Cross-Dressing Duo Shot By NSA Talk about going out in a bizarre blaze of glory. Two men were shot, one fatally , while speeding down the Baltimore-Washington Parkway in a stolen vehicle after a date-night in a local motel room, where both men dressed in wigs and female clothing and injested drugs. An accidental turn onto a government-restricted led to them being gunned down by NSA security officers. Via NYDN : The cross-dressing man shot dead at the gates of the NSA likely took a wrong turn after a motel tryst turned into a drug-fueled joyride in a stolen SUV that ended Monday morning on the doorstep of the heavily guarded military and governmental installation, according to authorities. The two men, both dressed as women, inside the lifted Ford Escape were shot by National Security Agency police around 9 a.m. after zooming into an exit off the Baltimore-Washington Parkway at Fort Meade, Md., reserved for cleared government employees. The driver, identified by the FBI as 27-year-old Ricky Shawatza Hall, was killed, while 20-year-old Kevin Fleming, of Baltimore, was wounded, according to an official who identified the man to the New York Times. An NSA police officer was injured and treated and released from the hospital Monday, the FBI said. Cops later found cocaine and a gun inside the stolen car. “The men were dressed as females but not in an attempt to disguise themselves from authorities,” FBI Baltimore spokeswoman Amy Thoreson said as she confirmed the incident is not thought to be terrorism. “The vehicle failed to stop and barriers were deployed,” NSA spokesman Jonathan Freed said in a statement. Then, the driver “accelerated toward an NSA police vehicle blocking the road. NSA police fired at the vehicle when it refused to stop. There’s more trouble for the Baltimore Ravens today, as Darren Sanders – the team’s head of security – has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman during the team’s December 14 game against the Cleveland Browns. TMZ has obtained a police report that details the woman’s accusations against Sanders. Ravens Head of Security Charged With Sexual Assault The unidentified alleged victim says she was working at the stadium on the day in question, and she was asked to escort Sanders to a different part of the stadium. According to the report, Sanders proceeded to “hit and/or grope her buttocks more than once.” The female employee says Sanders then “pressed his body against hers and kissed her neck and attempted to force her to grab his penis.” The woman was able to escape from the confrontation, and she immediately told several co-workers about the incident. Investigators say at least one person witnessed part of the interaction. Sanders has been charged with a fourth degree sex crime and is scheduled for a hearing on February 9. 2014 has already been marred by scandal for the Ravens organization. Footage of star running back Ray Rice assaulting his wife in an elevator emerged at the start of the football season. The Ravens terminated Rice’s contract almost immediately, but the damage to the team’s reputation had already been done. Earlier this month, the team’s front office was widely criticized following an interview in which Janay Rice revealed that the Ravens “suggested” she apologize for her role in her husband’s assault. Sanders was involved in the team’s investigation into the incident, and he claims he attempted to obtain the damning footage that later leaked online, but was unable to do so. Two NYPD Cops Murdered Execution Style In Brooklyn A Maryland man with ties to Atlanta and New York went on a shooting rampage on December 20 — first shooting his girlfriend in Baltimore, then traveling to Brooklyn to kill two police officers, citing recent incidents of police violence as reason for his actions. Via NYpost : Two uniformed NYPD officers were shot dead Saturday afternoon as they sat in their marked police car on a Brooklyn street corner — in what investigators believe was a crazed gunman’s assassination-style mission to avenge Eric Garner and Michael Brown. “No warning, no provocation — they were quite simply assassinated, targeted for their uniform,” Police Commissioner William Bratton said. Officers Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos were working overtime as part of an anti-terrorism drill in Bedford-Stuyvesant just before 3 p.m. when they were shot point-blank in the head by lone gunman Ismaaiyl Brinsley, 28, who had addresses in Georgia, Maryland and Brooklyn. Moments after killing the two officers, Brinsley, too, was dead, having turned his gun on himself on a nearby subway platform as cops closed in. Liu, 32, a newlywed of only two months, had seven years on the force; Ramos, 40, dad to