Kimmy Cakes is in a ‘kini again! But this time it’s for her first post-pregnancy announcement photoshoot. Via US Weekly reports : Kim Kardashian is showing off her natural beauty — inside and out — in the spring issue of DuJour magazine. The reality star shows off her pregnancy glow by going practically makeup-free in her first photo shoot since announcing on Dec. 30 that she’s expecting with boyfriend Kanye West. Speaking to the magazine in January, Kardashian, 32, poses in a white bikini, goes for a swim and cuddles some adorable puppies for the stunning pictorial. She said, “I just feel so blessed and excited and ready for the next phase.” But she’ll approach this new chapter in her life with caution. “My boyfriend has taught me a lot about privacy,” she said of rapper West, 35, who she began dating in April 2012. “I’m ready to be a little less open about some things, like my relationships. I’m realizing everyone doesn’t need to know everything. I’m shifting my priorities.” The reality starlet says she plans to have the ninth season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians be her last. (Season 8 began filming in February and will premiere in June). “I think there’s always an evolution of, you know, what you want to do in life,” Kardashian explained. “It’s all about finding things that really excite you and motivate you and spark you all over again.” Instead, Kardashian is putting her good work ethic towards taking care of her baby-to-be by watching what she eats. “I used to always say I can’t wait to get pregnant because I will just eat whatever I want, but it’s completely different,” she said. “I’m like, OK, I want to eat as healthy as possible. Though lately I’ve been watching shows like I’m Pregnant and Addicted to Meth. It definitely makes me feel better if I’m wanting one sip of Diet Coke or, you know, too much sugar. Cameron is sticking to her guns Model Cameron Russell Says She Won The Genetic Lottery With Her Beauty Via CNN Last month the TEDx talk I gave was posted online. Now it has been viewed over a million times. The talk itself is nothing groundbreaking. It’s a couple of stories and observations about working as a model for the last decade. I gave the talk because I wanted to tell an honest personal narrative of what privilege means. I wanted to answer questions like how did I become a model. I always just say, ” I was scouted,” but that means nothing. The real way that I became a model is that I won a genetic lottery, and I am the recipient of a legacy. What do I mean by legacy? Well, for the past few centuries we have defined beauty not just as health and youth and symmetry that we’re biologically programmed to admire, but also as tall, slender figures, and femininity and white skin. And this is a legacy that was built for me, and it’s a legacy that I’ve been cashing in on. Some fashionistas may think, “Wait. Naomi. Tyra. Joan Smalls. Liu Wen.” But the truth is that in 2007 when an inspired NYU Ph.D. student counted all the models on the runway, of the 677 models hired, only 27, or less than four percent, were non-white. Damn, 4 fawking percent… I am not a uniquely accomplished 25-year-old. I’ve modeled for 10 years and I took six years to finish my undergraduate degree part-time, graduating this past June with honors from Columbia University. If I ever had needed to put together a CV it would be quite short. Like many young people I’d highlight my desire to work hard. But hard work is not why I have been successful as a model. I’m not saying I’m lazy. But the most important part of my job is to show up with a 23-inch waist, looking young, feminine and white. This shouldn’t really shock anyone. Models are chosen solely based on looks. But what was shocking to me is that when I spoke, the way I look catapulted what I had to say on to the front page. Even if I did give a good talk, is what I have to say more important and interesting than what Colin Powell said? (He spoke at the same event and his talk has about a quarter of the view count.) At the New York premiere of the documentary on Tuesday, the new mother said she wanted to share her altered perspective on life. “Knowing that at this point in my life, this age is so wonderful because I see everything differently and I hope that I can share that with other people,” she said. The HBO film shows footage of a sonogram, Beyonce’s growing bump and grainy video of herself posing nude as she neared her due date. The arrival last year of Blue Ivy Carter gained worldwide media attention and prompted Beyonce to share more with her fans, launching a Tumblr page with snapshots of her family life. Her miscarriage had been kept secret from the public until Jay-Z referred to it in his song “Glory,” that he released following the birth of Blue Ivy. In the documentary, Beyonce touched on the topic briefly, saying, “It was the saddest thing I’ve ever been through.” “My life is a journey. … I had to go through my miscarriage, I believe I had to go through owning my company and managing myself … ultimately your independence comes from knowing who you are and you being happy with yourself,” she said. “Life is But a Dream” also gives a peek into the Grammy-winner’s four-year marriage to Jay-Z, showing the couple singing Coldplay’s “Yellow” to each other. “This baby has made me love him more than I ever thought I could love another human being,” she says. Beyonce Gets New Nose Job It’s four days after Beyonce’s “gone with the wind fabulous” halftime performance at the Super Bowl and we’re still thinking about it, except now we’re thinking she may have looked a little different. Via HuffPo reports: Since the 31-year-old superstar took the stage at the Superdome there has been some chatter that along with her killer dance moves, she debuted a new nose. There’s no denying that Beyonce looks quite different from when she started out, and while growing up has something to do with it, it’s rare that the tip of of one’s nose takes on the brunt of the changes. “It’s extremely likely she’s had a rhinoplasty,” Dr. Jeffrey Spiegel, a board-certified facial plastic surgeon who has not treated the singer, told Hollywood Life. “I think she has had her nose narrowed and the tip refined. I do this same procedure regularly. She looks gorgeous and the surgeon did an excellent job,” he says. It’s hard to refute the photographic evidence, and if you look over a timeline of her photos it’s seems fairly obvious that Bey had some work done back around 2004, and has possibly just recently undergone more surgery to refine her nose once again.
