According to RadarOnline reports : Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expanding! But it’s not their family that’s getting an addition — yet — it’s their real estate portfolio. The rapper and the reality star just bought their neighbor’s house, RadarOnline.com has learned. West and Kardashian “have just bought the home adjacent to their massive $20 million estate in Hidden Hills for $2,925,000,” a source with Trulia tells Radar exclusively. According to the source, “the ranch-style spread on 1.49 acres is a ‘total tear-down’, but it does give the very private duo a monopoly on the block.” Apparently, the parents to 1-year-old North West do not want any neighbors and perhaps the new purchase is for another on-site guest house for when the Kardashian Klan come knocking. As Radar reported, the rapper demanded a bigger closet than his wife in their 15,000 square foot mansion. The Keeping up with the Kardashians reality couple’s new mansion also features “a games room, chef’s kitchen with separate breakfast room, formal dining room with two wall-mounted wine racks, maid’s quarters, office, library, fitness room with two separate areas for the sauna and spa, and private screening room, a pond on the front lawn, two pool areas with an additional spa, pergola, and a courtyard accessorized with a cascading water fountain.” “The deal was closed on Dec. 15,” the insider tells Radar. We can’t understand why they wouldn’t just pick a more isolated to begin with and build on it since they have so much money and are just gonna demo houses and rebuild from scratch AND they don’t want neighbors… Would you do the same if you could afford it?
