The Clemson University Senior and former cheerleader represented South Carolina by showing off her gorgeous gams in a swimsuit… and looking classy in an ivory gown. People crowded a blocked off area of 24th street in NYC and danced in the pouring rain to surprise performances from Young Thug and Rih’s rumored new boo Travis $cott .