two sons, had two years on the job. Brinsley was already a fugitive, suspected of putting a bullet in his ex-girlfriend’s abdomen at her residence in Baltimore at 5:45 a.m. Saturday, Bratton said. By early Saturday afternoon — just three hours before shooting Liu and Ramos — vile anti-police threats were posted to Brinsley’s Instagram page. New security camera footage from the night that Ray Rice assaulted Janay Palmer was released today. The tape shows Rice and Palmer being handcuffed by police and kissing while in custody. Ray Rice-Janay Palmer Arrest Video The video – portions of which were released moments ago by ABC News – contains 45-minutes of previously unseen footage from February 15, when both Rice and Palmer were arrested for assault at an Atlantic City casino. Palmer’s charges were eventually dismissed, while Rice’s charge was upgraded to aggravated assault. The video begins with what appears to be Palmer shouting at Rice in the hotel lobby, angrily shoving him away when he tries to approach her. Hotel security intervenes, and eventually police arrive on the scene. Both Rice and Palmer are handcuffed and escorted to an elevator, where they appear to kiss briefly while in police custody. Following the incident, Rice received a modest two-game suspension from the NFL. Just days after the start of the 2014 season, however, TMZ released new footage that showed Rice knocking Palmer out inside an elevator. The video shocked the public, and resulted in an indefinite suspension from the league, as well as a terminated contract with the Baltimore Ravens. Rice avoided criminal charges by entering a pretrial intervention program. The NFL made him eligible to play again on December 1, but thus far no team has shown an interest in Rice. Though the surviellance footage captures no sound, you can see the conflicting emotions the couple go through as they are questioned by police and handcuffed — first arguing in the lobby, then passionately kissing in the same elevator in which their case of extreme domestic violence occurred — while handcuffed and surrounded by police. Via NYPost : Bizarre new video shows Ray Rice and his fiancée – both with their hands cuffed behind their back – lovingly kissing not long after he knocked her cold inside an Atlantic City elevator. The surveillance video, obtained by ABC News, shows his now-wife Janay Palmer, at first shunning his efforts to speak to her as they both stood in an elevator in police custody after a boozy Valentine’s Day bash turned violent at the Revel Casino last Feb. 15. A weeping Janay nudged the brute away as he tried to approach her, the video shows, and hotel security at one point got between the warring lovebirds. But then Palmer – who admitted she was pie-eyed during the violent encounter – inexplicably started nuzzling and making out with the disgraced ex-NFL star, who earned Pro Bowl honors while playing for the Baltimore Ravens. Both were arrested though charges against Janay were dropped. Rice was barred from the league, a decision that was later overturned by an arbitrator. Molly Shattuck, the former NFL cheerleader accused of having sex with a 15-year-old boy, was introduced to the victim by her own son, a new report says. Molly Shattuck Arrested For Sexual Relations With Minor Court records indicate that Shattuck’s son, or at least someone using his Instagram account, played matchmaker between the Molly, 47, and the 15-year-old. According to a search warrant application, Molly Shattuck noticed photos of the teenager on Instagram, and posted a compliment underneath one of the photos. Later, according to court records, the victim received a message from Shattuck’s son’s Instagram, including Shattuck’s cell phone number, and said: “You should text my mom, she is obsessed with you.” Police say Shattuck’s first interactions with the 15-year-old were G-rated when Shattuck rented a Delaware beach house with her kids and their friends. However, that allegedly changed quickly. Officials believe that Shattuck provided beer to three of the minors, and that several alleged sex acts between Shattuck and the 15-year-old followed. Last week, a grand jury indicted Shattuck on two counts of third-degree rape, four counts of unlawful sexual contact and three counts of providing alcohol to minors. If convicted on all counts, she faces up to 25 YEARS in prison. She split from her husband, former Constellation Energy CEO Mayo Shattuck III, last year. “Mr Shattuck is shocked and saddened about the allegations against his ex-wife, from whom he is divorced,” he said in a statement to The Baltimore Sun. “He is focused on the care and welfare of his children, who are with him, and is deeply concerned about others affected.
