing is known as “paid patriotism” — it specifically involved the National Guard and Defense Department spending taxpayer money on NFL promotions. Before 2009, NFL players normally remained in the locker room until after the anthem. In 2009, an NFL spokesman said of the new practice: ‘As you know, the NFL has a long tradition of patriotism. Players are encouraged but not required to stand for the anthem.’ Another point Williams made is that the NFL owners have played an important role in the whole Trump mess in the first place. ‘There’s an incredible level of cowardice and selfishness in the ownership class in this particular league on this particular topic,’ he said. ‘I think we have this perception that athletics is entirely a meritocracy. ‘The NFL proves, and the positions they consider more cerebral that it’s just simply not. ‘Seven or eight of these owners gave Donald Trump a million dollars each and are friends with a very horrible guy who thinks he’s a dictator and treats America like it’s a game show.’ Watch the clip below: Jesse stay woke don’t he?! It is also my husband’s birthday on Monday and these stories should not interfere with how my family intends to spend our day celebrating him.” A source adds to Us that the pair have “been spending time together as a family again.” Seems like there is a lot of this going around. Terricka gave birth to their sixth child (his 14th) on August 30, the couple confirmed to US Weekly today . Baby girl Jhett Paxton weighed in at 8lbs 2 ounces. “This was one of the best pregnancies I’ve had out of all five I’ve had,” Terricka tells Us. “Half the time I didn’t even feel that I was pregnant. I had the most amazing delivery. I felt amazing having my sixth child!” Jacqueline Belle Fleur Photography Jhett joins older siblings Jordynn, Jurzie, Jagger and 16-month-old twins J’adore and Jynx. “They are all loving it,” Terricka gushes. “All the kids are helping, even our 16-month-old twins [J’Adore and Jynx].” Terricka told US the couple do not plan on having any more children. “We are 100 percent done! Absolutely, positively done with having kids,” Terricka tells Us, quipping that they are now celibate. “We’ve been blessed with these guys, but adding to it, I think, would kill us both!” In addition to the new addition, the family also announced their new reality show The Cromarties, airing on USA at 10:30/9:30 beginning November 9th. While the show will deal with their blended family, Terricka says there will not be any drama. “We finally found the project that will showcase our reality in a real light, showcase our children and show how our family really functions,” Terricka tells Us.
